Visited this Publix location this morning and had an awesome experience. My receipt didn’t print correctly and the employee working the self checkout went out of their way to make sure I got it. The clean is very clean and well laid out, and all the staff were friendly (even though it was super early in the morning).

Excellent location and near to Kennedy space center. Very good customer service from the associates. Not giving 5 star because there is a lot of smell near meat area

Pharmacy and deli were awesome. Booster shot given on time and professionally. Deli had sandwiches ordered online ready as specified. No complaints.

I love this place of business the people that work here are so much fun and all have a good heart

Clean friendly environment. The workers are some of the best down to earth people who would attend to any of your needs. There is always a smile on faces . The products from here is definitely top notched come explore and see for yourself .

Publix is somewhat close to my job and whenever I go there the staff is always polite and respectful.

Very clean and well organized. Items belong where they should be. For example: Add an Egg is with the 🥚 eggs. There is someone near by to help you, and the employees are always willing to help you &nice about it!

I love the Publix in Port St John. Its located on US hwy 1. They seem to knock themselves out to serve you better than any other publics Ive been in. Plus plus plus the pharmacy is outstanding those girls work so hard. I love the pharmacist that are there and all the pharmacist assistant. They dont mind special requests or I need this by a certain time its very very good store. The meat department is excellent the deli is excellent, management is excellent. Just love Publix Port St John!!!

Its Publix... what more is there to say? Beautiful store, VERY clean & the employees are terrific!! Theyre a bit pricey, but go for the awesome BOGOs!! Their bakery, fried chicken & Key Lime Pie? 🤤🥰🤤 Im getting hungry just thinking about it!!!

My regular spot for groceries. Great produce and meats. My wife likes the BOGOs when you walk in. Plus they have western union and we can pay our electric bills there. Solid place.

Staff are always friendly. Store is always clean. Publix sets the standard for grocery stores.

My fellows Floridians, as you well know Publix is a little pricey, nevertheless its well worth every penny! So for those whom are visiting, if you are in a rush, or have a small shopping list, I encourage to you to shop at Publix, fast and easy. I believe Id visited most all the Publix in Brevard County, and some in Kissimmee, Orlando and the ones heading south, West Palm Beach and Boca Raton, Florida as well. Anyway, Publix does not disappoint! Fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, soups, sandwich, and hot food too! & if you want ORGANIC Publix has that too! OMG! Must have some sweets from the bakery, very delicious!! :) :)

Like all the other Publix stores Ive been in, this store is nice, clean, well laid out, and has a super friendly staff. Was just in to grab flowers for my wife and they had a decent selection at what I think is a pretty decent price. We also regularly gorge on the BOGOs that Publix is famous for.

Love shopping at Publix bogos and 2 fors are great deals. They always honor the price marked! (The American way not like some of the convenience stores)

The employees that work at this location are very friendly and very helpful. Always willing to bag everything up for you, always willing to help you carry your things out to your vehicle if needed. I really liked this particular Publix.

So happy they have a drive thru pharmacy! Very quick and efficient.

Great customer service clean store fresh food I love it I will definitely be going back again

Came here to get 3 subs at 7pm. Stephanie made the subs. She was older but slow and made sure they were correct after repeating myself 20 times. Gabby just finished helping the customer next to me make subs right after Stephanie started my order, and instead of helping the old new lady Stephanie finish making my order, they decided to stand around and look busy getting ready to clean up and go home for the night. Overall it took me (checking phone) almost 20 minutes to have 3 subs made. Stephanie did a great job although she was very slow, but was hoping gabby and Jason would help her serve the customer instead of get ready to go home...Stephanie deserves both stars.

Clean and shiny as always. Employees a little snooty as always. Prices too high as always. Used the pharmacy and they were nice and helpful.

Love this store. People are great, they go out of their way to help you find what you need. Produce is always fresh, meats are so beautiful its hard to choose!! This has to be one of the BEST publix stores in the area.

At times the pharmacy can take a few too many hours to fill script. They are trying, but look to need additional staffing.

Came in relatively late (7:30pm) to the deli for subs. I had my usual Turkey but my husband decided to go for a Philly cheese steak. The lady Sara who was helping us said “if you don’t mind I like to make it my way. It takes a little longer but it’s worth it”. We said sure and she took the time to cut up the veggies just right, cooked them, then did the same with the meat and finally melted the cheese. It came out like a true Philly cheesesteak better than any we have had around here! Including a specific Philly store down the road. Thank you Sara for taking pride in your job and making sure we have the best experience possible! We appreciate it and will look for you when we come back.

I love this Publix. The selection is terrific no matter what I’m looking for, Pub subs are awesome, and the employees are very friendly. I also use their pharmacy. Rose and Daphne and wonderful. Great store all around.

Their deli is like a deli on steroids they had three separate soups of the day and I had the chicken noodle soup which was absolutely absolutely delicious I always get my chicken from there the chicken is very well done fried to perfection

Yep its a Publix supermarket. The store was clean and organized when we were there.

Got my birthday cake from there yesterday and we go to look at it today and theres is a HUGE patch of mold on one of the strawberries and several other patches on other fruits. It hasnt even been 24 hours since the cake was purchased so it had to have had mold on it when it was purchased. Thats ridiculous.

This store is always so clean and well staffed. The only downside is the prices.

Very disappointed. The new seafood case is open at the top. Not a very smart idea. It is now open to airborne particles. I will no longer buy seafood at this publix. I did not notice if the deli area has the same type of cases. I sure hope not. Self checkouts, really. Why would a store that was founded on customer service do that. Seems they are following some of the same concepts as Walmart. Such a shame. I hope employees get to keep there jobs and not lose any hours.
