I purchased a new mattress, sheet set w pillows, and body pillow from Mattress Firm in early February. I am sleeping SO much better and havent had pain in back since. I was able to purchase what I believe to be a very nice mattress for more than 75% off. Time will tell if it was as great a deal as I believe it is. I visited two locations, and both times they were nearly empty, which allowed the employees (who were all very friendly) to focus on giving me the best deal.

Thought we were getting a good deal until my husband went to inquire about our mattress and they declare its already been picked up. By whom were not really sure. So several not so very happy phone calls later we are assured the mattress will now be delivered the following day. Here we are today, again they tell us mattress was scheduled to be delivered yet no mattress. Now they are trying to figure out where the mattress is and when they can deliver. Nice job Mattress Firm. A case of the right hand not knowing what the left is doing.
