I definitely had a difficult situation to work with and didnt think Id be approved for as nice of a car as I got. Had a great experience. Brian even went and picked up a car from another lot that I wanted to look at. I was in the market for an SUV and there were multiple choices, all low mileage and well maintained. Driving 3hrs from a remote area of the state I was grateful for being pre approved and having the my vehicle choices ready for test drive. I love my new SUV only 17,000 miles on it! In and out of dealership in 3 hours including test drives!

I have a low credit score but I make VERY good money. My husband has a great credit score but due to all the shut downs from Covid his business has not been very lucrative. They said they would see what they could do about the truck we wanted. Well what they did is put 7 hard inquiries on our credit and then never called us back. Way to go guys! Next time just tell someone you dont want to work with them instead of messing up their credit!!!!!

I was sold an Audi (24,000 miles) with a broken oil pump. I found out initially when my car started to smoke. JFR took it to their mechanic, and they claimed to fix it. Two weeks later, my oil pressure sensor went off. I took the car to an Audi dealership, and was Quoted $1500 to get it fixed. Rob, the salesman, sold me a warranty for $3000, and raved about it!! Of course he did, he’s a crooked salesperson. The warranty covered close to nothing. I ended up spending an additional $1200 to get my car fixed. The customer service was awful - they said I was on my own. Haley was good at getting my loan approved. Everything else was a scam and a headache. Stay away from them. Rob didn’t even let me negotiate the price of the car. He just wanted me to sign the papers. Such bad karma...

Spoke to gentleman named Mark today and there was a bit of confusion at first, so I left a negative review. However Mark has since called me back and we were able to dicuss where the confusion was. I contacted this company about a Tundra and they said it wasnt available but theyd be happy to find one for me for thousands more. Its interesting, that truck is still listed on the website, despite it being sold. This is bait-and-switch. In addition, Huey was pretty rude to me in an email exchange where he insisted that I was wrong with my price range (which this truck was listed in) and that in the hot car market (not sure what this means) Id have to spend more to get what I want. This isnt true as there are literally dozens of Tundras available in the $25-$30k range that Im looking at. Id avoid and go to one of another hundred or so dealerships in the front range.

Very disappointing experience. I was misled from the very beginning. I told the sales person, Haley that I didnt have very good credit and wasnt sure that she would be able to help me. She ran my credit with a lot of financial institutions and finally said that I was approved! I was in the office for a whole day test driving different cars for me to choose from only for her to come back at the end of the day and tell me that the bank wanted me to wait until I was at my current employer for 3 months (18 days shy). Although I was disappointed, I waited. After more than the 18 days, I reached out again and she had to reverify my application and I hadnt heard anything from her for a couple days only to touch base with her and find out that she wasnt going to be able to help me. She told me to try Nevada Auto Sales. Total waste of time!

In my dealings with this company, mixed reviews. On one hand, nice people. But on the other, Im not sure the car business is something they have their heads wrapped around. Horrible at communicating. And in the car biz, that needs to be top priority. Plus, they dont have a bad credit program in place that actually works.

Under no circumstance do you buy a car from this particular dealership. No matter how desperate you get. Youll end up regretting doing business with them like I did. Plus, something is just not right about that place. ALWAYS GET GAP INSURANCE!!!!!! Especially with all of these hail storms happening in Colorado as of late.

UPDATE: They called to speak with the person on my van loan with me, refuses to answer my calls or texts. Told him they would be personally delivering the piece to my van to our place, DIDNT HAPPEN! He said hed get me my refund on the money withdrawn from my account for the extra insurance that was suppose to have stopped, NOTHING HAPPENED! They tell you what you want to hear, to see if youll change your review. But they lie, lie, lie!At first they seem like they are decent trying to help you out. But they are scam artists. They promise you things then back out even when its on paper. They were suppose to fix my side panel, never have. Its been 3 months. I cancelled extra insurance on my policy and they are still taking money off my card which was suppose to stop. Ill be contacting an attorney about these issues as well. I just dont want anyone else to go through what Im going through with them. They dont even have the decency to return your calls. DONT GO HERE!!!

Unfortunately I have to change my review and state that if you buy a car here make sure you check all of the components on the car and that they work! I purchased my car late summer and a/c worked great I never would of thought to check that the heater worked and one cold morning several weeks after purchasing I found out it didnt work. I returned to the dealership and was told Volkswagens warranty would cover it, well it didnt! They also should of issued me a certificate for an emissions test but didnt. Plus they will submit your paperwork to multiple lenders who all run a credit check instead of running it themselves and submitting the score therefore lowering your score even more and those inquiries stay for 2 yrs. I appreciate that the following information took place and I am thankful for their help, just wanted consumers to be aware of the negatives as well!!JFR & Associates got me into a car when no one else could! A car with low mileage, and in reasonably good condition, I guess, cost alot to have heater fixed a whole lot!!!!!

Purchased a vehicle from there it has only been a month the vehicle cannot drive at all took it to the shop and they said I had to spend over 3 thousand dollars to get it fixed. Never again I will purchase another vehicle I almost got into an accident as well on I-25 because the suv stalled and wheels wouldn’t turn nor push to drive at all everything was bad the 4x4 power train you name it terrible I’m letting the truck go and rather walk by foot to work if I have to.

Had an appointment scheduled for 1530. Arrived there around 1535. Was told Haley was on her way back and would only be a few minutes late. I sat in the lobby until 1620 before giving up. Decided to go somewhere else. First impressions are very important to me as well as communication. I didnt receive a call or text from her at all. So texted her letting her know I had to go and to let me know when an appointment could be set on time. No apology received other thanMonday at 1500? Another thing I didnt appreciate is the lack of confidentiality. Another couple was in buying a car and their rep Avery was asking too many personal questions, SSN, income, etc in the middle of the lobby. Definitely not impressed with the entire experience. I would however recommend the location in Littleton as I dealt with them on 2 car purchases and had a great experience.

I am a recent college grad that has poor credit from a situation that was out of my control. I found a car that I was interested online so I called Huey and he told me that he had something cheaper available. I explained to him my credit situation and what my score was before I went in that night and he told me that that would be no problem. I went in that night and was told that the price of the car was going to go up at least 2,000 more because of my credit score meaning my payments would be about 150 more than what I wanted to pay. I was obviously frustrated because he already knew my credit score before he ran it because I told him and he could have told me what the price would be before he ran a hard credit check and lowered my score as well as having me come up there. After I found out that the price would be higher I asked if having a cosigner would keep the car at the original price and he made it clear that he did not want me to have a cosigner and stated, wasnt I a big girl, and shouldnt I want to buy a car on my own. The next day he was trying hard to get me the car with a lower payment but told me that he couldnt discuss the deal he had over the phone because we dont do business over the phone so he wanted me to come in. A text was miscommunicated and I thought that he wanted me to come in the next day instead of the current day, so he called me and was livid that I hadnt come in. I apologized and said that I was sorry I misunderstood. I told him that I had no ride to get to his office and he offered to give me a ride. I am a 53 woman and have been had prior bad experiences with men so I did not feel comfortable with a man I just met the day before coming to my house and picking me up whether he was just trying to make a business deal or not, it was nothing personal to him, just my own cautious ways. He took this extremely offensive and proceeded to tell me that obviously I dont trust him so I shouldnt do business with someone that I dont trust and then hung up on me!!! This was the WORST customer service I have ever received. I was surprised after reading his previous reviews with the experience I had. He was EXTREMELY pushy and dishonest in my eyes and to top it off rude at the end. He definitely made my first car buying experience a difficult one. I will NEVER go back and will NEVER refer anyone to this joke of a place.

I really enjoyed pesonally purchasing a car from them and they mentioned if i refer someone i get a 500$ referall fee so i referred my son and he did purchase a car my son then told me hey dad you get a fee for referring me, i never got a check and when i finally did get a hold of Haley she said no not 500$ its only 250$ they sent the check to my old address and i never received it, she claims after 2 weeks it still has not been returned then she told me well we can cancell the check but it will cost you 35$ my next step from here is to recover the email my wife received stating that i can get a 500$ referral fee, after that BBB is me next step and any other palce i can let people know they are cons.

This place is nothing more than a bunch of con artist. Trying to make a buck. They dont care about the safety of the person in or buying the vehicle. They charge twice what anyone else does. There mechanic is a back yard mechanic not even certified the buy replacement parts from the junk yard. They say one thing and do something else. Three days after buying a truck the motor blew they said they would pay half they did not. They would not warrantee the truck or the new engine. They charged usfull price for it. And we have now had the trucksince dec.we have put almost 5000.00 in to fixing it. And thats not including labor thats just in parts fluids and filter. Exclusioding oil changes and regular maintenance and gas. Now we have a 2nd blown engine. Because the are too cheap to do anything right. We even had to payout of pocket for the tow truck. DONT USE THEM DONT TRUST THEM DONT BE LIVE THEM THEY WILL SCREW YOU.

About five months ago my wife and I was looking for a new vehicle, so we found jfr and it all started out great in the beginning, they had the truck that we was looking for and I mean the truck! We got to the prooerty we was meet by the sales girl outside and she showed us the truck. And this is when the red flags should have went up but we needed to get in something right away due to the old one was done. So we hoop in and start it up and she says we needed to stay in the lot because no gas. ( RED FLAG) drove ok for a lot drive! It looked good inside and out for a used truck. No leaks at least visable. So we proceeded. All went good . Had the truck 3 days (yes 3 days) and the 5.7 hemi motor blew. Called the dealer and they said well u bought it used! Well after fighting with them over this and tire world over it ( witch tire world dont have but 1certified mechanic)(red flag) and well get didnt check the truck like jfr says. Finally a week goes by they agreed to get e a new motor, but they wanted a mechanic friend do it .ok fine, well this mechanic live 1.5 hour away from me and he worked out if his garage at home. (Red flag). After a month no truck and Im making payments finally get truck back. Well to sum it up my truck has seen more shop hours then it has road hours I have all maintenance records I have done and I have reports from 3 different shops that this truck should have never been released to drive on the road. Due to the front end steering and suspension was loose and needed parts replaced before it was road Worthy. I have spent more money trying to keep up on maintenance or repairs to the used new motor or getting front end fixed then what the truck is worth. And I finally called jfr and told them I need the warranty info for the motor cuz every sensor on the motor to I inclu water pump oil pump throttle body and yes crank shaft needed to be replaced . That was 2 weeks ago and still cant get a call back. But Brian john wants payment on the motor. Not going to happen buddy. Sum it up dont ever think about using these Colorado springs jfr group they are scammers and dont take care of the customer in the safety aspect . All they want is the money. Not sure about Denver group but just be careful. And do ur homework first.

The worst of the worst. They sold me a car that had no fluids at all in it, bad brakes and rotors, bad tires, and broke down 2months later due to transmission. Brian John is the rudest most unprofessional sales person ever! I dont recommend JFR to my worst enemy. What a joke.

After putting a 50% down payment they tried screwing us with a 21% interest rate. When were paying the full amount in cash they wouldnt budge on the price at all. The salesman was rude towards me and said I showed up to the party late and have no say in the deal because i had work while my girlfriend went to the dealership earlier when I wasnt available. We are 18 years old and my girlfriend doesnt know much about financial things. If I was with her I wouldve never let her buy from this place and if it was me I would never go back here.

If I had to describe this place in one word it would be SHADY!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! I got a flyer in the mail claiming how they could help me get into a late model newer car after a bankrupcy. I was dealing with Brian and he is really sleezy. I told him what I wanted and then he proceeded to try and talk me into something else, I stood my grounds and told him NO. He began to look for my specified car and gave me this outrageous interest rate. I had just gotten a really good rate from another dealer despite my bankrupcy but that car was totaled in the last hail storm. I called Brian trying to avoid multiple hits on my credit and he talked really good during this whole process. He called and told me he had found the car wanted and to come down to test drive it. This car was supposed to be a 2016 but looked more like a 2006. I told hm the car looked dull and beat up. Brian then insulted my intelligence by telling me IT WAS JUST DIRTY as if I couldnt tell the difference. Aside from that he then proceed to tell me lets test drive it. I told him THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANT. He says didnt I send you pictures knowing full well that he didnt. Then he tried to guilt trip me by saying I drove all the way to Pueblo to get it. I dont care where you drove to you can take that hunk of junk right back! He said what car did you want? I got on tbe internet that was as slow as dial up to show him. I gathered myself and left after that. I didnt feel like I was as important as the money was. THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!!!. You may pay more at a reputable car dealership but its worth it to deal with honest people that demonstrate INTEGRITY!!! I only gave the 1 star because there was no option for ZERO!!!!

I’ve received letters weekly from Bryan John- sounds like a fake name, and after reading these reviews I’m not interested at all. I filed bankruptcy over a car deal gone wrong and I’m not going through that again I’d rather wait the two years and buy whatever I want. I drive a superduty diesel dually and my wife a new escape. Don’t need anything goodluck JFR save the paper and quit mailing me letters!

They only reason Im giving three stars instead of one is because even though theyre liars they can get you approved and theyre nice enough people. So lets begin here, they never return calls at all and Everytime you call them theyre always like oh I was just about to call you. It took three weeks to get a test drive. I went in saying I wanted a specific car Rob said it would be no problem and that should work fine. After finally getting my appointment after 3 cancels he showed me to cars that I specifically said I didnt want nor would I ever buy (Kia Spectra, Toyota Yaris) and a Honda Accord which was in good awful Condition, so thinking he probably forgot which I wouldnt blame him for I ask about the car he said would work and he responds with we dont look at the price we look at how much over the kbb value is when financing. This makes absolutely zero sense figuring they are asking 12500 for the Honda accord and its valued at 8500. The car I wanted was 9500, and valued at 7900. Something is seriously wrong with this dealership and I would only come here if I needed a car really bad. One last thing also before I went in I asked about average down payment and he said it wouldnt be over 500 no matter what our credit scores were and when I got there we were told it was going to be 800-1200.

No dont go through them its all bout getting you in and signing and your done with they only want your money there not there to help or customer service its only money they want I just got a dodge from them they promised one thing but I ended up with it not fixed a broken heater vent door panel and broken seat side panel but instead of just fixing without complaint they which mostly was Taleia M she would be so unprofessional disrespectful they have me a loaner car while the tried fixing a problem for the 2nd time and instead of just calling saying you car is done which it wasnt she was like why havent you picked up your car ...hello how would I know it was ready then she always expected us there right that min. Like nobody works when I told her it wouldnt be til evening she says Ill go get my loaner car whats your address you can find your own way to springs to pick up your car ..what the hell who does this then her mg Brian I believe ended up like her nice at 1st just trust me dont do it ...now I have broken stuff a chip in windshield they did when bring it home the drive it on empty tires were low and idk a mess:( and to think how could a owner want someone like them working for him isnt the point to have happy clients and get referrals and for your clients to come back again when in need of another car truck van whichever nope not with them I wont tell anyone I purchased my dodge from them .

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would! This place is super shady! I was put in a bit of a hard place were I needed to refinance my vehicle in a hurry, to buy a home. I applied to numerous places online and picked this place because it was in town and I could talk someone locally. First, on the phone, I was told I could refinance from a joint account to a single account, however I shouldnt talk to any other lenders because it could make it harder to refinance. When I got to their place, they told me they couldnt refinance because they are not a bank, but would be able to buy my vehicle and sell it back to me for a fee! I was in such a pickle, and blew off all other lenders and ended up signing that day. Believe me not one of my best decisions and it cost me thousands, and the fact that Im writing this, despite my extreme embarrassment,is a testament to how horrible this place is!! To top it all off, they still havent paid the old loan off, 16 days later, the only reason I did this and will not return my calls! I am writing this to warn you all. Please if all possible DO NOT use this company!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! Sales Person is Rob.
