I was desperate to find a pair of hatch back lift supports for my 98 durango and as usual Napa came thru again. My only parts stores that my mechanic at Titusville dodge dealer, swears is the best parts made had the 2 supports I needed. Please keep up top notch work of having the hard to find parts. For sure the best place to shop for your vehicle, it will run longer with their parts. Go napa!!!👍🚖🚗🚘🚙🚛🚔🚒

Nice well kept napa store. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. A nice alternative to the big 2 chains. A little more pricey than those two chains, but worth it for the staff that knows what they are talking about.

Just the other morning we were in a pinch and needed 2 batteries for our Brevard Stone box truck.... The staff checked it out and they had them in stock! Wonderful service and for that we thank you!

Although they didnt have what i needed they directed me where to find it. Great friendly employees with lots of knowledge.

They have Always had or can get the parts I need for my Audi or BMW, even helped me get my Audi on the road by having an equivalent bolt ( higher grade ) for my brake system. Since the OEM bolt wouldnt be in for four days and I needed the car that day.

This is probably one of the best parts stores. That Ive been in when it comes to service these people are on top of everything

I have been using this NAPA store for years, both on a professional level and a personal level. This store has grown for a reason, they have the best service around, and if they cant find the part through their own network, they will go outside to other vendors to get the right parts for you. Fast and friendly, not intimidating to the DIYer. They offer the friendliness of a family owned location with the great warranty of a great national chain. I have found that the NAPA parts are far superior to competitor parts and at a comparable price. I only want to do the job once so I insist on using the best parts out there.

Good parts / customer service here, they know their stuff - literally. Not your typical Year, Make and Model counter jockey. Wish they were open a little later but oh well. Delivery is quick for commercial accounts too!

Great Service!

I walked in looking for a large tap handle wrench. There were six employees behind the counter all taking turns calling the store phone from their cell phones to see if it would ring. I made eye contact with all of them, no one offered any assistance. A second person walked up to the counter who they apparently know and they were eager to help him. I have no idea if they have in stock what I needed because I just immediately left the store. I will never go to the store ever again and I will never recommend it to anyone I know.

Prices are a bit unfortunate but overall i would suggest this place if you need parts NOW!!

Custer Service is A+. Had a car break down just outside the shop; of course right as they were closing. Mike was a big help. Got the parts I needed to fix the car, and even made sure I was OK until the tow arrived. Couldn’t thank them enough!

Very poor service. Stood in line by myself 5 mins with 8 employees there, nobody greeted me and I had to ask to be checked out.

Gave me a story for a weak and a half why they didnt have my part .then told me they wouldnt order another because it would come from out of state .he tells me to go on eBay... I would have done that 2 weeks ago had I known ... Horrible
