Have had phone for less than 3 months went in to get problem solved and was told they dont work on phones. Was given a number to call. Need to have people that know what they are doing to help solve peoples problems rather than just pushing on issue upon the customer to deal with getting ahold of someone instead trying to solve the issue by having technical support right their in their store.

What a joke. We walked into this store and the guy working was on his phone and never acknowledged us until he finished his phone call. Then he had no knowledge of Verizons current promotion and treated us like we were a hassle. We were the only people in the store, you would think that he would have been happy to wait on us. Terrible customer service we will take our business some where else.

Amazing customer service, sales associate was very polite and knew exactly what we wanted. In and out within an hour. Definitely satisfied with our experience.

My wife and I bought a replacement 📱 for her after hers broke.Savanah waited on us.Whe there she got a call that she had misquoted the price of monthly bill to someone by $40 a month. She did same to us by nearly that

This is the second time I have been overly impressed with the service I have received from Verizon. I wish I could name more than two times they’ve impressed me but due to their great cell service and no issues as a provider whatsoever I have only had to go into the retailer store a couple of times which is incredible in and of itself! So glad I made the switch from my prior service provider!

I was getting ripped off on my phone bill through this store and corlando fixed everything and was straight forward with me u guys need to hire more people like him and not take advantage of new young customers like me.

We were in to get my wife a new phone, Corlando done an excellent job with us. He had a rude customer come in and was nasty to him while he was waiting on us. Corlando kept his composer the entire time this person was being extremely rude to him about a phone that may or may not have been there. Corlando was polite to this person even as he was talking under his breath about shifty service. Corlando told us he had been there since 9:00am. I thought that he had been exceptionally polite and was doing his job as well as could have been expected. He also acknowledged everyone as they were walking through the door. He done an excellent job!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Even through covid the employees were kind and caring. They needed to share the differences in plans a bit better for options but all in all it was a good experience. I am a life time Verizon patron.

Not overly friendly or helpful. I wanted to learn how to move something from text to my email and she just did it and didnt show me how to do it.

THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE! Worse place to get phone problems solved. Complained to employee and got kicked out. Called back to as for managers number and was told i couldnt have it. They will Take Your money and then push your issues off to corporate. the closest corporates store is in Jackson or Lansing 50 miles away. WILL try and call owner Jeff Russell next. Sales person I dealt with did not know how to talk to customers.

Poor service

Indirect location, that doesnt have access to everything a corporate Verizon store has but the customer service out beats the corporate store any day, I do all my business here with 4 lines and always have!!! All the girls are phenomenal!!

If you buy anything here. And it goes bad any time after 14 days. They will not stand behind it! Completely rude and unprofessional!
