I took my 2021 Mercedes-Benz into Caliber Collision in Colonial Heights, VA on July 8th, 2021, after being in an accident on July 3rd, 2021. I had broken damage to my right headlight, and a few scratches as shown in the pictures. I received a text on July 12th that the repairs had started. I went in on July 27th to pick up my car, only to see that it wasnt repaired correctly. Since then, I had to make about six trips back and forth to the shop, only to see that after all those times my car still wasnt right. I went without my car for two months, from July 8th to September 8th (Caliber gave me a rental car for two weeks). After I received my car, I was somewhat satisfied that it looked better than it did the first six times that I had went back (the right headlight is still misplaced, and the right top portion of the headlight does not come on when the left is on). I get in to drive and notice that my brake assistance is disabled, not being familiar with the car I drove home and read through the manual to see what it meant. When I couldn’t figure out what it meant, I called Mercedes to see if they had any answers. They said that it wasnt hooked back up right from when they removed the front part of the car to fix it. So, I reached back out to Jenn at Caliber and asked her if I could bring it back in. She informed me that she would give me a call back before the day was over with once she spoke with someone else. A few days pass, so I called back. She answered and told me that she would call me as soon as she heard back from the guy, when I didnt receive a call back after a week, I reached back out to her. She informed me that the guy would be coming in that day and that I may need to bring my car in so that hes able to look at it, but she did say that there was no guarantee that he would come in. Its been going on two weeks, and I havent received a call back, and I know that if I call, Ill just get another excuse. This has been the most unprofessional experience that I have ever encountered. From being without my car for two months, to now not being able to figure out what theyre going to do with my brake assistance thats been disabled. I decided to go with Caliber Collision in Colonial Heights, because I noticed that they had a five-star rating. Before choosing Caliber Collision in Colonial Heights, I would do more research and take my vehicle somewhere else. The pictures below show the damage the accident caused. One show how I picked it up from caliber collision after they had so called fixed it, and the paint was still scratched and peeling around the light. The other shows how the left headlight comes on, but the right does not, and the last one shows the Active Brake Assist that has been disabled.

If you are wondering if this shop is right for your vehicle then please stop and look no where else.I’m an extreme perfectionist when it comes to my 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T.When I was hit about a month ago I worried so much about the body lines and the paint matching.Michael Harrison and his associates absolutely blew me away with how amazing my vehicle has turned out. Not only was the paint matching to the T, but who ever did the body work on my drivers quarter and my front door needs a pay raise. These guys are extremely professional. Not only did Michael answer all my emails but he continued to stay in touch with me and send me photos of the process. Every single thing fixed on my vehicle was sent to me in email for me to get some peace of mind.They have fixed now 2 vehicles for me and I could not be more please with the turn out of both of my vehicles.These guys are THE body shop to go to in colonial heights VA, I could not be more please with the overall work preformed on my vehicle.100000/5 stars for sure

I didnt actually have any services through caliber collision but my boss did. But he was very happy with the work that was done to his wifes vehicle and it was done in a timely manner. Prices are a little high but the caliber of work is exceptional.

The absolute best body shop experience I’ve ever had. Staff are friendly and professional, went out of their way to meet all of my needs and not only was my vehicle ready in 2 days but they washed the outside and vacuumed the inside as well. Had a great experience at this Caliber Collision location. The process to drop off my car and get a rental was as smooth as picking up my car and dropping the rental. No unnecessary wait around time, but they ensured I was taken care of rather swiftly. And the repair seemed like I never had an accident in the first place, it was great!

Great work and very professionals people

Return the caliber with some leaking in my trunk. Thought this was from the accident. They checked all around seal. Could not find any leakage. Went to pick up car and realize that the sunroof run off tube was clogged. They help me clean that up get it working properly. This was causing the puddle in the trunk. Left and right blinker had blown I thought this was from previous work. Had nothing to do with damaged that caliber fixed but insisted on doing both blinkers for free. Then cleaned out the release tube so it would drain properly. None of this had anything to do with the accident. But they still did the work at no charge. I would recommend them to anyone and will in the future. I really felt like there wasnt many people that cared like I do but caliber does! Everyone I dealt with is top-notch! Thanks for all you do

Well.. Some one ordered the wrong tail light and/or the wrong tail light delivered was the cause of my car being in the shop for a WEEK!.(closed weekends).Once the car was complete I notice that the trunk and bumper was not even as well as the tail light still protrudes from the car! The Rep I spoke with was not the rep that had gave me my original estimate ..I requested to speak to the first rep and was informed that he was no longer with the company! The second rep whom was with me as I picked up my car said he had no Idea of my request for the work done because he was not the rep that I spoke with in the beginning..Ok fine!..But the work that was done obviously was not checked/ properly inspected after completion.But the STAFF were all nice and friendly..Eric M.. Ps .I havent got a call back yet! .UPDATE..AUG 23.2020..Met with the new manager and she COMPLETED my repairs with out any questions and she personally washed my car after the job because the first time my car was returned it was dusty/dirty..She made up for everything as well as my being unconvinced..Because of her being a professional person..I would return/ recommend this business...Black Mazda 10..thank you guys and. Went there to get a quote on my truck that was involved in a minor accident. Mostly cosmetic damage. Keri looked over my truck and was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to make me as a customer happy. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
