What a great stress free experience. Tarek came out, game me a quote and was back in 2 days on a holiday no less to install new springs, rollers and a new opener all in less than 2 hours. The weather strip on the bottom of my garage door was starting to let water and dust in so decided to replace it. Took a few snapshots of it, aquick measurement and drove to see the door guys thinking it would be a roll of material. Showed up at around 4:30 and Tarek gave me the best option which meant I needed my truck to get the part home. They close at 5:00 so he told me he would be glad to hang around a while and wait on me to get back . Tarek and his staff/installers went “above and beyond”. We purchased a garage door and were able to pick it up next day!When we picked it up, Tarek (along with his crew) were “hands-on” helping in every way to tie in all the necessary parts, they were friendly, professional and just a wonderful group!Also, my dog went missing from our truck & Tarek ( & crew) went searching the area to find her, which we did!
