Very good store! Don is very knowledgeable and willing to help with rules, painting, and just anything about the hobby. Would recommend any veteran or newby to stop by and check it out.

Drove 20+ hours to come to the Citadel Warhammer from out of state, until something crazy happened to shut it down midday while i was only an hour away from there . I called this location and Don answered, Telling him of my plight right before closing time he understood and said that I come visit this location anyway. He went above and beyond to keep his shop open and talk about the special items available there during this locations anniversary celebration. He was awesome and understood my disappointment in my pilgrimage of the GW stores from Corpus Christi to here, which we dot not have in my area. Def made me feel better about the journey and got sum good stuff from it. thx don appreciate it.

One of the best GW shops in the state!

After I hiatus from the hobby I was very overwhelmed walking into the store. Don was very helpful in getting me set up with paints, brushes, and everything I needed. He informed me on the app and video that would aid me in getting back into painting. Returning for models that same week he remembered me and was a great source of advice and guidance. Awesome employee and the reason Im getting back into the game!

Don is awesome! Citadel paints are truly worth the price that you pay for them The results were getting are incredible. Don here at the colleyville store and then the staff at the grapevine store are both incredible and will spend all the time you need with you so you can learn how to paint properly and use the right colors and contrast and everything. I definitely recommend these guys without hesitation!!

I started coming to this store regularly around 4 months ago to learn how to paint and play Warhammer 40K. I can genuinely say that if you want to learn either how to paint or play, Don (Store Manager) is the best guy in DFW to learn from.Awesome Teacher, especially when it comes to painting. I could recommend this store for a number of reasons (good community and, if you love a certain Black Library book but want it in Hardback when you can only find it in Paperback, this store sometimes has them in Hardback when GW is only printing Paperbacks - its weird but true), but his tutelage and guidance through all phases is the main one. Just come in and check out the store for yourself, youll understand then!!

Staff is friendly and provide superb customer service. Kit I bought was missing paint and he gave me a full sized bottle for free. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Whenever you are really invested in a hobby you love, you always try to seek out that environment. Where good guys want to hang out and share the same hobby, who will help eachother out and have fun, this is the place to be if you are wanting to start Warhammer. It is rare to not see someone in the shop, and people are always playing, painting, assembling their models or any mix of the three.

The man who runs the shop is really nice if its ur first time there hell let you paint a figure for free

Warhammer is a game enjoyed by everyone in the family even for kids. While the game contains guns and skulls which can scare of parents, most of it is imagination and rules, so kids will not be focused on those aspects.

Awesome place to get into the hobby

Since this is close to my house I swing by every week or so to check out the new stock. Zack and Chris are always helpful and answer any questions that I have whether it is about WH or AoS rules, painting or recommendations as to how to grow my army. I really like what GW/Warhammer has done in the recent past and upped their game by bringing out new products on a regular basis. This store is always well stocked.
