Great experience. Robert was a great help. I told him my specific needs and requirements. He didnt try to push me to a different option or car. He focused his search to those items and found the car. When there was a hybrid version coming in sooner he asked if I would like to switch to it. Which I did choose to go with that option and I do not regret it.

We were in Colorado visiting and our Lincoln MKS started making a bad sound. It was Friday and the Lincoln dealership could not even diagnosis what was happening to start repairs and we were to leave Thursday. Mr. Burrows was our salesman and very helpful in calming our anxieties. We bought a Toyota Highlander and are really enjoying it. No complaints - all good!

Had the absolute best experience getting my new Tacoma from Nicholas Knight. He was super friendly, easy to deal with, straight forward. and got me EXACTLY what I wanted. The entire purchase experience was top notch. My wife and I already love our new truck and were planning some great mountain getaways!

Just had SPC upper control arms installed on my Tacoma. I saw in the work notes that there was slight rubbing after they did their test drive. Turns out these guys arent toyota experts because they nearly got my fender flare ripped off due to a mis-alignment on their part. Wont ever be going to this dealership to get my truck worked on again if they dont fix this issue they caused. Will update review if they do.Update: Turns out someone recalibrated their alignment machine either before or while working on my control arms. One tire was left drastically mis-aligned a d the other was okay. They corrected that on the one tire but not the other, so Ill be headed back to fix that too. They trimmed off the messed up portion of the flare that was rubbing the tire, and kind of tried to put the fender pat into place( its not that bad, but I was able to fit a finger in between it and the truck with the white adhesive very visible).All in all, a grossly overlooked mistake has cost em two more appointments and wasted time for everyone. If you get your vehicle worked on here, dont drive off the lot or too far until youve inspected every little thing and are satisfied.

About a week ago I went in to Heuberger Motors to make a deal and purchase a vehicle. The experience was less than satisfactory. I found what I was looking for at Larry H. Miller Toyota, spoke to one of the coolest guys ever, Justice. He made the car buying experience beyond good. Talked me through everything about the vehicle I was looking at. Was kind and courteous. Had a great sense of humor. If he hasnt gotten a raise he deserves one. That night he stayed past closing until paperwork was finished and keys were in my hand. Taking care of everything I wanted from the deal. Couldnt ask for a better experience in making such a big purchase. The finance manager, I cant remember the name of at the moment, was also extremely helpful and patient with me. They took great consideration and care, and took care of my concerns. Would highly recommend stopping in and talking with them.

Josh did really well in answering the questions and concerns I’ve had about my new car. Although the check engine light came back on after I was told it was fixed, Josh told me to bring it in on Monday morning and the service center will fix whatever the issue is. I have mixed feelings about this one... They had the make and model fall into my lap which was great! It even made it to the dealership earlier than expected. I was pretty excited. Jerrod was great on getting a hold of me right away and saving it knowing it was exactly what I was looking for. Its a gorgeous one for sure. I can thank him for all of this happening.But then when it came to my trade in..... They got me pretty good. I should have just sold that myself knowing when they are going to make off of it from what they were willing to give me. I know dealerships are known for low balling customers, but I thought they were going to be better than everyone else. Lesson learned.Overall, I got the vehicle Ive been dreaming about for the last year and its been exactly everything I was hoping for! So in that aspect, thank you for making that happen. Also, got a great financing deal that they said doesnt usually happen so that was great too, but they seemed slightly bitter about it. But when they say they are there to service you and help you get the things you want/need, I didnt feel that so much. They dont really work with you on any deals even though there is always room for a deal with how everything is so marked up in this current market. I felt like a cheated my car that has been nothing but good and ran/runs great, but gave me just a little over what I would have made scrapping it after an accident or something... Pretty disappointed on that.Decent dealership, but I think Ill sell my own car next time...

I had a great experience here. I worked initially with Jaycee Cartmell on a Highlander Hybrid and she gave me very competitive numbers right from the get go. We had a small snafu regarding multiple security deposits on the lease and payment but ultimately everything was resolved and we got a great deal on the car. We also worked with TC Moran the sales manager and he was really good to work with. The best part of the whole process was that they delivered the car to us all the way up in Lakewood Colorado and we had out papers signed in probably 15-20 minutes. I would definitely shop here again in the future.

My truck come with 2yr service and on my second service (10000mile) they did not top off all my fluids. My windshield washer was empty the first week after that service.makes wonder if they just checking the box to get over the free service that Toyota offers. From now Im going to check everything before leaving that place or go somewhere else.

I brought my car in because it would randomly lose power before I tried to start it. The whole process took almost two hours and they said we charged your battery, but found nothing wrong with the car. There was no need to charge the battery. But I dont even think they did that. The employees here dont know anything about customer service at All. Do yourself a favor and go to the north location.

Professional, communication was pretty good. I went in to purchase a new Toyota Corolla Hybrid and the sales team was ready for me, the car was clean and fueled ready for purchase. The service department is horrible... Last oil change on my 17 Tacoma was performed by this dealership. I went to do an oil change today and the oil filter housing teeth shattered because the technicians at this dealership overtightened it. Now the Tacoma is sitting in the garage without being able to be used until I can get an impact wrench to remove this semi-destroyed filter housing. Dont use their service department since they dont torque filter housings to spec.Edit: I got a call today from a Service Manager at the dealership and they offered to make it right. I already purchased a new replacement oil filter housing and a few other tools to make removing the old housing a bit easier. I was able to finish the oil change today. Since they offered to help, Im upgrading this review from a one star to a three star. I still wouldnt take my Tacoma to this dealership for maintenance unless there was a recall.

I found myself carless and knew exactly what I wanted so I called every dealership between Colorado Springs and Denver, and because of the car shortage, I was looking at 1-2 months of wait time. When I called here the first time, Jarrod remembered what I was looking for and called me the second one reservation fell through. He was more than accommodating working with me while I sorted everything out in order to obtain the vehicle as soon as possible. He also was the most knowledgeable sales person I talked to after calling every every dealership between Denver and Colorado Springs. Very happy to have a car again and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Check your paperwork!! The finance department is probably one of the worst Ive dealt with in 3 states and almost a dozen dealerships. I purchased a 4Runner in April and told them I was moving soon. This is important because the finance guy chose to add a service package, to pad on more money ultimately. I specifically asked him if this service contract was transferable to other places because of the upcoming move. Almost 4 months later my service warning popped up so I made an appointment with my local Toyota dealership. I went through all of my paperwor, found the name of the company and called them. I attempted to reach finance after my conversation with the company because its not transferable. Our salesman also offered a windshield replacement that the finance guy said would be free, but turns out we were charged $450 for. Oh and they threw in a replacement key contract for $400 but, again, never said anything. THEN, good luck getting anyone from finance on the phone. They literally never answer it. So to the GM: I either want $1000 sent to my bank for all of these extras that I either never asked for or agreed to; or you owe me a new extra key (I was only given one) and a service contract I can actually use where I am now. Either way, terrible customer service and shady behavior on the part of Paul Quintana. Thank god I moved because this entire transaction with him would be why Id never buy another Toyota again.

Friendly service. Tried saving time on paperwork and waiting on the floor by getting qualified financing and giving all information necessary the previous Friday. My wife and I traveled 640 miles one way (from Fort Scott, Kansas) under the impression that it would be beneficial to trade up as a returning customer. Upon completion of signing all the paperwork we were given 2 WalMart gift cards as a show of appreciation for traveling so far and choosing Larry H. Miller Toyota to purchase our new vehicle. They were $5 gift cards. 23 hours driving 1280 miles total round trip. The appreciation shown was $10.Nothing special or different for pricing or savings than other Toyota dealerships. I was even refused the military discount I inquired on. Overall a bit disappointing and a tad insulting after being on the floor for 3 hours (a period of time we thought had been circumvented the previous Friday). We like our vehicle (which we could have bought locally, and should have, saving $150 in travel expenses and 23 hours traveling time) but wont make the mistake of returning under such pretenses. Thanks for the gift cards🙄.

I ended up waiting barely shy of 3 hours for my first 5000 mile service on my new Camry. Others around me I could hear talking about the long wait and were becoming upset. When my service was finally done the Service Advisor was apologetic about the long wait and mentioned they had a Technician that was sick and called off of work. My appointment was at 1pm. I would figure that if the service was running later than normal that wouldve been discussed when I checked the vehicle in. My vehicle wasnt touched for 1.5 hrs because I received the alert on my phone app when the vehicle was moved. I did not receive a multi-point inspection sheet and the invoice I did receive states right on it, that I would have the inspection sheet provided and discussed, which did not happen. The Invoice I did receive has a few areas to place measurements that were blank. I have received the multi-point inspection sheets from other Toyota dealers, prior, when I service my 4Runner and they have been thoroughly discussed with me. This time the only response I received was that everything is good! I would hope for a new vehicle it would be but not one thing was discussed with me of what the 5000 mile service covered? It really makes me wonder if I got a through 5000 mile service?

JB Burrows the sales person did an excellent job, the Finance person was helpful in completing the paper work. I feel there needs to be more transparency in cost breakdown, especially when taxes, title, and additional items are included. I found a nice truck so am thankful for their help.

Decent service department but I got new rims and tires for a 4runner that was 3 months old and they kept and then lost my original sets. After 4 months of asking what happened, I just settled for a full size spare (just the tire not even a wheel) to match my new set. They do decent work but keep your eye on them.

I had a great experience at Larry H Miller Liberty Toyota with Jarrod Staggs, Online Sales Mgr. When i made an inquiry online, he quickly responded and explained what was coming into the dealership on the 2021 Rav4 Hybrid. He lined up another Rav4 for me to test drive. When I was ready to buy, he handled my purchase professionally and assisted me with some problems with my trade-in and the Carfax. We were able to resolve the problem and I traded in my 2010 Nissan and completed a good deal for the new Rav4. The rest of my experience with waiting for and then closing on my new vehicle was also handled professionally and to my satisfaction.

With the Toyota 4Runner shortage, it has been difficult to find what I wanted, but Tyler Johnston was very helpful and I ended up with my 4Runner in a month after talking to him. We just found one that was coming in and it had everything that I wanted on it! He followed up with me regularly and now I have it! I am very happy with my new truck and with the service I was given at Larry Miller Toyota!

Bought a 2021 Supra 3.0 from Larry H. Miller Toyota--a sale facilitated by JB Burrows, a sales associate I was fortunate enough to meet that particular day. I stopped in to look at the car, but really to meet JB... mainly because Im usually as interested in forming a relationship as I am buying a car, which is almost a byproduct of the ritual. He was accommodating and personable. So, I looked at the car, told him Id be back after a few stops to look at other vehicles...and sure enough, I did return. There was a nominal hiccup with the price, which he offset to my satisfaction and had all the paperwork done in under an hour. He made sure the car was detailed before I left the dealership--and even lent a hand to make sure it was done right. I have a follow up appointment so they can take care of some cost effective, worthwhile additions to the car and to activate the navigation--necessary because I have a terrible sense of of direction. But, I now know how to get to one of the best auto dealerships in the Springs. If you are looking for your next ride, give JB a call.

Shane was phenomenal with taking care of us at Toyota! He made sure I was happy and comfortable with my vehicles purchase.I would recommend him for anyone needing a vehicle because he was so professional and puts his customers first when it comes to the service and vehicles.

If I could give no stars I would. A family member who is a service member took his vehicle to this dealership for a pricey repair. The entire experience was good until we got the car back. Someone stole everything from the center console of the vehicle. The items ranged from prescription glasses to tools to personal paperwork. Not long after items were stolen did I receive a call for an account with a major box store asking if I was trying to make a large purchase. I have yet to speak with anyone as the service department has been closed since picking up my vehicle. But I want to warn you to clean valuables and valuable information out of your vehicle prior to takin it here for service. I hope when I do speak to someone we can find a way to make this right.
