On my very first visit I thought the place looked really pretty. The staff was very friendly, spoke to the owner. Its cool to watch them roll the ice cream. Very yummy! My brother got a chocolate base with Glacial Chocolate Tundra and walnut topping. I got a chocolate base with Brownie Overload also a walnut topping. 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Cutest little place ever! Drove half an hour to try this place out! French press was absolutely delicious. Great customer service & polite employees. Talked my little ones into yummy toppings after already paying. Seating is limited but an adorable setup. Very homey. Looks as a home turned to icecream spot. Went late at night so all of their lights lining the windows and decor lit the place up! We sat at the bar in the window, very clean and adorable table top decor. My children got a kick out of the shark on window seat table! Definitely recommend.

My favorite place, only thing I would like is for a bigger location... other than that its great, my family loves that place.

It’s a unique dessert experience watching the ice cream rolled in front of you. Shop offers chocolate, vanilla, and vegan coconut as base options and has good variety of toppings/flavors which pair well together.

Pretty good ice cream, staff wears new gloves for each customer, and there are two benches outside to enjoy your ice cream. Also, this sounds weird but I’m really impressed that the spoons provided with hard ice cream are strong enough that they aren’t bending in half with each scoop... I didn’t realize how annoying I find the cheaper spoons until using a quality one here.

Delicious!!! Omg! The best I had the pumpkin pie with pie crusts! On an vanilla base with a waffle and chocolate drizzle, with a topping of whip cream! Amazing. We will definitely come again! Staff were helpful and its very clean. Go and try them, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED ❤️

First time going and Im so thankful I did! Awesome experience where the cashier talks you through how to order and what they have available which really helps you figure out what you want. You pay right then and there at $7 for one of their ice cream specials and you can get unlimited toppings. They have three vegan ice cream bases (vanilla, chocolate, and coconut) and one sugar-free (vanilla). After ordering, the employees making the ice cream will confirm your order and make it right in front of you at the glass panels. Its such a cozy cute vibe inside and definitely a place to relax. All the employees were super sweet and the food was incredible and tasted really fresh. I got the Fruit Tart with a coconut base topped off with marshmallow drizzle and whipped cream. Highly recommend and eager to return.

Get ready to wait 30 minutes for ice cream that tastes like Breyers ice cream from the grocery store. Not sure what all the fuss is. The place is cute, but the ice cream is nothing special, its fairly expensive, and the process is very slow.

Great ice cream. I really like the fact that it wasnt too fatty and flavoring was just right. We got arctic fox and it had just the right amount of lemon and white chocolate syrup. With some blueberries on top, it was a really good combination. Would definitely come back again!

Some of the friendliest and most helpful service you will find anywhere! Plus, the ice cream is delicious! It is a little pricey (only one size, one price) but it is a high quality product and you are paying a little extra for the novelty of watching them make and roll your order.

My friend is vegan. She bought one of the vegan options but it turned out the caramel wasnt vegan even though it was listed as vegan. They still had her pay, no refund, no discount. Other than that the vegan stuff was pretty good

Had a variety of flavors and choices that were hard to choose from because they all sounded so good! It was also neat to watch them roll it. You can add as many toppings as youd like when they are done, bonus!!

The ice cream was good, but we came for the vegan options. After ordering and paying, the caramel in the shipwreck turned out not to be vegan despite the shipwreck being posted on the menu as a vegan option. Please take the shipwreck off the vegan options. My sister couldnt eat what she was most excited for and had already payed for. We did not recieve a discount or refund. Make sure you ask to see the ingredients for each topping or base before ordering.

Pretty tasty ice cream! We gave this place a try on the first warm day of spring and it was packed. It seems like we werent the only ones with this idea, and because it takes a few minutes to make each bowl of rolled up ice cream, we ended up waiting about 15 minutes for ours to come out. We knew what we were getting ourselves into though, and the ice cream was tasty enough in the end. This place reminded me of Coldstone, where you get a base of ice cream and then put toppings into it. Except here, your ice cream is smoothed out over a cold surface and then rolled up and put into a bowl (you still get the toppings). A nice feature is that they have bases over than dairy for people looking for alternatives to milk. We went with coconut milk, and it was still pretty good.

Love that you can get unlimited toppings! A little expensive for ice cream, but they put a lot of work into it. Friendly and accommodating staff. Be ready to wait in line!

Great place to try. I had never tried rolled ice cream before and timing was great, as this opened up not far from home. The flavor I went with was green tea matcha with waffles. Its mixed and rolled right in front of you. That in itself is very entertaining to watch. It was delicious and a great way to treat myself now and then.

It was good but we have definitely had better ice cream. The place is really cute and is within walking distance to all the restaurants in the area.

Was at a local park with my daughter and decided on ice cream, quick google search led us here -- what a treat!! Greeted incredibly friendly when we walked in, she took the time to explain everything ..... the front row seats to seeing the ice creamed being rolled (and how the do it) is amazing. Owner was easily accessible and took the time to talk .... and best of all, the ice cream was delicious!!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would ..... definitely will go back!!!!!

Staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! They took the time to explain rolled ice cream to my family. One employee went out of her way to fix the grinder to make my coffee beverage and even gave it to me for free. Wonderful place, we will be back!

Ice cream was amazing!!! Had a decent vegan selection too. Was super busy, and only had one girl working, so it took awhile, but it was more than worth it!

Its okay but I would not go back. The employees were nice but it took a long time to get our ice cream because there were only 3 employees. Something else I didnt like is that if you ask for whipped cream, they only give you a tiny amount in the side of the cup. Its almost non existent. This place is good but out of the three Ive been to, this would be my least favorite.

Poor service and unclear communication. Ordered a latte, had to wait 10 minutes before walking up to ask if they were working on it. The women said that another girl was working on our coffees so I sat down and waited again. 5 minutes later I got back up to see what was going on. When the girl told me she was cleaning the machine atm. I would have loved to have had that information before ordering so I didnt have to waste 15 minutes for a latte I was never going to get.

Maybe I was expecting something amazing and magical, with all the fanfare and excitement surrounding this new trend of hand rolled ice cream. I was, however, really disappointed with what I ended up with. They take melted ice cream, slather it on a frozen slate, then scrape it up when it re-freezes into a rolled shape no differently than you would scrape ice off your cars windshield after a blizzard. It leaves things bland, tasteless, and so devoid of flavor and nuance that even the piddling amount of toppings they give you cant even help it. An interesting concept overall, but not recommended, especially not for roughly seven bucks a pop.

It took a while, about 2 hours, to get our ice cream, but this was on the grand opening. The ice cream was so worth the wait and it was delicious! You can ask for unlimited toppings once your ice cream is finished and the selection is amazing. I recommend the fruit tart.

Rolled ice cream: one of those concepts I just didnt get until I saw it in person. Very cool concept and delicious! Basically you pick your ice cream, what you want mixed in your ice cream, and then what toppings you want. When your name is called, you watch them literally roll your ice cream, mash and mix in ingredients, and then add your toppings. One thing to keep in mind (and why one star was deducted): because it can take several minutes to make one customers order, if you show up at peak times expect a 20-30 minute wait. This happened to us; we didnt have any plans so we stuck around, but next time well go at an off time.

I simply enjoyed the creamery. Its just that! A Creamery. The ice cream melts in your mouth! All natural flavors! No guilt or shame felt after eating this slice of Edens fruit!

This is one of those new ice cream places where they pour liquid ice cream onto some sort of frozen griddle, then use a spatula to scrape it & add whatever fillings you order. The ice cream is VERY expensive and (I believe) highly over-rated. I personally like my ice cream to have a creamy consistency. This whole process seems to eliminate that creamy texture. This ice cream has a more icy texture which I dont care for at all. In addition, Im not sure how some of these older establishments get away with it, but I brought my mother who has some mobility issues, and this place is an accident waiting to happen. They have handicapped PARKING SPACES, but a huge staircase up to a second floor ice cream parlor. As far as I could tell there was no ground-level entrance. My mother is capable of walking, but she uses a cane on her best days and a walker if she is having a bad day. A person with a wheelchair? Good luck. I dont think so. To make matters worse, the step risers were not up to code. Some steps had very short risers while others were very tall. They should all be the same height. This creates a situation where someone - ESPECIALLY someone who has difficulty getting around under even the most ideal of circumstances - could have a huge problem. Im not sure how businesses get away with this sort of thing in this day & age. Anyway, as I said, highly over-rated, and we wont be back. VERY expensive, mediocre taste, and a little scary getting in and out!

The ice cream was great, but the wait was extremely long and staggered regarding our order. As an example, we didnt mind the wait based upon the crowd, but within the order for our group some of us finished our ice cream approximately 15-20 minutes before others in our party even received theirs.

This seems to be a popular local ice cream parlor. Too expensive for my pocketbook for the amount of ice cream you get. It is interesting to watch them prepare the ice cream. The kids love it!

Fun experience​, friendly service, and delicious ice cream. It takes a bit for them to make your order. There were about 5-8 orders in front of us and we waited about 20-25 mins. So if you have small children they will love to watch them make the ice cream but I would also bring some small activities or toys for them while you wait.

Our first visit here and it was a great experience. So glad we came here. Looks like a family run place ... small and cozy. There wasnt a lot of rush and it was interesting to see them make the ice cream rolls. For chocolate lovers like myself the chocolate icecream with chocolate ganache topping was pure bliss!

Not sure if their ice cream is good, or not. Waited 25 minutes, and still hadnt been served. No ice cream is worth a half hour plus wait, matter how good it is. Went down the street to Cabana Water Ice, and in 4 minutes left, water ice in hand.

The idea of ice cream rolls is cute, I didnt quite understand what was meant by rolled ice cream till I got there and watched my ice cream rolls get made. It was good but not $7 a cup good. But I understand it is very labor intensive so they have to price accordingly.

My kids walked in at 10pm and evidently they close at 10! But door was open and lights on so they went in and were denied their ice cream. They turned the outside lights off as my kids were trying to walk down the stairs. Sad because they would have had a big order as there were 5 of us. Won’t be back here again.
