Ive never had their ice cream before, my Uncle in law told me that this place is the number one ice cream shop in the State of Vermont so I decided to try it out. (I drove to the State of Vermont from California) Hands down they are the best ice cream shop Ive tasted in Vermont, and in California to be honest. Ill probably come back another day since you guys are LITERALLY around the corner.

Was here on vacation and looked for the best ice cream in the Burlington area. Im glad we ventured out to this place because everything we got was delicious and fresh. The Coffee Buzz sundae was the best thing on the menu; they make their own chocolate covered espresso beans that were phenomenal. A great place to stop for ice cream.

This is the best place for ice cream on a hot day. The line that wraps around the building and down the street should not deter you. This business knows how to move people in and out. Although a traffic light might help at exit the choice of flavors will keep you coming back.

One of the best Creemees in Burlington. They work very hard here. They are well organized and have a wonderful staff. They had a drive through order setup that worked very well. You can also walk in and get Creemees. They had a wife variety of flavor options and toppings. I would highly recommend, and would go again.

We visit cousins every year and the visit isn’t complete without one (or two, or three) visits to the Village Scoop! The ice cream is great, servings are generous, and prices are reasonable. Staff have always been friendly and upbeat. The fact that they have a drive thru is an added bonus! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Colchester area!

Let me start off by saying I consider myself an ice cream connoisseur. I think I consume more ice cream than most people. While visiting Burlington we went to the Village scoop and I think I had the best ice cream that I have ever had. Prices were very reasonable, you get a lot for what you pay for. The staff was very friendly. They were also extremely helpful in determining what flavor I got. Letting me try a few samples 😀. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you’re in the Burlington or surrounding area a trip to the Village scoop is worth your time and your travels. 🍦🍨

Sorbet! Mango and Blueberry pomegranate flavors. Yummy! The mango was too sweet for my palate but delicious. The blueberry pomegranate was spot on not too sweet. Huge servings and great prices. 2 scoops for $3.50. Great staff-- be sure to tip well-- ita a college fund tip jar.

Whenever visiting Vermont there is always best creemee opinions, most of which are from tourists who fail to travel just a few miles in for something amazing. This was the best creemee Ive ever had in my life. During a visit I went twice, I had to try the other creemee competition and although some are close, Village Scoop is the best. The sizes are huge! Ive never seen a creemee size suggested by swirls and it makes a lot of sense!! Thick, cold, flavourful, all amazing! Its no wonder why this drive thru stand always has a line. Loved it!!

WONDERFUL!! I really wanted my sister-in-law to try a creemee while we were in Vermont (which if you dont know, is soft serve ice cream) they were visiting from Seattle & we were on the last day of our 5-day vacation and had so far not been able to find any that were open. On our 5th or 6th try we came across this place and it was PERFECT. Thankfully it was still open at 8:00 p.m. which is apparently not normal for most of these places (or at least pre Memorial Day anyway) they had regular ice cream and creemees, and best of all they had Vermont maple which is what I wanted her to try! Theres nothing like a creemee made with Vermont maple syrup. The people that work there were very very nice, the ice cream was delicious, theres place to sit outside all around on the green, theres plenty of parking, and theres a drive-thru area. HIGHLY recommend!!

I stopped off after my bike ride on the rail bike trail and boy Im glad I did. Being a creamy connoisseur I can say it was the best creamy Ive had in a while. I highly recommend the visit but be prepared for a long line during peak hours but definitely worth it. Cant wait for my next bike ride!

I havent been here in years. I tried it again and loved it. I havent gone because it was a bit pricey, but during the pandemic, not all ice cream spots reopened, so I had to give it a try. To my surprise, I loved it. I tried the hard ice cream this time and it was great! The prices are still a bit pricey, but they gave me some big scoops and that made me feel that this treat was worth it. The day I went, they had the girls come out to take your order from your car, while in line. That seemed to speed up the process, since they usually have a line outside waiting to place an order. They also took the money or credit card you were paying with. I thought what a great idea, almost like the old drive in fast food places that they took your order from your car and youd eat in your car with your familys. Nice touch! I may not go a much as some that are closer, but definitely wont pass it by like I used to. I give it a two thumbs up.

Yummy maple creamies

Let me begin by saying, I have tried for two days in a row. First being Friday and second being Saturday to get ice cream here. If you call this venue they claim to stay open until 6. Except they don’t. On both days we have at almost exactly 538 and they have blocked off the parking lot- marking it closed. So either they need to change their own voicemail or they need to close at the actual time they list. Huge bummer to drive all the way out to just be disappointed.
