Great deli and great meat selection its a little more pricey then Walmart but the quality of a few things are worth it

Excellent produce, great selection, very clean store, knowledgeable employees.

Got everything we needed for our camping trip at decent prices. The area was very nice. The parking lot is a little small but be patient and youll find a spot.

Prices run high. The Cafe is poorly ran and managed, the wait is too long and countertops need to be cleaned more frequently. The Guest Services counter representative refused to send a Western Union to a location I requested because she told me she thought the location was too corrupt (I went to another location and it was done immediately). I do believe the level of Professionalism with this Staff to paying patrons needs to be priority.

Everything you can ever need from a Great Grocery Store...Employees are very helpful and out of their way nice. Prices are fair for the quality products. Always, you can find products on sale. You cant go wrong shopping here.

I like doing my shopping here. Good quality and prices. They also have great fried chicken but I refuse to buy anything from the deli when the two older guys are working. They are rude to customers and shouldnt be allow to deal with the public.

We found some really fun fruit here we never heard of before or tried. So we bought it and it was a great little experience!!

This store is busy, but the reason is they have everything you need, & after I pick up my RX & groceries I reward myself with a Starbucks! Love the staff & managers here, they are all very nice & helpful!

I really enjoyed shopping here. Clean, good prices, it seemed nicely stocked, and was happy to find a Starbucks in the store so that I could get some coffee before we got back on the road.

Seems a little more pricey than Walmart, but can save big when they have deals going on. Plus there are many things one cannot get at Walmart. There is a Starbucks inside, too. Clean with nice helpful staff.

Albertsons always has good cashiers with awesome skills.The stockers know their store and very helpful at showing me where items are.Management also has helpful store skills at showing where items are and if they carry the item you may be looking for.

Great place grocery wise. In terms of pandemic, they can do better. I wish they had all staff wear masks that covered their nose and mouth. One checkout lady was magnificent, she had a mask on and was disinfecting her aisle after each costumer. NO other check out person was doing that, and another only had a plastic faceshield on, but no mask underneath. Customer service people were wearing NO masks at all. Grocery wise, great selection. Including organic foods and grassfed meats and eggs.

Famous fried chicken and the seafood counter is fresh

A true hometown store. Friendly service, great values (GET their reward card) and incredible bagels! My family regularly requests cakes from here for their birthday as well. Anyone planning a day out or to headed to yellowstone will be pleased with their wide variety of sandwiches and snacks. The deli makes amazing salads and offers hot options such as chicken, meatloaf and pot pies. Say hello to Tabitha one of our many favorite cashiers!

Was buying coffee on sale with the just for you app. My phone was not allowing it to come up. Several employees tried to get it to work, it wouldnt. Soooo, I had to put the coffee back because I could not but it at sale price without it being in my phone. I cannot fathom having to put items back simply because my app. wasnt working. I have shopped there for 25 years and I am very 😞

I absolutely LOVE this store even though its almost a 90 mile drive for me to shop there. Their employees make it worth it. Theyre the nicest anywhere and always thank me for shopping there. The store is spotlessly clean, well stocked and their meat is so good and their produce department is always top notch. Wouldnt go anywhere else!!

The staff is so helpful and goes out of their way to make things run smoothly every time I shop.

Parents are WY natives and live in Cody. When I visit I have to bring groceries from my home over a 10 hour drive away in another state. This store is NEVER stocked. I get there at store opening hours and have tried 6, 7, 8 9 and 9:30 am as well as afternoons, 1, 2, 3 4 and 5. Shelfs and sections empty on produce, dry goods, meat, frozen foods, and paper products have large sections empty. The WORST produce department of any grocery store of which I have ever shopped! Monday at 0700 of this week the whole section of salads in a bag was empty except for 2 bags only which were outdated. Today, Wednesday that section had only 3 types of salad in a bag! Green peppers look shriveled up and dried out. Citrus items rotten and coloring black. Fresh fruits in containers may look good from all sides of the container but I have yet to get home and use the fruit the same day without finding moldy and spoiled fruit in the center (grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries). I have on 4 occasions, different days and weeks, tried to find course ground hamburger to make chili. They never have this product and will not offer to ground meat. Forget finding diced garlic as the store never has this item. I am never able to get even 50% of what I went to the grocery store to buy and must do another trip to Walmart. Regardless of department I am never able to find all items needed because things are not stocked. Today impossible to buy a gallon of milk that would not expire in just 7 days. Whenever I ask someone if there is an item I need in the back the staff get irritated and tell me they are waiting on a supply truck. I do not believe this and what I do believe is that this store manager has directed their department managers to not order enough quantity to meet demand. Everyone I have asked about this in Cody tell me they can never get everything they want. I do NOT believe this is due to the pandemic as I live in a smaller town in CO and I can get everything I need when I shop at my grocery store which is King Soopers.

Employees were very nice. Good covid19 protocols set up. They were in stock on almost everything (still cant find lysol spray anywhere). The only complaint was there produce wasnt great. Watermelon was over ripe, strawberries were not great and bananas were GREEN.

Nice to find Albertsons so close to the campground we were staying at in Cody, Wy. Familiar store with familiar products I like that. We stocked up on the items we would need for the next several days.

Very clean store. Very nice Cashier. Unfortunately they have been hit with the scare if the pandemic. The were no paper products, no flour, sugar almost gone, and the poor meat department was out of a lot of meat. I still had a positive experience even with all the craziness.

Great place to shop

It was a good shopping trip with decent price. My only problem with it was that my wife spent the whole trip on her phone downloading the app and doing the deal things. Everything was closer together than Walmart so it was faster in that sense.

The store is well run with a good staff. However, due to much growth and limited options here, the store and PARKING are MUCH TOO SMALL. Common Safeway, build us a better facility!

Produce Department Personnel: Karen and Chris are extremely helpful for how hard they were working... (I had too take notice.) It was like they were stocking their own refrigerator; with how carefully they treated the fruits and vegetables!!Each one individually, had knowledge that was beyond what I expected! I was even offered a sample of Dragon Fruit. (not as sweet as it looks!)My point is, that I more than not have a positive experience here at Albertsons. Yes, its true. I find the service and employees, a notch above the norm! These folks work hard to make the customers #1 !!I appreciate them all... 🤗👍

Im from Ohio and visit a friend in Cody. Im love huckleberry, especially Dust Cutter Huckleberry Lemonade. I stopped in on Tuesday and bought all they had, Joe came up and I asked if I could get a case of it. He told me it would be in on Thursday. I got my case!!! Joe, Samantha, and Dan were great!! I appreciate all their help!!
