Absolutely 5 star customer service.Received mine and my daughters Harmony headsets to look at a fault on a Monday and we received them back in the UK on Thursday. All done under the 2 year warranty. Fantastic headset to use and amazing after sales service.

The Harmony is a great noise canceling mic. Looks, fits, and works well on my Bose QC25’s. Ordered on-line then picked up the unit the next day at the shop. This was an added bonus because the staff showed me all the features and operation of the Harmony.

Unparalleled customer service experience. They do a phenomenal job with communication and product warranty service. That alone makes me want to be a repeat customer.I have the Harmony setup with the QC-25. It’s a great combo. Very light light weight, and compact. Fits easy into my flight bag. You can buy a QC-25/harmony for half the price of an A10 for the same microphone and noise quality — I’ve used both.

If youre in the market for a quality, Non-TSOd headset and dont mind waiting a month to get it, youre in the right place.However, if you work for a company that requires a headset be TSOd, youre very much in the wrong place.If youre looking for quick order placement and speedy delivery, youre very much in the wrong place.If you would like accurate information on production updates and other pertinent information, again youre very much in the wrong place.I personally looked at ordering the Harmony system in August 2018,but decided to wait since it was still awaiting TSO approval. Come October 2018, with many visits to the UFlyMike website and several calls to their customer service, I decided to place an order for a Harmony system since I was repeatedly told it would soon reciereits TSO approval.Instead, I placed an order for a $225 headset attachment that hadnt even started production or shipment due to faulty cabling of some sort. So after paying $15 shipping for a $225 mic setup, I got to wait a month for it to arrive. What did I do for that month without my expensive headset? Why I had to buy a SECOND headset, because telling my employer that I cannot work because some fly-by-night company hadnt built or shipped my order wasnt really an option.Come October 2018 I finally received my Harmony microphone for my Bose headphones Id had for over a month.Did it work? Yes, yes it did. And it worked well. How did it work in the flightdeck youd probably like to know. Me too. I havent used it in the flightdeck yet. Why wouldnt I use my fancy new $500 headset in the flightdeck you might be wondering. Well, it isnt TSOd. Still. You see, UFlyMike claimed it was to be TSOd in October 2018. That didnt happen. Then November. Then December. Maybe January. Its now the middle of March 2019, OVER 6 MONTHS after it was supposed to be TSOd, and still nothing. UFlyMike now reports 1-3 months for the approval, but that was on January 2nd 2019. I dont have high hopes for the approval to ever happen and neither should you.So if you want a quality product that takes weeks to months to ship, and have no need to use it in a TSO capacity, this might be your headset, although there are a multitude of other products available in similar fashion that Im sure are just as good, and far less deceiving.If youre still optimistic about this product, good luck to you.
