This place is special. You can just feel it going in. An amazing variety of art and craft supplies are here. Some of them are things that you just cant buy anymore, tools made in a better era, materials made with more care. Its mind boggling really!Also the name is just awesome!

Such an awesome place for both adults and kids to browse. I try to always go here first when looking for a needed craft supply, because they often have what I need. Love being green and crafty!

A donation based craft supply store! This place is huge! Stocked, friendly staff, leashed pet friendly, and well stocked with anything you might need. Always new things to see at prices unmatched anywhere else. Go there. Plan for at least a few hours of your time to fully look at everything. You wont be let down.

If you have crafting materials that you no longer work with or a hobby you no longer want to do, this is the place to donate it. They have an inside store that is unbelievable! Everything is separated by craft and all items in each craft section are color coded. A spool of thread is only 25 cents!! What a bargain!!Go!!! You wont be disappointed!!

Picked up donated yarn for pennies on the dollar to make baby blankets and adult ski hats. A great thrift shop.

I love Who Gives a Scrap and visit often. Their store inventory is based on donations of art supplies from local artists cleaning out their stash. You never know what new goodies will come in, and they have a huge selection of art supplies.

My wife and I used to support this store and frequent it on a regular basis, but not anymore. Being that we knew the store owner for the past five years, my wife went in to see if she could get part time work. The manager hired her and told her specific days and hours she’d start with. My wife rearranged her schedule with her full time job only to be told by the manager of Who Gives a Scrap different days and hours. After several weeks waiting to start work, my wife contacted the manager who told her that she’s bringing back a person that was gone because of Covid and one that had quit. She then told my wife “I wish you the best of luck.” This is how this business operates after hiring someone. What kind of store manager fills a position only to take it away and give it to somebody else?!!?

If you are looking for hobby supplies stop here first. I wish I had! I spent way more at Hobby Lobby and Michaels and found most of what I had bought at a fraction of their prices at Who Gives a Scrap.

Very organized! It was easy to find what I was looking for and has expanded a LOT since the last location. Donation process was very easy.

Great place to go if you live crafting and art... Even if you dont they have office supplies... Some decor... Lots and lots of stuff! Even have some odd stuff like you want someone elses old keys... They have a drawer full you want a peach pit... Theyre a penny each. You can also volunteer and they have teaching rooms for craft classes.

What a great idea. Beads, sowing, leather, scrap booking, just about anything youd go to a big brand arts and crafts store can be found here at a fraction of the price. All you need is a little flexibility in what materials you use because you never know what youll find among the bins.Want to experiment with a craft but dont want to invest a lot of start up money? This is the place.Who gives a scrap is definitely going to be my first stop for any kids and family art projects.

I love this place! It’s so affordable, the employees and volunteers are very kind and it’s fun to go hunting for great finds. The way they are handling safety precautions during the pandemic makes me love them even more. It’s great to have somewhere to shop that feels as safe as it can and I appreciate the work that went into that!!

They have a lot of crafty items. From art supplies to zippers. Pretty well organized, but if you cant find it, just ask. A very good way to recycle things youre done with & not fill up the dump. Others can find a use.

Ive read the other reviews and have to completely disagree with many. If you want cheap sewing or art supplies, limited scrapbook supplies and off the wall linens from the 70s, this place is for you. Everyone else can skip this 1* place. Its well organized for what they do carry but absolutely not a place to dwell in. The ONLY reason I gave this chaotic indoor fleamarket 2* is due to the courtesy of the employees working at the time.

I drove over an hour and a half to visit this store. I had my 3 year old with me. I have no babysitter, and had no idea that he wasnt allowed in the store until I was about to the open the door. While I understand the precautions around COVID, this was completely disheartening and an absolute waste of a trip. I wont shop at a store where my son is only welcome on certain days, especially when I do not have the means to have him watched or to skip work. How sad for single mothers, fathers, or anyone else who isnt aware of this policy and doesnt use social media to get their information.

What a great find! I could have spent hours here. Although there is a huge amount of “stuff”, it is very well organized and labeled. Found tons of interesting items at huge discounts. This store is on my “plan to return” list!

What a great little place! They have all sorts of preowned art and craft supplies, cards and stationary, stamping things and yarn. I got a small cedar box and acrylic paint on my trip there.

Such a great idea! Its organised well. Definitely hit this place up before you go to Michaels or Hobby Lobby. They had just what I needed to finish my project AND I was able to give them some of the stuff I had laying around from previous projects.

Great way to reduce waste and feed my addiction without paying a ton. Sometimes I just want to dabble in new crafts and I was able to find embroidery floss and ribbon (cheap) and now I have lovely flowers on my shirt! I always find inspiration at craft and thrift stores, so this place is my JAM.

Always have great stuff. Only thing that could improve is the hours. Each time I have gone they were closing in 30 minutes which is definitely not enough time to look through their selection!

This is a wonderful little store selling gently used arts and crafts supplies. The people here are genuinely kind and helpful. The concept of the store is a one of a kind for Colorado Springs and well worth the stop. One of my favorites!

Great place to find little odds and ends! If youre willing to dig a bit, they also have some discontinued items that you may not be able to find anywhere else. Great for kids crafts, too.

Got a huge bag full of snaps for $6. Super cost effective.2021:I visit their new location every time I visit Colorado springs. I think my suitcase returning home both times this year was half filled with things from their store. They have really come a long way with organization. Everything is grouped in bins or with like large objects. They have regular amazing sales. Plus if you spend x amount you get $10 off your next visit. You bet I am keeping that for my next visit to Colorado springs.

This place and the volunteers that run it are amazing. They claim Art and Craft supplies however (and I quote) “with Pinterest, the term arts and crafts can mean just about anythingBowling pins, yarn, old windows, doll body parts, fabric, old keys, postcards from 1920s, maps.................I could go on forever!Kids classes are super fun, free crafting on designated Saturday for kids while parents shop and fun children area with toys.Keep it up!

Every time were in the area we stop to make time to drop in. They ALWAYS have something new to share and the people working are always friendly and helpful and quick to answer any questions you may have. Selection is vast and cheap for quality items. The store is clean and a crafters heaven. Has everything from stationery supplies to doll supplies and even fabric and a WHOLE BUNCH of buttons. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place to get craft supplies!

Oh. My. God.This has to be my absolute favorite store in Colorado. If you’re an artist, DIY-er, or in the littlest bit creative, Who Gives a SCRAP is the place for you. Heck, even if you’re not crafty, you’d enjoy looking around at the shelves of incredibly varied odds, ends, and scraps available for pennies on the dollar. Everything is donated, and they’ve saved over 70 tons of art supplies from hitting the dump.
