This is the worst Dunkin that I have ever been to. The customer service is a hit or miss. For some reason, my order is never right. I ask for no sugar and it’s loaded with sugar, I ask for ice and get no ice, etc. I will drive an extra 10 mins out of my way to the next Dunkin to get better service.

Awful. Avoid this and parkway south rest stop. Dunkin is okay but DONT GET GAS AT EXXON OR THE CIRCLE K! They don’t follow health guidelines

Colonia Service Area is located on the Garden State Parkway it has a Dunkin Shell W Mart and Circle K there are not that many options here but its not bad and the Dunkin is new the stores do have good selections

Rest rooms were dirty and wet and had no toilet paper or towels, on a Sunday afternoon.

Staff is awesome and the service is exceptional

This is a smaller service area than youd come across at other sections of the Garden State Parkway (thus service area was built before the NJ Highway Authority bought the highway from Middlesex County for $1), but all the needed amenities are found here. Although highway rest stop gas prices are typically a little higher, this rest stop contains two competing gas stations.

Someone at this gas station stole my Chase credit card data and made a fake card that was used later that day at two local stores a mile from here.This card was 30 days old had very limited use. The location of the event was obvious.

Service okay. Setting is dingy.

Clean ladies room, 3 stalls for ladies to use. Friendly staff.
