Great group of people, I stop here at least twice a week. I’ve never had a bad experience. Always welcoming day or night. There very little parking available for trucks. Restrooms and shower are small however well maintained.

This is a very small location. There are about 5 truck parking spots.. Exiting is tight! Also outdated. Wont be stopping here again. Customer service was good.

Very clean nice people and the shower was great it stayed nice and hot all the time.

Only 6 parking spaces, no displayed fuel price, a bit run down. I guess all in all not bad, Ive been in worse BUT when I went in to get some subway after a 13.5 hour day the staff SUCKED the guy making my sandwich had no clue what he was doing, then the Im guessing manager took over and they bickered like two high school girls. The bathrooms were nasty and I didnt risk the clap for a shower. My suggestion? Go to flying J off of 524.

Stop there a few times a week to get gas good place to stop

Unprofessional/Rude Staff, Nasty Restrooms, Outdated, Ive tried to get a shower here 4 times and each time it was either cold or room temp, when I go tell the manager they wont refund my shower credit. I will never come here again.

Driving from NY to southern FL I really needed a shower. I never used a truck stop shower before. It was clean, big and so worth the 12.00 I paid. There is no time limit. They have towels for you to use. There is also soap to wash up with.I also purchased coffee and food. Both were great. Even better was the customer service I got from Gerold. He was super friendly! Overall wish this place was closer to home Id get my gas there.

May 2020 my buddy’s bike ran out of fuel on 95 - a real nice guy who worked there helped me out and let me use a gas can so we didn’t have to push the bike down 95 a mile. Seems like a great crew there very helpful.

The showers dont have hot water. Seeing that there are only 2 showers to heat water for, I wouldnt have thought this to be an issue.

This place can use some clean up. The outside does not look inviting and it appears dirty. However, they have great staff and all the items on the shelves are fresh and the fridges are well stocked and clean. It may just be that it needs a little renovation.

Small pilot with old school Credit card keypad(my first time using) for diesel with two clean showers, but I managed to get one before my load pick up and had a hearty Subway sandwich made by Cheyanne. The people in there are all 5 🌟.

I love this place! I go in at least once a day. The staff is fantastic and always great me by name. Its a huge disappointment that because the compressor went out on the crushed ice machine they replaced it with a cubed ice machine. I know you lost a bunch of customers because of the switch.

This Pilot travel center was not quite as kept up as well as a majority of Pilot centers that I have stopped at. The staff is super friendly, the young man working at the attached subway was very, very thorough.. professional.. and attentive, and the gas price was on target. $2.32/ gallon for 87 unleaded. The stores restrooms were the biggest disappointment. They werent the cleanest and best that Ive seen.

It easy a nice place they have a subway inside that has good food. They have bathroom and showers. I didnt use those but they are there if needed. They have a good size convenience store as well and gas. It has room for big trucks and they sell gas. So you can full up, eat and shower all at once. Staff was pretty nice as well. Very friendly and the store was very clean as well.

Right off interstate 95 so easy on and off. Their fuel prices are always competitively priced. They have a Subway restaurant inside and also offer a good selection of pastries in their bakery area. This is an older and much smaller Pilot than some of those super truck stops they are building these days BUT it makes for less traffic,inside and out of your just trying to swing in for some decent priced gas and lunch or a snack.

There was a lady that was rude out of co2 did not complain. Told an older gentleman no action taken. Just complaining. The cashier was exceptional though. Glad we aren’t local. We prefer pilot but, will not likely ever be back. This was November 30th at 4:30 pm

My van broke down on i95 near the 520 exit, with a possible transmission issue. some people helped me push it to the Pilot. I went in and explained to the clerk what was going on and that I wouldnt be able to get it towed until payday. she told me no problem she would let the manager know. I left my name and number in case there was any issue. she forgot to tell manager. I went back to get it and it had been towed.No one called me. I called Tron Towing. they want $650 at this point and then I will have to pay to get it towed to my house or the shop. And bill keeps climbing $25 a day.The clerks incompetence and failure to communicate is going to cost me almost a $1000. extremely disappointed. you just lost a lifelong customer..UPDATE: was unable to come up with $1500+fee to tow home, my van was auctioned off. If new owner wants to contact me, I have back seat and many accessories. I dont need them anymore.as of 07/24/2019 no response from Pilots, not even so much as an apology.This is the kind of company your dealing with people. Just so you know.

Convenience is what its all about! Quick in and out, great food available at good prices. There is even a Wendys.

A great place for a quick bite to eat and all the things you need while traveling. Take a break and stretch your legs. Accommodations for any size vehicles. Tractor trailer and RVs to family cars and motor cycles. Repair facilities on site.

Clean facilities, depending upon the hour, it can get a bit busy. Has a Wendys located inside. Easy in and out. Located immediately off the interstate.

Great place to stop for a bathroom break while traveling. You can also browse their shop for travel items and other goodies. This is one of our favorite places to stop while on the road. This one also had a Wendys.

Had a quirky, but delicious Turkey sandwich here on Saturday. My buddy and I sat on one of the picnic tables out front and watched some of the most bizarre looking singles, couples and groups of friends at this locale. It was akin to a costume night at Wal-Mart

Awesome place, especially for truckers. Full service for whatever you may want. 18 wheeler trucks parking lot for overnight stays. Showers available, full laundry available with new washers and dryers (which will accept debit cards). They have a comfy lounge wait room with recliners, big screen t.v., internet connections and recharging stations. They offer a huge variety of items for sale from flashlights to work gloves and many snack items, prepared sandwiches, salads, fruit bowls, hot pizza, coffee bar, soft drink station, etc. It is a very clean and well kept store. Its a nice and pleasant place to visit. I highly recommend it.

We ate at Dennys and Anne Marie was our waitress. She was very attentive and the food was great. Hamburgers were fantastic and the Bourbon Chicken was delicious.

Accesible, well lit, extremely close to I-95 which was a good great help considering the fact that any stops on a 5 hour trip can quickly turn it into a 6 hour trip.

This is a very small and older fuel stop. There are only 3 or 4 pumps available and parking is very limited. It has easy access just East of Interstate 95 with a traffic light at the exit making getting back out to the interstate very easy. There is no sit down restaurant here but there is a Subway inside and a Waffle House right next door if you get a parking spot.

Great showers. The water pressure was awesome. Cheap prices Awesome security and warm southern hospitality.

Needed some freon to charge the a/c. Yep. They had it. Great road stop for all travel needs. There is a motel right next door if needed.

Im addicted to their coffee if you get somebody to give you one free thats awesome I even brought their coffee home for Christmas one year a whole bag of it all to myself that was the best Christmas of all think coffee good service clean place off the 524 good job

Its like a truck stop but for other people to I guess truckers can go there normal cars can go there motorcycles can go there school buses everybody can go there they have food inside there they have bathrooms clean one sometimes it depends which one you go to I know the food was always great everyone I stopped at it depends what you want to eat they have a variety of selection if you go there read this and then you know what Im talkin about I have a map on the wall that tells you where you are at all times I think its a great place to have on the interstate or turnpike

Nice drinks and subway. The guy working on subway at night is very fast. Goodjob buddy. The only problem I found there is their bathroom is too dirty. Dustbins inside the bathroom is full and the whole bathroom smells bad.

Its actually gotten pretty bad. Bathrooms are in chaos disarrayghost games when you come into the entrance of the hallway and then open the second door to go inside those games are all out of order the mens bathroom is outside now cuz its out of order the ladies bathroom disable is still plugged and people are still going in there adding to it. Wi-Fi is no longer and for those that have their own internetthats been blocked because I could go ahead and watch things without the Wi-Fi theyre theyre free Wi-Fi and now its just trying to get something online on your own phone on your own internet service providers.

Very nice employees, clean showers, (only 2 though) its a small Pilot. It has 8 tractor trailer parking spots, and 1 of them is designated handicapped ♿.

Theres a Subway shop here I get a Meatball Sub with All the fresh vegetables they have n toasted. Yummy.

Super small pilot! Youll be lucky if you get a spot! Also there is a yellow concrete barrier on the west side of the building when exiting the pump area that I have already seen 2 trucks scrape with their trailer leaving with popped tires and distroyed wheels! Beware truckers! Watch your trailer on the way out of this one for sure!

Just an ordinary service stop and gas station on the road. Nothing special. Grocery store got what you need for a quick bite and for some crunchies and coffee to keep you awake while driving at night.

The credit card reader on pump 6 refused to work. When I had the worker inside put my purchase on the pump, she said that none of the pumps were accepting cards most of the time. Im going to Cumberland Farms as often as I can from now on.

Its definitely in the right place! I was in the highway coming back from the Orlando airport, and my car was acting up. I just made from 520 to close enough to the I95. And this store was there and they had exactly what I was needing for my car.

Wanted to stop for a few hours sleep and a shower in the morning. Was run off by cop hovering on the lot. This place is small and inhospitable. It may bear the company name, but it IS NOT a Pilot Travel Center! Dont waste your time stopping here. Its not worth the frustration.

Absolute horrible customer service this morning. The older lady with white hair is rude to customers. I went in to get copies made and she couldnt figure out how to do double sided copies so she did each side as 1 copy and then got an attitude with me because I was upset that she was double charging me . If she couldnt do double sided like I wanted then she should have told me before she did anything

I have only been to one Pilot, in South Georgia on I75 near Valdosta that subpar. Overall, fantastic. Just stay out of the one near Valdosta.

At 5:30 in the morning on a Week day the only coffee available was dark roast. All of the other coffee. As a truck driver driving down the road And stopping for a quick cup of coffee is not very good when theres no coffee available except for a dark roast.

This Pilot is more a fuel stop. With very few spots for long-term parking those few spots are being used by the locals; dropping their trailer or their trucks to go home. Sucks for those of us who need to shut down.

Nice stop for food and travel needs and cheap gas diesel

The bathrooms were clean, but for anyone trying to shower, the temperature was freezing to slightly less cold. Regardless the water was extremely cold and I had a stained towel. Extremely disappointed with this Pilot.

This place is a dump, no one of the card readers work on the fuel pumps and the restrooms are disgusting, the subway toppings looks like they have been sitting all day and night. Good luck!!!!

Great place to get gas and other things, plus they stay open 24/7 and they have a Subway in the store that remains open 24/7, but you may have to wait a while before you get service there seems to never be a cashier around when youre ready to check out. Also theres always a FHP officer up there if you need help, if youre planning on doing dirt of any kind stay away!

Stopped here on our way from Miami to Orlando basic convenience store truck stop very clean bathrooms friendly staff has souvenir keychains little crazy stuff to buy for your family and friends back home so yeah its pretty decent
