Bought 2 150s, the back bolts keeping the axle attached werent put in correctly and came out while my son was just regularly driving on one of them! Called because we had only had them for 1 week and rode them once, basically was told I should have checked it better when I picked them up after paying for it. How am i suppose to know right of the bat that you stripped something putting it together by looking!?!?!

Went in looking for my sons 3rd birthday present. The staff was super cool. Dog friendly. Although we didnt find a small bike we needed for him. They had plenty of small bikes. With options. Even the service techs helped out with some information. Will be back when my son gets a little bigger. Thanks guys.

WORST PLACE!!! Their custom service is rude as hell!!! I would not recommend this place at all. I came in nicely asking for my atv from the repairs they made and they automatically started giving me attitude for no reason. It’s just a very unprofessional, disrespectful place.

Like many people we have been searching for a dirt bike or something for our kids to get them out of the house more, a lot of shops have been out of stock but luckily for us Alex had some great options for go carts. This was our first time there and Alex was great! Excellent customer service, very helpful even though he was very busy with other customers. I think I saw 3 or 4 dirt bikes get sold within the 30 minutes we were there! He was even nice enough to hold on to the specific model I wanted to buy until the following day even though it was his last one in stock. Thanks Alex! The kids and I are loving our new go cart!

To be honest I wanted my mini bike to have better performance but really didnt know exactly what to do. After watching countless YouTube videos I decided to check around town and see on what could be done and the cost. Several places told me what I wanted to hear but of course the price was costly. What caught my attention with Universal Motorsports was the owner Alex greeted me himself. After conversating with him he explained the pros and cons and price range. Hes a good hearted person who genuinely cares about a persons investments and the longevity of their vehicle whether a customer or not thats why he has my business. By the way my mini bike amazingly fast!!!!

I can order offline with free shipping for 800 dollars less then what theyre asking. Not to mention the sarcastic attitude displayed by the owner while responding to a complaint. How do you guys even make sales?

I came into ask about a bike in the 400 dollar price range. I was offended by the response of don’t waste your money, it’s the only money we had to spend that day. Couldn’t finish the conversation because some old white man cut me off while talking. And you started talking to him. RUDE!

I am completely disgusted with the behavior of this owner. In the reviews the owner has asked if somebody was mentally handicapped because the future customer asked a question. He continues to degrade customers in the reviews because they don’t like his business. It is completely disgusting how you treat your customers. Also he continues to call people keyboard warriors but at the same time reply’s to these comments. He is ultimately the shadiest person to do business with. Please save your money and time. I bought a used KTM dirt bike from the owner, Alex. I drove 2 hours to get it, and Alex was nice enough to meet me at his shop at 9PM! He also stuck around until 11PM while I pondered if buying it was the right decision.A couple days after the sale, Alex followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the bike, and also checked in a few more times after that. He and his mechanic even helped me with tuning the carb over the phone. Thats good customer service right there!Ive been riding the bike for a few months now with no problems, and I love it!

My son cracked his rim on his 49cc dirtbike. I wanted to get it fixed before I leave on a deployment. The staff were unable to guarantee a new rim would be shipped in time, so they took a rim off an already assembled bike to make it happen. I ordered a piston in a piston ring and I’ve been waiting over a month and he hasn’t gotten back to me and I need to get the part back so I can order it for myself because this is ridiculous and he won’t call me back when the store is open

The service is lacking I was shopping for tires, the first employee didnt know if they sold tires the next one argued with me over what type of bike it was. I asked how much for 2 tires the quote was $150 since I only needed a rear tire I asked how much for one, the quote was $200 complaining he would gave to take the rear tire off the muffler etc. He would have to do that anyway for two. I was not impressed and will not be getting my tires there.

Horrible buying expirance with these folk. I called to complain and asked for the owner and one of the workers stated they were the owner, intesepting complaints. I spoke to the owner and he justified the dishonesty. Horible prices, 600% mark up. Buy online! There is a place in origon called the scooter swap shop. They have my 5 star rating... This outfit told me that they would give me a military discount over the phone but went back on their word when I went to purchase with my 5 year old. He was devastated when we left without the one he picked out.OWNER- to your response, let’s be real here I was told on the phone an exact dollar amount which was a 10 percent military discount and when I got there you went back on your word and offered me the helmet and googles which I had already purchased because I had full intentions of purchasing from you at the agreed upon price so don’t respond on here acting like I’m at fault for your loss of my business. All you had to do was honor your word.BUYERS- I ended up buying from the Tao Tao dealer in Denver, the people there are honest and straight shooters with a lot more to choose from. My boy loves his new 125 ATV which has better suspension than the coolster and a few other bonus features.

This place is the only place I will go for my motorsport needs.The prices are reasonable and the employees are always connecting to their clients to make sure they receive the best service available. The owner is very personable and cares about the products he sells as much as the families that step foot into his showroom. We purchased our kids ATVs here and I will refer all my friends and family to Alex.

They carry off brand stuff but it is so much cheaper I was looking for a motocross bike for my kid I can buy 3 from universal motorsports for the same price and 1 with the same size engine from Honda or Yamaha Im not saying there arent benefits of getting the Yamaha bikes but my kids are 5 and 7 so in this case cheaper is better that way when they grow out of it Im only out $700 instead of $2200 and he also has financing and some very unique items that you wouldnt find in any other motorsport shops.

Tried to contact owner for a free article for our online publication. Instead of saying Im not interested they put me on hold then hung up on me. Called back twice after, thinking they had a faulty phone system, no answer. This was done during normal business hours... Showed up on my way home to see what happened. When I 1st walked in, I was not greeted right away, I had to look for someone.. When someone finally popped in and I explained that I had called recently, my boss isnt interested was the response i received. These guys are highly unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone going here especially after how I was treated today. I review businesses for a local online publication.

Ive now purchased my 2nd ATV from Motorsports and have had a good experience both times. The Coolster brand is really pretty good in my experience. I was skeptical, but after running it for 3 years it held up pretty well. I just upgraded from the 125cc to the 150cc ATV for my 11 year old son and it ran all weekend like a top. Thanks for a good experience guys!

Great place to get ripped off. The owner is garbage. He will rip you off then call you a dirty American as soon as you walk out the door. The products he sales are the cheapest pieces of junk on the market. He is only in it for the money. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

This is by far the best off-road shop ive ever been to from tx to Colorado and in-between ive never had a better experience. the guys cleaned out my carbs for really cheap! And I brought my bikes in because they still would not start. they helped me get them started with no charge! I left a very happy customer with money still in my wallet. these guys are more than fair! they are extremely accommodating and helpful!

Rip off. I needed some parts in a hurry that come up to about $16 at list prices. They charged me $40. I wont be going back.The owners response shows that he doesnt know who I am. I bought a coil, about 2 of fuel line, and a fuel filter for a small go kart. I dont mind paying a little extra for a retail store, but not 4 times what I can get the same parts on line for. If I bought the parts on line, they would have been less than $10.

Alex was the best not only did I buy one but two dirt bikes and the prices unheard of with a warranty Alex and his staff kind friendly and made sure I under stood everything I need to know on the bikes on top of that the expression on my boys face Christmas morning priceless thank you Alex and staff for everything and I already have some if the neighborhood dads asking where I got them so expect some more satisfied customers

This will be a conflicted review. Julio was knowledgable and willing to talk, and did repair my cycle. Those were the plusses. On the debit side, he was well aware of a horror story I had just come out of, where my bike sat, untouched and un-repaired for 2 weeks and a day, with insane excuses given to me. Yet, even though the owner, Evan, promised, that will never happen here, we will take care of you...it sure did, and worse. Multiple broken promises, and 3 weeks and 2 days later, it was finally returned to me. Unless you are doing an engine rebuild, no bike should sit 2 weeks in one shop and 3 in another, before being returned...and when you KNOW I got shafted at the first shop, and you promise Ill get it back within a week, and you dont, break two more time promises, and its now 3 weeks and 2 days, it feels like he has no concept of time nor concern for keeping his word. None. The only consolation was when I demanded a discount for my time, he offered $70 off. But, I would really need to be desperate to return. Repeated broken promises are a small businesss worst enemy, and Evan needs to get that and take it seriously. He claims he owned this shop in Arizona and took it here bc the customer base there was so bad, but he isnt proving to be a good OWNER, here...so maybe it wasnt all the customers faults, there either.

Ok so I got tricked. I had this at a good review an Im so sorry for anyone thats gone here. I just got a 1500 dollar scooter, they totalled it doing repairs. Dropped it once well it was there too. Teh upgrade was a downgrade, lost 15 mph now. An no uphill power. Leaking oil from everywhere. Alignment is so bad now from them dropping it, couldnt drive it if it was driving right. Been working for weeks trying to fix the damage they did. But the bike is probably totalled an now our ONLY transportation is screwed an no one can get to work an we magically have to just fiND money an rides to get to work.(they refunded us the cost of parts oh yeah bike was covered in oily hand prints too.. so angery Im considering sueing)then just gave the bike back after they screwed up literally everything on it an told us not worth it to them....ya.. cause they broke everything.. less then 2k miles on it. ANYWAY, long story short, STAY AWAY.

You have to love this place toys toys toys.The staff is very knowledgeable about there products and they have an awesome mechanic.The prices are very reasonable and they have a great line up of scooters atvs and pitbikes.

Ive been going here for the last few years. This last time THEY BROKE the key off in my ATV while it was there being worked on and told me it was my problem after I picked it up. Employees have horrible attitudes. Will never go back again.
