Never ever shop here what is the purpose of shopping here.Approached store employee after checking floor to see if product is in the back or available.Go over there we have some on the other side. Checked the area again item isnt on stock on shelving inquire with a female manager specific item. We have this brand not what you want so basically your online store isnt accurate. Decided to just leave wont return to this location.

Its your average best buy. I removed one star simply because their prices are still too high on many things. I dont know how they make money when its so easy to purchase things cheaper, either online or at another store.Employees are always great and friendly. Anytime I ask about products, be it advice on what to get or asking where things are, theyre always very nice and helpful. Almost every time I ask where to find something, they will walk me to the area rather than just telling me where to go.

Everytime I go into Best Buy I always receive the warm welcome as I am entering the store and as I leave. The associates are always there to answer any questions that you may have, and make sure you that you fully understand.Yes there are times when the store gets busy and there maybe shrortage of staff members, but the service is always good. Never had a problem..

I wish this app gave me an opportunity not to give even one star! Worst customer service I received in a long time. Before you can receive help, you need to give your name & phone number. When I arrived, no one in line after 30 minutes; no associate came to help me! I decided to leave Best Buy and take my business and money elsewhere! If youre not sure what youre looking for and you think you may need help, run do not go to this Best Buy location!

This store is awful. From merchandise to management. The shelves are all but barren, the management understaffed the store. When you finally find an item you want to purchase you then must wait due to the aforementioned short staff for an employee to assist you with opening a cabinet. 17 mins for assistance. Get out of here. We left.The only reason I dont give themNo stars is it doesnt allow.

I walked in was greeted and offered assistance if needed. I was directed to the item I wanted to purchase, and immediately to the register.I noticed the best prices Ive seen on TVs as I walked the racetrack to the register. It will be my place of destination should I need a new television.

I usually love going to Best Buy and my family and I have gone forever, but today I had one of the worst experiences ever. I bought a new pair of airpod pros (for $200) and left the store (as any normal person would after buying something). When I went to my car and opened them to my horror they were clearly fake. When I went back into the store the GM basically accused me of trying to steal from best buy and was implying I switched them in my car for fakes that I was trying to return. Isnt the point of returning something if its a faulty product to get a refund? Apparently not at this Best Buy! My guess is someone re wrapped an airpod box after taking the originals out and returned it to the store and I had to face the consequences for it.

The lady manager there, was so good to us that evening.. I purchased 128GB SD card online at noon and when I was there in the evening to pick it up. It was out of stock, she was so nice she managed the situation, and gave me 256 for the same price.. lucky evening for me :)

Every time I go to this location it’s never enough employees. I do in store pick up in hopes to get in and get out but they have there pick up in the auto bay and no one is ever there I was in store for 30 minutes just waiting for an associate to come open up the bay and begin processing pick ups. This was after they called over the radio mind you.

WARNING 1- check your open box purchase for the power cord!EVEN if the box says Inspected by Best Buy, and its taped and bubble wrapped!DIsclaimer- If you shop at Best Buy, beware that the stores do not answer calls. You get to talk to the national call center!After 3 hours of back and forth with associates, one who told me that a power cord is a non essential item, I finally received a credit back on my card for the missing cord, remote and tv legs. For the record, I do not deem a remote or even tv legs essential.I am waiting for return call from Samsung to order these items myself. And of course no surprise, minutes later, the power cord is out of stock ;-)WARNING 2- if you buy an open box item and the condition lists the item as anything less than excellent, the essential items may or may not be included.WARNING 3- BEST BUY COLLEGE PARK MARYLAND ALLOWED MY HUSBAND TO WALK IN WITHOUT I.D. give my number and walk out with a $900 tv. HMM.Had I known this information and that this would be my experienced, I would have NEVER purchased an item from Best Buy. I was on a mission to locate a charger for an Apple Ipod and they had it. I had visited several stores to discover Best Buy was where I should have gone first. Since the unit was so outdated, I thought the charger was overpriced. I get it, Corona caused a lot of businesses to lose money so when they reopened, they try to recoup their losses. However, not at my expense. Best Buy has to do better with those prices, they are overpriced. The charger was $21+tax, way overpriced but I was pressed to get my Ipod up and running again.

We needed a Switch. This place had it. So we drove 1 state away for curbside pick-up.I have to say I love curbside pick-up! Best Buy has also grown on me. I didnt go inside this particular store but I do like the business. The guy that brought our stuff out was friendly, which is something that seems to be a constant no matter which store, or state, youre in. Thats very nice.

It felt like the inside of a going-out-of-business store and it didnt seem like the lack of business had anything to do with the pandemic. I am a dinosaur in the cell phone department. Went here because my carrier (AT&T) did not have any prepaid phones over 32 GB. Went here sales guy showed me what he had in the 128gb realm and tried his best to upsell me. Then he took my old phone shared it to the new phone installed a new ad card and made sure before he sent me on my way that the phone was working. Best buy has a lot of reputations but today was a good day. Today I give the rep 10 for 10. Not all my visit here have been good and thats the chain in general. My daughter tells me they BB are on the way out. If they continue to provide service like I received on this day I cant see how,

There was a line out to door, with approximately 15-20 customers, when I arrived to Best Buys College Park, MD on Sunday, January 10th, 2021.However, a sales associate Tracy or Stacy surveyed customers waiting in line at which time she proceeded to cross check via earpiece communicating with an associate in store to check if your item(s)are in stock!!It really changed my mood and uncut the wait time tremendously!

On 4/6/2021 after asking for her assistance, She UNNECCESSARILY became confrontational and took it upon herself to LECTURE me on your store policies and procedures on getting assistance. I deemed this TOTALLY unnecessary and unprofessional due to her tone of voice. I elected not to stoop to her levels and to just drive further down the road to Laurels Best Buy where I received an appropriate greeting and assistance. Very Disappointing!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the front door. The store was quite empty, so all the extra attention was a definitively a treat. We bought an 11.6 HP stream solid state 32 GB laptop for $199, which is a fantastic price!! The real surprise is that they threw in an HP Envy 4500 inkjet printer for $19.99. This was a great add on! It is usually a $100 printer. This will be a fantastic back to school gift. The employee walked us through the whole process. Our main dilemma was what were the advantages that a laptop has over a tablet. We narrowed it down to size, weight, and apps were in favor of the tablet. That wasnt enough to deter us from getting a laptop. Another plus is that it is very light and very nice color blue.There is always plenty of nearby parking at this location too!

Helped me to make sure the phone I purchased online was working and looked up info to guide me in the right direction. Attractive African American women with dreadlocks. She was great and Im happy with my new phone. My replaced phone was a HTC-1 I bought in 2013. LoL. Long overdue for a new phone.

I recently purchased a TV and wall mount for in-store pickup. The website is very organized and makes the process seem simple and clear. I arriving at the store and parked in the designated area. Waited. Literally every person had to get out of their car, go to the front of the store and wait to get their issue resolved. No employee seemed to know wth was going on. Whatd you order? Which TV? Oh, theres more? I did finally get the TV but the wall mount had to wait. Cool, I can wait. I returned when I was emailed that it was ready. Same deal with employees being confused as hell. Finally, I find out theres no wall mount. Whyd you charge me then? Okay, so I requested a delivery. Its all set up. Now, Im being billed a second time for something I already paid for but never received. Really?? Best Buy better pray that gets amended. Just dont do it. Dont come here. Or really prepare yourself for mayhem.

After getting the ROYAL runaround online, being on hold for an hour, getting frustrated with customer service once I was off hold and chatting on the website - I went in person to the College Park Best Buy to handle a situation with a freezer I bought that stopped working 60 days after purchase. Not a fan of this best buy. Ordered online a couple of things and went to the store to pick them up. I got everything. However when I got home, I realized I was duped. One of my items, a keyboard and mouse bundle, was sold as new and was blatantly used. It had the batteries installed and from energizer and duracell. It was also missing its dongle for wireless connection. I havent gone back to best buy to get this squared away. The main reason is I drove 45 min out the way to get a specific bundle. Just frustrated it didnt work out. I am concerned the local best buy wont accept the return

Rude!!! I was about to purchase a tablet but change my might! Me and my boyfriend stayed next to the stand and trying to see what kind tablets they have. And here one of the store worker (young Hispanic look girl in glasses) came with customer and just push us no saying nothing. What kind customer service is it??? I even not talking about pandemic time, when we need to keep social distance. After that we just decided just to leave. Best Buy you need to do better with training people how to provide at least some customer service!!!!

This place was not ready for the black Friday in during the pandemic. Both those who purchased online nd those in store customers had very bad experience. I purchased online nd was told my item was ready to pick up the next day. But i spent more than 5 hours waiting to receive my item at curbside. I had to get into the store and queue again for another hour before I could get my item. That was a failure on Best Buy College Park. So disappointing. Do not recommend it.

When I came to buy a computer the salesman was very condescending. I never claimed to know a lot about computers and I didnt need the employee to tell me that. In fact I came with my father because he knows about computers and I dont. I cant imagine putting down a customer at my job because they dont know about cars. It seems that because of Covid 19 Best Buy and other box stores in the area have significantly improved their customer service. But still remains questionable is their ability to accurately publicize and manage theyre stock because often times the information posted online and the information located in the store are not the same
