Dont have any problems with picking up curbside !! Fantastic service they offer and very efficient!!!

I can always find good clothes to wear there, the fast lanes r reasonably fast and keep moving tho theyre only credit or debit no cash. I get the essentials here, their prices r lower. Ive never noticed it to be dirty (never been in the bathrooms tho). Seems to have cat food when i need it too. All in all, its good.

If I could give zero stars i would. I walked in and there were no carts. We had to go out to the parking lot to get one. The meat cases were empty, the shelves were empty. We decided to check out and waited in line for 15 minutes before a worker said that they were closing the line. There was only one other line open. There was a line at the self check out. I understand the worker shortage and supply chain problems but this is the worst store Ive seen. Make the trip somewhere else

Nobody seemed to want to help me with my problems, I went without my wife, my mistake. I only needed two items, one being the large bottles of water from the front of the store, they were out. I couldnt even return my empties because the machine wasnt giving out the tickets. I asked customer service for the tickets so I didnt have to haul my empties home only to be treated like I was trying to scam them somehow. I also couldnt find the other item for my wife, only got pointed in the general direction. I will go to Jonesville or Jackson from now on.

Pretty convenient. Parking was also convenient . If you are going to head west on 12... Go out at the stoplight.

Walmart was great. Had everything I was looking for at great prices. Which is saying alot these days. Got everything on my food list and the fresh produce was superior to other stores close by. It has always been a favorite store of mine for lifes basic needs. Always nice bonus deals. The associates were all nice and helpful as well. Im a walmart lifer....And they had new fully charged electric cars which I appreciate because I have to store an oxygen tank. Thank you

Its a Walmart - nice store set up and probably has whatever you need. 4 star because all the lanes except for the self scan were shut down (about 10 o clock) and the employees response shutting their lane down was, Im off at 10. I dont mind self scans and I didnt happen to needs ciggs, so wasnt bothered by it, but Im sure other might.

I like this location much better then the Sturgis one.

I WAS ILLEGALLY DETAINED AND FALSELY ACCUSED OF STEALING BECAUSE I DIDNT KEEP MY RECEIPT!!!Over 30 minutes I was BLOCKED by employees AND my cart of things I BOUGHT was held on by the “DIRECTOR” when asked for her name SHE COVERED HER NAME TAG! Acted like she didn’t hear me!!! Then WHEN THEY FOUND MY RECEIPT and FOUND OUT THAT I DIDNT STEAL! I asked for her name again and she waited a minute then HAND STILL COVERING HER NAME TAG! and say dashawnya… MY CHILD IS BLACK, I have an accent, definitely was RACIALLY profiled!THEY NEVER CALLED THE POLICE 👮‍♂️!!!!! Just ILLEGALLY DETAINED ME!!!!!!! Do NOT go here!! YESTERDAY I went there and there was a man BARKING at people in the parking lot and store acting CRAZY I told an employee and she LITERALLY shrugged her shoulders… KIDS COULD HAVE BEEN HURT! The man was 100% on drugs… guess what he wasn’t checked for a receipt though.!!!

I had 3 returns and some extra shopping to do for a birthday party. So I started out with customer service. My returns were 3 different transactions. One of them was a gift to me from my daughter. It was a 2 piece pajama set. Because it was a gift I didnt have a receipt. So I received a gift card which was fine because I was going to get the same pjs, just smaller, and a gown instead of the 2 piece. I went back to get the gown and looked at my gift card receipt. She only gave me credit for the top and not the bottom. So I had to go all of the way back up to customer service and wait in that long line all over again. Thankfully it was the same person and my return was still laying there on the counter under about 3 or 4 other returns. I explained she ended up fixing it and gave me another gift card. It was kinda just as much of my own fault because I should have noticed it right from the beginning. She apologized and I went back and finished my shopping. The womens apparel department was very much in dissaray. The store looked pretty clean but not the neatest. My cashier was kind and professional. Ill go back but it really wasnt one of my best stops at a Walmart.

Terrible I went today on a,Saturday afternoon which is one of the busy times. Only to find to lines open for people more 10 items and each line had at least a twenty minutes wait. I cant imagine with over 15 lanes they cant find enough people to work more then 2 lines. Besides them trying to keep Jobs and just doing or own check out.

As far as Walmart stores go this is a better one. Staff is friendly, store seems clean enough, stock is what you would expect. When in need of food or something while in the area this is my go-to store.

I always have a mixed time when Im here. Its a fine place to shop since its Walmart but some if the employees are very rude and the Walmart pick up is always late for me.

The Coldwater store is much cleaner than the Battle Creek store. Both stores are still out of many things

Parking lot needs better drainage. Flooding with even moderate rain.

Kinda make you feel like a thief coming out of the store if you cant bag something. Just trying to be a loyal customer and not a thief.

Love shopping at Wal-Mart would have given it a five but they always seem to be out of things anymore and there are never enough lanes open an the self checkouts are slow as hello because they seem to always have technical issues.

I was only buying 2 things, just needed the self check out, but they were only taking cards. I needed to pay cash, the employee in that area, took me to her register and accepted my cash. Awesome!

My cashier was less than helpful when I was trying to buy an item. I was told I cant buy it just because it didnt have the whole bar code because the package was ripped when I found it. I was looking for this item for a while and no attempt was made to help resolve the issue. I am very disappointed with the customer service today.

I was surprised because I was there late afternoon on July 7th Wednesday yet the store was out of so many things. I could not do my usual grocery shopping because they were not stocked at all.

We only go to Walmart when we dont have any other options.My husband was accused of stealing at the Auburn Indiana location.That will never happen again.

Not enough check outs are open every time I go there no matter what day of the week or what time of the day it is waiting at least an hour to check out is Rediculuous!!!!

My experience was terrible. Battle Creek location incompetent manager at the auto center do not go this location or the one in Coldwater location

This place is away under staffed there’s never a manager on the floor to help when needed and if they come up from their little hiding spots to answer a question they go right back to wherever they came from without stepping in the help. Walmart is very poorly ran in Coldwater mi.

This Walmart was very low on merchandise throughout the store even in the grocery. It looked like a store that was selling out and closing up. None of the self check outs were open so it took forever and 3 days to get out of there since there was only 1 cashier and he was slow and very rude.

Its a big store but they had a 25 lb bag of flour for 5.80

Long lines to check out 20 min in line

Horrible, I never see anymore than 1 or 2 lanes open. This week I was in there and there were NO OPEN LANES, ONLY SELF CHECK!!!!!(might not have been long but still how it was when I went to leave) What if people fill their cart??? This walmart is absolutely a joke. Pray you never have to go to customer service either, there is typically one poor soul at the counter with other employees standing behind the counter talking and laughing, ive even seen where there was a manager standing there laughing with another employee while this older lady in what I guess would be her 60s took care of a line of around 30 people and not once did anyone help her.... HORRIBLE!!!

The customer service that Sam Walton founded this company on is dead and buried. I saw a FANTASTIC deal on a grill I was looking for. After the main associate in the garden/summer area confirmed the price was correct I was all set to buy my new grill! But...... a manager walked over and saw the price that was displayed and started doing some checking. While I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes waiting to buy this grill for the MARKED PRICE he came over and informed me that it was mismarked. Some floor associate had put the wrong price on it. It was actually $250 more than the displayed price. I asked, “ but this is the displayed price, aren’t you required to sell it at that price”? He laughed and said no, that’s not the price, some one put this out with the wrong information. I looked at him and just said well if you won’t honor your displayed price I will go elsewhere. I worked for Walmart for 15 years when I was younger. This is not the company it used to be.

I did an order for pick up. The time window was 11:00 am - 12:00. I arrived at 11:23am and didnt get my order until 12:48. I was informed that they were running behind because half of their staff had called in. They did send a notification at 11am that the order was not ready but I was already in town. Why wouldnt you inform people ahead of the time window of delays. I cant imagine they didnt know by say 10 am that the order was going to be delayed. I am highly disappointed with my level of service.

The Wal Mart in Three Rivers Michigan was clean on the outside. But the floors inside needed cleaning. But not much in customer service.

They never have in stock what they get you hooked on, plus? From one location to another, you can buy milk at Coldwater Michigan location for a $1.06 per gallon and every other location its almost 4 dollars a gallon for the exact same brand of milk per gallon from the same exact Walmart store in the same state!!!!

Young greeters were rude when I asked about an exchange I was told your not getting one without a receipt. I took my chances and went up to the service desk and even though they only had one cashier and I waited in line for 20 minutes she was more than happy to give me a gift card so I could go purchase the toy that my grandson wanted.

Getting better since renovations. Still need to concentrate on customer service. Keep department responsibility consistent. Example, check out Csrs maintain the customers for self checkout, let security watch for potential wrong doers.

Dont hold them to such a high standard.Wide selection of household essentials and great garden section.pharmacy is average but thats okay.Produce is not appealing but rather concerning and dirty / scattered due to the high volume of customers coming from the interstate and highways

Coldwater Walmart has very fast and efficient service, nice employees, but, is lacking in the cleanliness department.... shelves were a mess, garbage on the floors...

My son had ordered 7 items to be picked up that was at 9 in the morning the earliest to pick up was between 4 and 5 he had to work asked me to pick it up when I got there after 4 I was told I would have to come back it would be another hour and a half . I went back and waited another 45 minutes so by the time I got the items he had ordered and didnt get what was needed and was not contacted for substitution. Nine hours to get a pick up order of 7 items its terrible.
