No matter how over whelmed they get they remain superior in customer service. The techs go above and beyond to help you and the Pharmacist make sure that you completely understand how to use each medication and is very knowledgeable.

Never opens on time, 3 times in 2 weeks! I have to be at work by 9:30...and today as well as last week, i was in the line waiting, left at 9:08 in order to make it to work on time. If your sign says open at 9, you would think it means open at 9.

Seriously incompetent. They ask questions and dont even pause for an answer. I was hung up on several times trying to fill just ONE prescription. Very rude, impatient, and seem more focused on going home than actually assisting their customers. Thought they were redeeming themselves by calling me to tell me my doctor had sent in a prescription from out of state, and that it would be ready in an hour. Went to pick it up the next day and they said that it had already been filled out of state. Shouldnt I also receive a call for that? Instead I drove all the way out there FOR NOTHING. I will be avoiding this pharmacy at all costs from now on.

Fast and friendly

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. I have had 3 separate incidents of them stealing my pills, misfilling, or giving my prescriptions to someone else. The most recent experience (2 days ago) I had them fill my pain pill prescription and 23 pills were missing. Now I have to deal with the police and filing a complaint with the State against their licenses.

The people at the pharmacy are slow rude and incompetent. If i could give them zero stars I would. Penicillin is listed as a major allergy in my chart yet they filled a prescription for omnicef which could have killed me if my mother hadnt spotted the mess up. I hate this pharmacy and wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy
