Pretty strict covid protocols including masking for everyone, sanitized equipment, and people waiting in their cars instead of the waiting room. Lena handled the initial testing quickly, competently, and professionally. Dr. Webb was likewise, on schedule, professional, and personable. Eyewear prices seem high though admittedly, its been many years since I have bought glasses. Will definitely return

I loved going here, but unfortunately due to their office practices, I will no longer be a patient at this practice. I am very upset that all they care about is money. I lost my job due to COVID-19 and my insurance was set to expire. I made an appointment, but I called to ask them to work with me on paying for the appointment. I had the majority of it, but I ended up having to cancel my appointment. Thats fine and I understand that. What Im upset over is that they sent me a bill for the cancellation fee in the mail. If I cant afford my appointment, how am I going to also afford a cancellation fee? Ive called multiple times to discuss this and every time I get sent to voicemail and no one will call me back in regards to this. I will be finding a practice that actually cares about patient care.

Dr. Webb is great with efficiency, and knowledge. I felt bad that I had to have my kids with me-- some staff were a little bit more gracious/friendly/understanding than others, toward the situation. I asked 1 girl since the irritability was a tad obvious from others, so Im sorry, but I wish they made that clearer prior to going in since it is different for every place/practice. Nothing said no children/family other than patient on website or registration forms. Im not complaining about the policy, but that I wasnt told properly beforehand and then made to feel uncomfortable about it. Either way sorry for the inconvenience.

While the actual eye related service was satisfactory, the billing process fell short. I was told explicitly by the doctor there would be no charge for the follow up visit (which lasted less than 10 mins). However, nearly 4 months later I was billed for this second follow up amount. Reached out to the office to understand the charge and unfortunately the receptionist and doctor denied having said the follow up exam would not have a charge. Little disappointed in them for not keeping their word.

As always, Dr. Helbert Green is very thorough and the staff is extremely nice. Id never think of going anywhere else.

I have always gone to this place. But considering the state of the world right now the doctor did not wash her hands once before touching my eyes and after touching my eyes. Even if she did when she left the room there was no assurance that she did. Kinda scary.Oh. And then when I was checking out I was billed for a retinal exam that is mandatory but my insurance didn’t cover it but I was not told about this. The lady did give me a discount but I thought that was a horrible way to do business.

Historically I have not been able to wear contacts. Dr. Webb was willing to go the extra mile in determining a solution that specifically addressed my difficult-to-please eyes and now I can successfully wear contacts. I was impressed with how professionally the practice is run. Everyone from the front office staff to the technicians are very diligent in getting things right – so important! Dr. Webb takes time with you, making sure you understand the details. I would recommend them highly.

All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Horn gave a thorough exam and told me about “computer” glasses which I had never heard of, even after having glasses for 25 years. She was fantastic as was David Butler who fitted me for my glasses. I highly recommend this group.

Colleyville Vision Associates is one of the finest medical service practices I have encountered (and in my 7th decade I have observed a few...). Over 20 years ago, I met Dr. Helbert-Green as I searched for a vision care provider near my workplace. After several years of working with her, she opened her own vision care office, Colleyville Vision Associates. It was a bit further away from my office, but well worth the additional drive to get the care I wanted. Dr. Helbert-Green is not only knowledgeable and talented in her field, but has a genuine concern for and connection with her patients that totally establishes trust. She has a staff who reflect her values and are so friendly and easy to work with. Now, two years after retirement from my corporate job, I travel 38 miles each way to continue vision care with Dr. Helbert-Green and Colleyville Vision Associates. I hope this confirms my commitment and extreme satisfaction with the professional services and customer relationship I have with this organization.

These folks put the different company lenses then what we agreed and tried to sell them. Never had this sort of experience with any vendors/business in this country. Folks at the lobby treated us very badly, when we asked about this. Please never ever visit this place, you would end up with a loss and bad service, for sure.
