I went there to buy a small 20 dollars Christmas tree that was in their add. I walked around the store looking for someone to help me for over 10 minutes. Waited my turn I the check out line ask the sale girl at the register about the tree, she spoke to someone on her ear buds and got response from anyone. She told me to go look at the same place I was just at. I went and looked once again and I still could not find it. I had a ful cart of other things I went to check out and had to face another long king line. I left my shopping cart with over a hundred dollars worth of stuff in the middle of the store and I will never go back. I will go to Michaels and spend 30 dollars for the same tree.

Large. Well organized. Carried a product my local one didn’t have. They held it for me and when we came for pick up they were expecting us. Helped load and gave us rope etc. Very polite and helpful. Very engaged in the sale front beginning to end.

I went in BL last night depressed because the thrift store was closed. I needed a desk in the worst way. I just moved and needed someplace to put on my makeup. Ok so JJ the furniture manager helped me. Her customer skills were outstanding and instantly lifted my mood. If you read my reviews you know they are mostly about customer service. I browsed and browsed because i know if i look long enough i can find a deal. And i did. A clearance desk for $20!!Thanks to big lots for not letting me down once again and thanks to JJ for being patient and all around professional

I got bedding. Lots of things were not priced, and not a good selection shelves were empty. Not organized it felt like a thrift shop with to much drama go in on....

We just stopped by to see what they had. Not too many people there. We found a few good deals.

Rest room was disgusting. The handicap toilet didnt have a toilet seat on it. The other toilet wasnt flushed. The first toilet had a loose toilet seat on it. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned at all.

Every time we go they never have the furniture we want in stock. And can never tell us when it will be in. Store is always clean staff is always very nice and friendly.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Big Lots! They always have such AMAZING deals. I live about 20 to 30 minutes away from here, but every chance I get I come here. They have amazing prices on their rugs and furniture...yes Big Lots sells furniture. You definitely wont regret coming here to get all your needs for a new home or even to replace old items in your current home. They also have amazing items for your out door patio and gareden. This is definitely one of my favorite stores of all times!!! Their clearance section is the best place to shop as well, so dont forget to look there when going into Big Lots.

I used to work at this Big lots when I was a kid in my early twenties things havent changed much in the same location in the same run down building and pretty much the employees just her there because its a paycheck in a Joe I went there to buy an outdoor gazebo with mosquito netting cuz they advertised it I got there they had won the gentleman at the service desk was talking to somebody on the phone about the same exact thing after standing there for 10 minutes. The lady at the cash register told the guy that okay then he got off the phone that she would take care of me as a customer and I told him flat out no Ive been standing here for 10 minutes somebody who has been standing there waiting for somebody else could have already helped me and I had one question about what he was just discussing on the phone now I need to know everything where its at how much you want for it and everything but because you sit here and made me wait and couldnt say Ill be with you in a minute or can I help you you stood there and watched me you didnt help me you didnt help another customer you just stood there and she was offended so I told her boss that and show them the video on my phone of me standing there for 10 minutes while she stood there and talked to nobody in 3 customer stood in line waiting the only reason she did anything is because he walked out the door I do not recommend this Dollar General at all

Big Lots. We go occasionally and always walk out with the satisfaction that we purchased something that is always more money at the grocery or big box stores. Again, we arent frequent fliers in the store but everytime we go we walk out with something at a savings.

Boyfriend went in to buy a specific couch & he was told it wasn’t in stock. Another customer came in after asking about the exact same couch & he overheard the same employee tell this customer they had one left in stock. It was sold behind him. They pick & choose who they sell to in this store. Would not recommend & will not give our business in the future.

Big Lots has improved so much lately you can buy anything from quality furniture to specialty foods. The employees were cheerful and the store was easy to navigate. Love the rewards program.

Hardly anything on the shelves. Prices have been jacked up like crazy.

Bought a desk here, big problems from there. I take the desk out of the box to construct. Start putting it together and by the first step Ive already encountered a problem : the screw doesnt have the head drilled out of it so you cant tighten it... There was no extra. I email the contact on the instructions, which replys that the email is no longer accepting mail then gives me a link to the big lots customer complaint page. I fill out a complaint and within 5 days they send me THE WHOLE HARDWARE SET FOR ONE SCREW... meanwhile a dilapidated desk is strewn across my bed. So I get to putting it together, and by step four, I notice another problem. A whole piece of the desk is missing and the desk top is chipped. I email them again and reply if you are not happy with your purchase please return within 30 days in its original condition with packaging its been almost two weeks since it was purchased and Ive thrown most of the styrofoam away and the box has sat in the rain. How am I supposed to return it? Ripped off by big lots

This used to be one of my favorite stores but its gotten to be so depressing Its just sad theres nothing exciting or inviting anymore in the shop they had a refrigerators I guess to sell milk Im not really sure it just its just I dont know its just not what it used to be maybe it needs music or happier people something its a little depressing I hardly ever go in there anymore and its a shame because the the neighborhood its in needs a store and needs quality stuff and can really use some happy friendly faces

I always love finding new things in the store. Also they have a great food selection and electronics department. Cool things for animals to and lots of animal food.

So this big lots started doing a lot of furniture some of the furniture is really cheap their beds are not really cheap for a discount store they discount their floor model furniture but it only really takes down to the same price you can buy at a discount furniture warehouses other stuff in the store is okay its not like it used to be their prices have went up. the staff however on the floor with very helpful and very accommodating they tried to find out prices for things that werent marked as fast as they could

Used to be a great place, not anymore!Have been shopping here for many years, its in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, but the management and staff always WERE helpful and knowledgeable, but not anymore.Yesterday we went in to make a large purchase (over $700) and new store manager and department manager were extremely apathetic. Their couldnt care less attitude caused us to leave without buying anything (we had a cart full of items and were trying to purchase a large ticket item). We felt bad because the associate that was originally helping us was nice and helpful, he even apologized for the managers attitude.We went elsewhere and ended up purchasing a more expensive item from someone who valued our business.We will not shop here anymore, we now go the New Smyrna Beach Big Lots, its a bit further for us, but seems to still have management that cares.

Not a good selection of recliners. They used to have more selection. There was only two that were fabric and half way ok built. But, One the material around the cup holder was already ripping. Disappointed with what they did have. Id rather have a few nicer quality chsirs and pay a bit more. But, I guess its Big Lots.

I was surprised by the selection of furniture. I got a sofa and TV console that Im very happy with. The sofa is very comfortable and at $300 was a great deal!
