If this is the Boost Mobile in Cohoes the gentleman there seemed very nice I will advise everyone to avoid the Boost Mobile in Watervliet this is where I live Ive used this store for a very long time they sold it to a new person a few years ago and this guy is the biggest rip-off artist out there hes very rude does not know how to speak to people if youre going to go to a Boost Mobile store go to the one in Cohoes at least theyre honest and polite

Store managerwas very helpful. Pleasant person to deal with. Boost itself is not very good. Reception is bad. Half a dozen places i get poor or no reception.

The guy who runs this store was really nice. Took his time and made sure our new phones got set up properly. Will do repeat business with him in the future.

I bought a phone and did not like it. Before I purchase it I asked what the return policy was. He said 25 restock fee. I show up to return and he tells me its $55 (more than half the phone cost) to return and he wont turn my old phone back on.

I hit do nit disturb and couldnt get out of it so I brought it down to boost Mobile and the asked the mgr to SHOW ME HOW TO FIX IT. HE FIXED ITand ha ded me the phone. Hes done the same thing to me manys a time. I think he thinks he is being funny but hes not. So the next time something happens i will walk down there again. Maybe kn the scheme of things Im supposed to be there or be late to another place

I bought an LG STLZ 4 in July 2019. Ive had nothing but problems with this phone. It will not charge 100 percent unless I shut it off, the flash goes off all day and night, and I am not receiving all my calls and text. I have gone in every month and told them. The manager waited till after 30 days to tell me that its LGs problem. LG now needs to take my phone and Boost wont help me so I have a phone while LG has it. I have done nothing wrong to the phone. The manager will not help me. Smh
