Im so sad to right this honest but bad review. But that is all they left me with. I tried not to but they just messed me around so bad that I just took the lost. I got a paint job and the 1st time it was awful. I finally got them to look at it and they said they had to repaint the whole car. They did but this time when I got it back it is full of shadows or clouds in the paint job. Again, I am so tired of dealing with it I am taking the loss. Plus they wouldnt honor my coupon that was online for their store. It is to bad that this place dont care more about their name .

Great body shop! I wanted to surprise my husband for Christmas and reached out to Frank at Maaco. He was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. I had the entire truck repainted. Took our 18 year old Honda Pilot to Frank and his team because the roof and hood paint were beaten up from years in the Florida sun, and we are giving the car to a relative as her first car (it was our first brand new car). Frank and his team did a phenomenal job making it look brand new again, even though, based on Franks recommendation (because we were giving the car away), we only had the basic (enamel) paint job done. My wife has even had serious thoughts about keeping the car because it looks so good, but our relative is having none of that :). If we were keeping the car for ourselves, I would have had the car painted with polyurethane since it is more durable and Frank did such an excellent job. I highly recommend Frank and Cocoa Maaco...and by the way, they completed the car 2 days ahead of schedule. Great price, great service, and a great finished product...we couldnt be happier.

Frank was were helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about what I wanted to get done to my 2015 Frontier truck. He even helped me locate the parts I needed and set up my appointment. on my return Viny helped me. He was helpful in taking my vehicle in and getting it back to me the very same day.

Payed 3800 for the premium paint job, they had my truck on and off for 5 weeks and made 3 attempts. Front desk was very friendly and understanding of the shortcomings but the quality is terrible. Orange peel everywhere there is trash in the paint in nearly every panel. The prep work was terrible and left grooves all throughout in the paintjob. All of my window trim now needs to be replaces as they got paint on it and tried covering it woth a black marker.. which washed off. My transmission cooler is being replaced now because it got filled with paint and now wont cool properly. Where they attempted to buff the defects is now sanded past the clear coat and have exposed base coat in several spots. They painted over the security buttons on my doors. Primer all over windshield wiper and mounts, brake light and tail lights all have paint on them. Inside the truck was full of dust and grime from prep work all 3 times i picked it up. Buffing compound in all the crevices of doors and windows. Even got my truck back with a broken trim piece where my doors close. Ive had several paint jobs from other maaco shops and always paid for the premium job but this was far from a premium job.. Frankie and Vinnie were both very polite and understanding with my concerns but I lost my confidence after the third trip back and still come home with so many problems. The paint on my grill peeled off the second week after the job and exposed no primer in which I paid for primer and two coats of paint..the frame rails underneath the truck all oversprayed. The wheel wells all oversprayed and then covers with black spray paint and runs. Hope the warranty carries over to other maaco shops because I cant trust this place anymore. I wanted so badly to leave a good review and gave them the chance to make everything right multiple times... I am now at 3800 for paint 350 for transcooler and quoted another 1400 for paint correction to remove all the orange peel and trash in the paint from another local shop. Would like a partial refund to absorb some of the cost to repair the paint job somewhere else. Also wouldnt mind partial refund for the transmission cooler replacement and the trim ill need to replace now also..

I have used this place to do body work and paint on my vehicle after an accident the first time and more recently an entire paint on my current vehicle and they have never let me down with the professional beautiful job they do! I even had a 3 stage expensive paint on my car that I did not want due to being on a budget and Vince helped me find a paint that perfectly matches it since I loved the original pearl red color it was and Im very happy with the job, it looks exactly like the original color, thanks guys... great job!!

First off, give a shout out to Frank, he is a very personable and friendly manager. Made me feel welcome Thursday when I pulled in for an estimate. I had already got my entire 4-runner painted by Frank last year and when I needed a quick repair for a fender bender he stepped up. He inspected the damage Wed. nite and gave me an estimate I couldnt refuse ( just like the price of the paint job last year) and told me have there the next morning and he would have it back to me Sat. morning. Frank was awesome. He worked with me to keep repair cost down so insurance would not total my vehicle. Repair was top-notch. You cant tell there was ever any damage. Paint color was matched perfectly with no imperfections at all. I will go back when it is time for full paint job! He told me it might be 4 or 5 days to fix my vehicle and I dropped it off on a Wednesday and picked it up on the following Friday. Very pleased!

Ive used this location for 3 vehicles now and couldnt be happier with the service and final product! I had my mothers car painted about a year ago and she was thrilled with the way it turned out so when my truck was smashed into parked in front of my place, I immediately went to maaco and saw Frank. I was very impressed with the amount of time he spent with me personally even though they were obviously very busy! He went above and beyond to work with me on getting the repairs done with the budget I had to work with! I got such a great deal that I decided to have them paint my old stepside pickup also! One of the guys even gave me a ride to go pick my vehicle up so I didnt have to take a cab! I was shocked when they called the very next day and said it was already done and I couldnt be happier with the way my truck turned out! The paint was completely destroyed from years of the Florida Sun and now my old 95 sparkles like a diamond! The before and after is nothing short of amazing! Thanks Frank! I took in my 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis to have double sided tape remove from some panels that fell off. They also repainted it afterwards. The guys at Maaco Cocoa did an awesome job on my car!! Loved everything about the process working with Frank at MAACO! Took a 2004 Ram 3500 to him in need of body work and paint - both rear fenders had heavy damage when I bought it and were held on with duct tape! The results speak for themselves. I opted for the best paint job and I am extremely happy with the job he and his team did!The price didn’t change, even when he encountered a problem with the fender hardware. Told me not to worry and his team would figure it out. No up charge for the extra effort.This is the second time I have used his shop, first time was for my wife’s company car that had a fender bender. After a disappointing experience at Mitchco in Merritt Island, we went and brought our vehicle to Maaco in Cocoa. What a difference! Brought some of my aftermarket parts here for my 2016 camaro. They do great quality work with reasonable prices. What stands them out is the professionalism.

Took a car in that we are in the process of selling, which had a few small dings along with a trunk and roof which had oxidized. This Maaco location Rocks!!! I came up from West Palm Beach, due to a recommendation. I took Frankie my parents old 1996 Saturn to get repainted with rust and clear coat gone and just a mess form just sitting over the years and they not only did an excellent job, they did it in only 3 days!!! I thought it would take at least a week. These guys are the go to for any of your paint jobs.

I had my daughters car repainted. They were easy to work with, did work above and beyond what was expected and the results were great! We will use them again for the next kids vehicle.

Went to Maaco in Cocoa last Tuesday for an estimate to repaint the roof of my 2012 Ram truck. Price was about half of everyone else using the same paint. Left it on the spot and they turned it around in 1 day. Very pleased. Third time I have used them - other two were a Lincoln Mark 8 and my wifes bumper. Happy every time!

We’ve used the MAACO in Cocoa 3 times now. Outstanding customer service, work is done professionally and either completed early or on time. I highly recommend them. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would.

Quick and easy estimate was given as I stopped on my way home from work. Later I dropped the car off for painting and as promised was ready in 2 days. Frank was very nice, easy to work with and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this location.

Let me tell you guys about my experience at Maaco, 317 Clearlake Rd, Cocoa, FL.I went to get an estimate for a small paint job for my hood (a ladder fell on the hood and made a couple of scratches). Frank was there and helped me immediately. He knew exactly what I needed and because of his demeanor/personality, I trusted him immediately (not an easy feat lol). I made the appointment for the work and my car was ready within 24HOURS. It looks great and Im very happy with the service and work. Ill be going back to get my spoiler(?) painted very soon! Go see Frank, hes the best! Lets not forget the kind, older gentleman who saw me waiting when I showed up for my appointment - and immediately stopped what he was doing to locate Frank for me. My xterra I just bought was extremely dull and the trim was SUPER faded. I also had the trademark xterra rust in the back above the trunk lid. These guys far exceeded my expectations and it looks absolutely amazing. The whole experience was great. I couldnt be more happy with the finished product, especially for what I paid. The office front-man, Frank, was a pleasure to work with. Ill definitely use them again if Im in need of such services. Highly recommended! (I did add a photo.)

I brought my 2007 Hyundai Entourage in because of front passenger damage I explained to Frank that the van was very important to me because it belonged to my deceased mother and I needed it to be restored back to its original position. These did a great job with my old Tacoma. They gave me a fair quote and worked with my budget. I brought them a rusted, sun roasted tired little truck and they gave it back looking fresh and good as new. This should keep the body protected for years to come. They even offered to restore my headlights before I left. Much happier with my truck.

My daughters car had a bad dent on the door and a damaged rear bumper, the Pop -A Dent people wanted 800 just to pop the dent on the door and other body shops wanted to replace the outer door shell. Franky at Maaco repaired the dents and repainted the entire car beautifully at a fraction of the price. He really impressed me with the dent repairs you would never know they were there and the paint job was very good. I highly recommend the cocoa store. Very driendly and aim to please.
