They did amazing job. I need my oil plug to come out, and they had no problem getting it off, I was so empress of how well did that. The rate were great!

I have been taking my vehicles to Meineke in Colonial Heights for the past 6 yrs. The service is always honest, excellent and the prices reasonable. They have kept our vehicles in great shape. My 2011 Mazda has 230k miles and not a leak, pop or squeak. They keep her running well. And with 2 kids in college... she will hold up another 2 yrs no problem. My daughters 2008 VW with 213k... runs great thanks to the family at Meineke.

I have been going to Meineke for over 10 years on and off they are always courteous and informationally appropriate they tell in details about what is being done are responsive immediately. Service is great can always fit me in. All they need is to have inspection there too I have to go to Midas for that like right down the road

I brought my vehicle here for a simple synthetic oil change. The next day I noticed a puddle of oil under my car and brought it back in. They apologized and stated the oil plug gasket was the issue and needed to be replaced. Apparently no one nearby had this part, so I waited for 2 hours while they attempted to get ahold of one. I was more than willing to go home and return the next day to ensure that it was replaced with the correct part, but they insisted they located the correct one. I was back in 5 days later with my car leaking oil more profusely than before. I was told this time that they replaced the oil plug and gasket with the wrong part and that they could secure the correct one from a VW dealership the same day. I dropped the vehicle off at 9 am, picked it back up at 5pm and only received updates when I called them. Very unprofessional. They apologized for the incident and commented, it is amazing the difference the size of the gasket makes. This instilled the idea in my head they do not really know what they are doing. After getting into my vehicle this go around, my car smelled heavily of cigarette smoke (I am not and never have been a smoker). Also, extremely unprofessional.I have gone a week now with no oil leakage, but I remain skeptical. I do commend them for attempting to fix the issue without giving me any hassle, but then again it was their responsibility to perform the service appropriately in the first place. Do not take your vehicle here. While the price was decent, I now understand why. They obviously try and skimp by with the least amount of effort/materials and will claim they can properly perform a service without having the proper equipment and expertise.

Last year I went to the same place and was thoroughly disgusted with the service. You sent me another coupon this year. I had oil change and the difference was unbelievable. I cant believe how good the service was. A totally different crew that treated me good. Mienéke is like a box of chocolates.

Great service. The man that changed my oil produce information about my car that saved me money as I got the problem resolved right away with my Chevy mechanic saving me from major car repairs in the future. Ill definitely continue to get my oil changed here!

My experience was an excellent one. Every time I go there I am please with them they are friendly and quick. They are not like other car care places where they try and make you believe your car is worse off then it really is they are straight forward with you. I went there today to get my brakes changed 15-20 mins later they were done. I will continue to go there.

The absolute worst!! Went for exhaust work paid $350 now a year later Im still having the same problem! Ladies be careful if you do not know much about vehicle repair because they will tell you anything for the money! Not even worth one star!

Excellent service and I will return for my next oil change. They spotted an issue with my brakes and water pump that Merchants never mentioned when I got oil changes there religiously. Im glad I mistakenly went to them for my last oil change because otherwise I would still be driving around with problems (aka brake pads so worn I should have been grinding on metal). The young lady up front has the best customer service skills I have ever experienced -- polite, perky, knowledgeable of the items/services, and easy to work with. She managed to squeeze me in on a Saturday when they were literally an hour from closing. She also brought out my old brake pads with a new pad to show me the extent of wear. A week later, I had some concerns about the new brakes and was reassured from speaking to her that all was well -- with an offer to drop by and let them look over the brakes once more for no charge to spot any issues if I still had concerns. Needless to say, I am beyond satisfied. For the sake of your car, try them instead of the Merchants by Sams Club because those guys at Merchants really only care about the money, not you.

Took my car in for a brake service quote. They gave me a quote prior to taking the wheels off, I was cool with the quote, I left told them to call me when the car was finished. One hour later they called me and changed the quote. It went from about $300 to over $600. I declined the services, told them just put the wheels back on and Ill come get the car, when I picked up my car and drove it home, parked in my driveway, I looked back at my rear driver side tire and 2 out of 5 of my lug nuts were buldging out, I walked to it to get a closer view and saw they didnt even screw the lug nuts back on. I literally could twist it with my fingers. I tightened it back up with my crowbar but that couldve been really bad if I was on the highway and lost a tire cause they didnt properly secure the tire back. So I probably wont trust that location again if they are that forgetful
