We went to different landscaping stores and so far Tropical Lawn is the cheapest of them all with a difference of $60 -$70 in price of same quality and quantity of rocks we want.The owner was nice and told us to pay after we come back for the second load since our truck is small to load it all.

Said to say. ..Ordered 8 yards of topsoil, and received 8 yards of landfill. There was plastic, glass, metal, large fist size rocks, string..Ive been raking and taken through it in fear of my chickens or dog scratching into the glass

I had an area in my side yard where I had sod put down. It was excellent quality grass, Zoysia grass. The problem was the landscaper who put the sod down didnt prepare the ground well enough and planted the sod three months too soon.I paid for lawn service to fertilize my lawn to no avail. I decided to pull up the sod after months and put down pine bark. I called around to companies that sell pine bark. All of them said, my need was too small to deliver even when they advertised No job too big, no job too small. I was very discouraged until I called Tropical Lawn and Mulch.When I called and told Tropical Lawn and Much and explained what I needed, the owner Craig, said he would deliver the pine bark. I only needed 2 yards, and I was expecting him to say, they do not deliver under 5 yards like all the others. I live in Cape Canaveral, and they are way over on the west side of Cocoa. When we spoke, he said it was important to him that the customer needs are met, and they are happy. Having been a business owner, this is how you win the respect and appreciation of the public. I wish them so much success.Today they delivered the bark, and now I have finally completed my one side of my yard, and I am so pleased. Many thanks to Craig and his staff for their professionalism, politeness, delivering on time and above all NOT saying my need was too small. Kudos to you.

I want to personally thank Roger over at Tropical Lawn and Mulch. I only have an enclosed trailer and he works with me on getting the mulch into the trailer by shovel. The fact that he understands I have a job to do and he’s willing to help me get it done by any means is the reason why when I do acquire my dump trailer I won’t be getting mulch from anywhere else. 5 stars !!! ⭐️
