Hello, my husband and I remodeled our Master bedroom bathroom and had a new shower door and glass wall installed and when I tell you that I have had to call the company at least a dozen times, I am not kidding, and this has been going on for maybe a year and a half or longer. I expressed concern about the initial installer who in my non professional, one not able to swear under oath or hand on a Bible, was high as a kite. The header wasnt attached properly, I know because he forgot to put a sealant affixing the glass to the header. The shower door slides forward hitting the glass frame. I asked that they not send the same person back out and they did anyway, which I confirmed recently. They have canceled 2 appointments with me, they told me last week that it would be a charge of 75.00 and I said you are crazy if you think you can ask me to pay for something that was installed wrong. I spoke to the manager who was supposed to come out last Friday, he didnt call nor did anyone from the office so, I started blowing up their line.I am still waiting on a call back today. I have gone way above and beyond in the understanding department.Trust me it gets better but, the ending hasnt been determined yet. I will update once the service has been completed. It will either remain a 1 star or go up. I know there are things that happen and people have bad days but, years, really??

The installers are smart and very helpful. They helped turn a nightmare into a dream. Really made a difference. I would sale my soul or give up my first born to have their unbelievable service again. I love All Pro Glass and Mirror. My God bless them and all they love.

My kids broke my China cabinet glass door. I brought them the other doors glass, they measured it and I had a new glass door the next day! Thank you so much for the great service and fast turn around.

Worst experience ever. These people take forever to get the glass ready and the young lady that answers the phone has the worst attitude and horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. If I could rate these people 0 stars I most definitely would.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Im so disappointed. We used this glass company for many years and then moved away. I was in the area and took a job to them recently. They promised it in one week for $35. Its been 3 weeks and i called today and they now say $120. Theyve never contacted me to tell me of the delay or change in price. The only contact Ive had with them is me calling them to be put off on timing each time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THeyve either gotten too busy and dont care or someone else is running the place now.

I used this company for some work recently and the service was horrible. It took a month to get the glass in and when i would call to check on the order the men who answered always seemed to have an attitude. The lady who answered was nice but she had no idea about anything and never kept a promise to call back with information. I do not recommend this company nor will i use them again.

This was a helpful little glass shop. I just needed a pice of glass cut to particular size. I called in the order and it was finished the next day. The staff was friendly and helpful when I picked it up and helped load it into the car.

Do not use All Pro Glass. Overpriced an poor quality. When glass goes bad still under warranty they do not respond to calls, or emails and do not cover. Unprofessional!

What a terrible place to get products from it took over 2 weeks to get one piece of glass done the lady up front is a complete moron she under charges but when you bring in your piece to get looked at it is way more than what was said the due date arrived I called my product was still not ready I told them to give me back my money I will go somewhere else that would take 3 days instead of 2 weeks they can tell me they cannot refund my money I am beyond upset
