Walking into Locker Room 78 will bring you back to the old school brick and mortar card shops. Scott is extremely nice to chat with and very knowledgeable across all sports. He has more variety than anyone could ask for and something for everyone. His prices are extremely fair and his communication is great. If it’s your first time to the shop and you have trouble finding it, give him a call and he will guide you to the right place. If your in the area or looking for a day trip, it’s worth your time.

Scott and Krista are absolutely the best in the state for a card shop in my opinion From the first time I stepped into the shop, they treated me like family. Professional, kind, considerate and extremely informative. By far the best prices in the area. The other guys locally are higher priced, less product and treat you like a number and not a customer let alone a collector. I have been buying from them for a few months now and all I can say is they know how to take care of a customer. The owner Scott has showed me great customer service. I had some issues with a few hobby boxes that werent his fault at all, and he took it upon himself to make things right for me. Something I didnt ask him to do. He has done this a few times now with different scenarios. Also I would like to note that the live breaks he does are ran great and without any confusion. The Locker Room 78 dont change a thing!

I ordered a booster box from them, had it shipped, i was expecting a box of cards, but I received loose packets, and autographs. I feel like they opened the packages as autographs come in their own case. They have no way of contacting them via email. I will definitely look elsewhere for my next purchase.

First time stepping into this hobby shop, I completely felt the passion that they have for the hobby. Instantly made me interested in the hobby and he was more than willing to go above and beyond to explain how this hobby works in every aspect imaginable. Very knowledgeable on pretty much anything with the hobby. Love his shop, his customer service, and his prices! They also have an active and affordable breakers group page in addition to a buy/sell and scammers page. They have shown that they care about their customers and the hobby. All my interactions on their various platforms have been positive - website, Facebook page/groups and at their location in Cohoes. Scott proves you don’t need a pearly white gated castle to have a good business, his humble location is a product of following his dream and making it work. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. They were awful at handling business with my fiancé and when they saw our review of their place they started harassing me for it. I’ve received several threats and explicit messages from grown men that are associated with them, it’s just very upsetting. We were looking forward to doing business with a different place but instead they were very childish business owners/men. I’ve received so many messages by now that I’m sure I’ll receive some kind of slander for this too but I feel as if everyone needs to know how this business runs...they enjoy harassing their customers instead of fixing their problems.

Complete rip off has no respect for his customers and his shop needs improvement

I had a issue with them over a deal if they were doing with bowman that released this year, they were selling a day before release date at a marked up price and it wasn’t even hobby boxes they were charging almost triple for blaster boxes, after I left a bad review on Facebook they removed that option and then harassed my fiancé and sent her threats and explicit photos.
