Dont stand behind their warranty.

Bad enough they dont answer the phone. But at least have a cheap answering machine.

I just called to make an appointment at colonial heights, midlothian turnpike and even the 800 number for 2 hours now! Is it a holiday today? Really!

We were able to have our frames and lenses serviced throughout the area - even in Richmond.

This four eyes is racist. Im sitting here right now to pick my glasses up and its one person that has a customer and the other is just sitting there talking. He took everyone else but when he looked up and seen me now i cant get help. Wont be spending my money here anymore.

The company it self is goodi got my glasses fited when i picked them upthe girl was rude and cuts you off when your talking.after spending 522 dollars and than have an azz wait in you is not right

Didn’t like how they were so pushing in wanting me to spend 200 dollars on just lens when I have great insurance. Went somewhere else and saved 100 dollars and got my glasses in less than an hour.

So far, they are pretty good.

What a horrible place. These people are so unorganized its crazy. If you want to get overcharged for terrible service, then by all means, go here.

There are usually only 2 people working at one time. They are so SLOW and unorganized.
