They were honest with me and even took pictures so that I knew what they were talking about. The price wasnt over inflated and they were very professional and courteous. I will definitely be going back with all of my repair needs.

I found them on a search for auto repair near me. Excellent service! They scheduled the tow and the same day it was towed in they had the problem resolved. I will be using them again next time I need service.

Got about 3k worth of work done including a window power regulator (its what holds your window in place and moves it up and down). The first one just failed while I was not using the window. I figure it was just a bad part and get it replaced under warranty. The second one also broke while I was rolling the window up. This is clearly a cheap part, but itll be replaced under warranty, right? Nah. First I take my car in and get told they dont have the part after Ive waited all day. Second time I do the same thing but it turns out they ordered the wrong part after already having me wait longer than anticipated. This was due to other customers being more important than fixing something they repaired twice already in a 4 month period, and it keeps breaking. On top of that I had to use tools to get inside the door to tape the window back up again because thats too much work after wasting my time. Poor service, low quality parts, would not recommend.

Great customer service I had my car towed from another service center to express and they went the extra mile to help me out I wasnt able to get my car done because of warranty and other things giving me issues but express gave me multiple options to work with that other service wouldnt have gave 4 stars till I bring my car back to get the job done but definitely taking it there!!!

Ive been going here since 2010, theres no other place in town where you can have your car, diagnosed, repaired and ready all in the same day! My vehicle was towed to the shop at 11:00 a.m. I received a text with a link and full diagnosis on why my car wouldnt go above 20 mph. at 2:00p.m. I received a text at 4:20p.m. that my car was ready.

So far so good! Very kind and helpful, Im sure, by what Ive experienced, so far, that Im in very good hands!

They are great at quick engine replacements but not so much at diagnostics or attention to minor gaskets and smaller things. They are also pretty expensive and do not give out any breaks on cost. Good overall, not sure I would return though unless I was in a bind.

I wanted to know price and she cried saying I dont care shes busy. I was so confused. I told I was on my way to pick up vehicle. Paid over phone. Told her I was on my break. I got there and she simply treated me as if I was imposing. Never will return to this place again. Last time I was there a young guy helped who was nice and considerate to me as a customer. Only reason I return. This time I was helped by a lady. I will not return again

Always get a second opinion before major repairs! Took my jeep in because it was running a little hot. They told me that my fan clutch and thermostat was bad. Quoted me around $850. Took a look at my fan clutch when I got home and it was perfectly fine. Got a second opinion with another mechanic and told me my fan clutch and thermostat were 100% fine. Jeep xj’s with 4.0L just runs slightly warm especially in hot weather. Also one of my d shackles on my front bumper were missing and found small dings on my drivers side door that were not there when I dropped it off. Not saying they had anything to do with it but it is a little suspicious especially because I keep my jeep in a garage when not in use. Giving two stars because Teresa is very sweet. EDIT: The mechanic that gave me a second opinion was also associated with NAPA.

If I could give more than five stars I would! They allowed me to do after hours pick up and drop off which made everything so much easier! They kept constant communication throughout the process and got it done in a day! The whole process was smooth start you finish!I went back recently and this was the first time going to them since my warranty expired. There was no difference in service! The staff is friendly and they get my car in and out quickly! I still wish I could give them more than five stars!

I brought my 2015 Ram truck to Napa Express Auto Repair for a broken manifold stud that had been drilled through. They quoted me fairly at $2,700. the Dodge dealership told me my truck was still under warranty but they could not do anything due to the stud/bolt being drilled through. The dodge dealer wanted $3,300 to repair my truck. Rick the president at Napa Express Auto Repair was very helpful and responsive about the status of my truck repair. I got updates via text message. It only took two days for the parts to come in and the repair to be made. I requested the new bolts/manifold studs to be a grade 8 bolt. Rick had no problem finding these and adding them to my quote. I will will be doing future business with this shop in the future. Lesson learned for me dont try and extract bolts the DIY route take it to the professionals.

The only good thing is the receptionist was nice Theresa, “free estimate” and free service of choice with purchase of service. Services very pricey for work completed . There was lack of care and pride to complete a job correctly and with proficiency. The main issue was corrected and another one caused while being serviced. Not securing a compartment back as it was is a basic no no, I assumed .and I can’t make time to come back in again, great inconvenience .

I love working with this shop and staff. I dont feel taken advantage of or lied to being female. Everyone has been professional and courteous, no smoke and mirrors on prices or unnecessary repairs suggested and they tell me when things are urgent to be fixed or if it can wait a little while. I love the new system they use to show you the findings when they inspect the vehicle.

When it comes to mechanics, the most important things to consider is whether they are honest and if they can fix it (budget counts, but sometimes that cant be helped). Express Auto on Galley proved that they are both honest and capable of diagnosing and fixing an issue. I went in thinking my A/C compressor might be shot due to the clutch not engaging and not finding any issue in my fuse or relay. They were able to identify that it was a simple wiring fix, saving me lots of time and money - most importantly, my A/C works and I no longer have a burning smell around my engine! I appreciate their honesty, ability to fix my issue, and quality of work. I will be returning here whenever I have something happen that I do not have time to fix myself or is beyond my capability.

The transfer case on my Lincoln MKX cracked in COS on Christmas Eve!!!!I figured we were going to be stuck for several days! On Christmas Day I used Google to locate Express on Gally road.Our of desperation I left a note on line hoping to hear back by 12/27?Teresa actually got back to my post on 12/26!She scheduled me to have car serviced at 8 AM 12/28!THEN they were able to have me back on the road 12/29!!These guys were terrific! Using text messages they kept me posted every step of the way! I can’t say enough about this company!

I had my car towed here after my engine died in the middle of traffic. They gave me an honest estimate on the repairs and were up front about the possibility of the repairs just extending an inevitable engine replacement. They didnt try to sell me or pressure me into futile fixes. They found shoddy work that was done by other mechanics and I will definitely but using them in the future.

Called for a quote for diagnosing a small coolant leak and a power steering pump leak. Wasn’t even sure I was going to have work done there, just wanted to get an estimate done for the needed repairs. The receptionist says that since I don’t have an extended warranty and maintenance upkeep on my 2005 vehicle that they aren’t willing to even look at it because it could be too many issues? Well good to know I’ll gladly have someone else take the job. Guess Express Auto Repair can only handle small jobs on newer (in warranty)vehicles. Clearly a lack of customer service here and discriminated against me based on the current condition of my car. I’d definitely advise going elsewhere for auto repairs.

Ive brought my car to Express Auto for the past six years, and theyve always been reliable, honest, and helpful. Had one rough experience today, though: I brought in my car last week to have a wheel assembly repaired and get an airbag light checked out. They werent able to take care of the airbag light, but the gentleman at the front desk assured me twice that theyd bring someone in soon to help diagnose it. I called back a few days later to check in, and was greeted by someone named Theresa. I explained the circumstance, and after a 5-second hold, was met with, We dont do that here, Youre asking the wrong person, and Im new here. When I tried to ask questions or provide clarifying details, I was cut off with curt replies, silence, and advice to bring it to another shop or the dealer. In hindsight, I wish Id asked the name of the gentleman I interacted with last week so I could have provided that to Theresa. For now, Ill be taking my car to another shop, but I hope to return to Express Auto soon with a clearer idea of what to expect.

I found Express Auto after having a terrible experience at the shop I usually take my vehicle to. Id just had a decent amount of work done at the other shop, when I noticed my vehicle had started pulling all over the place and was not acting right when driving. I took it back in to have it re examined but their mechanics said it was a brake pull. Gut intuition told me that was not true as it was not being experienced when braking. I wanted a second opinion so I brought my car to Express Auto and they immediately got me an appointment. Eric was extremely friendly and helpful. They knew right away what was wrong and overlooked by the other shop. A completely different part and problem that made my vehicle unsafe. They tried to make the cost as reasonable as possible and had my car fixed and safe within a few hours. Eric even personally followed up with me a few days later to make sure that the problem was resolved and I was satisfied. This shop truly restored my trust and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to service their vehicles.

Very prompt service, my car was done within a couple hours, and they offer rides to or from to help get your car if need be. Have used these guys for oil changes since buying my Audi in 2019. I took it to best western transmission for some work and it turned out that he wasn’t able to work on it so he sent me next door to these guys. I told them exactly was my code reader said n asked if they could take a look at it n see if they could fix it. Told Jordan the guy at the front what was going on with it n what kind of car it was 2011 Audi A3 TDI. Dropped it off at 9am. He calls me telling me I can pick it up at 2 and says that he didn’t realize it was a Diesel engine n that they can’t help me. Idk how they didn’t realize when I told him TDI plus I have gotten oil changes there and am in the system. He charges me 149$ when I get there for picking up the car for the use of their code reader which I had already read the codes myself n told him what it said. I just think it’s taking advantage of ppl that need expensive car repairs by charging them for using a machine that most people have themselves now and that I had already used prior to taking it there. So they basically did nothing but charge me 149$ Especially after wasting 5 hours of my day when I could have taken the car somewhere that does work on deisel engines. So now I have 149$ less to go towards getting my turbo fixed and will NEVER ever do business here again. Will tell everyone that I know and every social media platform o have about how these guys do business. Sad because they used to be good. They were one of the best shops in the Springs.

Me and my husband had a great experience with this shop. We went in with a good deal of work to our vehicle and Joe did a great job helping us. He let us know our options and did his best to give us the best price. The warranty on the work it awesome too. I did take my vehicle in after the first visit and they checked it out no charge which helped me out a lot. This is the only place I will be taking both vehicles in the future. My boyfriend goes here all of the time and I have taken my car there the last two times I have needed something checked on. They are really honest and reasonable. When I needed my power steering checked because the dealership said it was time to change, they looked it over and said it is good to go for quite a while. Also when my windshield wiper stopped working, they looked at it and since it was just a screw, they tightened it for free! I will definitely be going back!

We had driven in from Houston and I had an ABS light and anti-skid light on my vehicle, plus my doors wouldn’t open. My mom uses Express Engine and recommend them to me. When I called Jim, he kindly directed me to the Galley location since it was closer to me. I called, hoping to get in, even though Thanksgiving week is busy. Rick Meadows, the owner I believe, said to come on in. He looked at my car and quickly diagnosed it was my sensor and reset it. I was out in under 20 minutes and on my way. I was so grateful for the quick and kind service. My mom said they are always fair and kind to her as well.

My truck needed a lot of work - complete brake job, radiator leaks, and other assorted leaks. Express Auto did all the work I authorized and had it done by the end of the day. Honest and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and timely repairs. It all adds up to a satisfying trip to the mechanics shop.

Months ago I had blown my engine. They do a great job getting your car up and running quickly and hold their word to their service. I am very thankful for having them work on my vehicle. As replacing a new engine parts tend to need to be changed and they made sure I have been taken care of. I highly reccommend getting repairs with these guys!

DO NOT GO HERE!Do not go to These Guys. These guys are dirty rotten Crooks that do nothing but waste your time and take your money. They didnt even fix the problem that I had. And I took it to them twice. and they couldnt even figure it out.When you initially come in hes the manager is very friendly. if your car has a lot of miles on it hell tell you, oh just breaking it in are we? These cars are just so reliable. But God forbid they cant fix your problem in two separate visits and you complain to them about it to them. Then theyll tell you Well itsthe manufacturers fault. Be mad at them Or, well your car has so many miles on it. What do you expect from a car with 200 plus thousand miles on it? Not to mention they dont know how to tighten down a clutch fan. Its a good thing I checked or else I could have had a major problem.I highly do not recommend them. DO NOT GO HERE!

These guys will stop at nothing to make things right! This will be the only place I take my vehicles to get fixed. Weve been looking for My Mechanic since we moved here 2 years ago. Now we have found it. They went above and beyond anything I expected. Im still floored by the whole situation.

I have gone to this place twice and both times they have scammed my warranty they replaced something that was not in the service I requested and added that to their payment and they were cheap with replacing my part for my gas cap and didn’t even replace it with the one I had with a cord they replaced it with a cheap one without a cord

I used Google to find a good repair shop that I can take my vehicles too and this was the first shop that popped up. I called to get more info on how to get my car in the shop to see why my car was running rough, Rick was professional and explained to me the process of getting my car in the shop and letting them do the diagnostic and the best part of it was if I let them do the repairs the diagnostic fee would be free. I brought my car there last week and I have to say it was probably the best experience Ive ever had going to a shop. They got me in and even offered to show me what was going on with my car and it turned out to be a simple tune up that was causing my issue. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.

I took my car into this shop this week for a diagnosis as my car had been leaking oil. Within a couple of hours after dropping the car off, I received a quick notice that my timing cover seal was broken. Rick clearly explained to me what the issue was and what the best course of action was in terms of feasibility and price; they could have easily charged me two grand to get it fixed instead of one but they did not! Once I dropped it off again for a laborious repair after my warranty was cleared, the car was ready to be picked up within a day. Overall, the service was absolutely outstanding and very quick! I will definitely come again and I recommend this place to everyone for their repair needs.

Really great experience. Had to call without an appointment and they were able to help me out. Rick and Eric were very friendly and helpful diagnosing my truck issues. They even went over all the service bulletins since my last service. I especially appreciated the recommendations, but no pressure/hassle to fix things that werent absolutely necessary for safe operation. This NAPA repair center is the bomb. The guys in there all know what they’re doing, more so than most. They got my Jeep diagnosed and fix within 24 hours and that was the best feeling, knowing I wasn’t getting dragged around. On top of fixing the problem, they fixed another lingering issue I had without me even asking which was terrific! And on top of the awesome service, they followed up with me multiple times after leaving to make sure everything was still good, and even gave me a free oil change opportunity. All in all, 10/10! Would recommend.

Paul, the manager, was very helpful on the phone, as i rescheduled two times! They gave me the best price and the final cost was under quote. Did all the work ( which I was very pleased with ) in minimal time!!! Will definitely go back for routine check ups or any future car problems! Thanks Paul!!!

Paul was honest, helpful and didnt try to sell me on services that I didnt need. He told me that I didnt need brakes yet and replaced my brake light for free. He also tightened all of my tires to spec after the tire shop I had been to earlier today had failed to. I now feel safe driving with my two children in my vehicle. Definitely found the only shop I will be using going forward.

I am very pleased with all the work i have had done at Express Auto Repair. They are very knowledgeable. I have a Diesel truck, and they have always been able to repair it. They always inform me of what they are going to do, or what is needed to repair my truck. I will not take my truck anywhere else for service...to include oil changes. Great small little place in downtown springs that offers individualized and personal care that service departments at dealerships and big name shops simply cannot or will it provide. Always cheaper than the other guy even though their work is of equal or better quality. Rick Meadows is always available to help you with your questions and if he doesn’t know the answer, he will find someone who does. Will be taking my cars their exclusively!

Paul was absolutely awesome! The fuel pump on my car went out and my car broke down on me- I spoke to Paul on a Mon he had it towed to his shop within an hour. He called me shortly after to give me a quote on the repairs and had it ready by Wed at noon. I so much appreciate Paul and the service he provided and will def return for all my vehicle needs. My name is Angel. I brought my car into Rick and his crew and they repaired my Windshield wiper fluid hose. The pump was working but no water was coming through ports. It took them about 20 min to have it working again. Bringing my car back for transmission service on 30 Nov. The waiting area is clean, everyone I have spoken with is very professional. Definitely a car care place to bring your car. Works by appointment so you know how long and when your car will be ready. You immediately get the feeling of honesty and good work. My car has a few more things that needs touching up and Rick will get my business.

Express was extremely helpful when I needed my power steering gearbox replaced. I was being a little high maintenance during the process but whenever I called they were always quick to help my and provide an answer. They towed my vehicle in and did and excellent job on the install. My jeep drives fantastic now. Top notch customer service!

Chris (in the south branch) is really nice and a pleasure to work with. The people at Express Auto are honest and communicative. They wont try to rip you off or sell you services you dont need. We ran into trouble with our car while traveling through COS and Express Auto was there to help. They took us in immediately and expediently and were a true godsend. Highly recommend.

I was in complete distress over my car issues. Stuck in a parking lot down the street from this place, I looked up the closest auto repair shop. They covered my towing and Jim made me feel at ease. Very fair and not gouging my wallet I was very impressed. Very quick got it back the next day, he also gave me tips on things I can fix in the future to keep up on it. I will always come here I had the best experience in result of a horrible situation. Thank you Jim you were great.

Been here twice now in need of my motor mounts being fixed up. Got to talk to Rick over the phone and both times I needed service, he got me in on the same day of my call, and had my job finished within only a few hours (not to mention got me a free Uber ride home and back to the shop during the wait)! So, while I havent been to every shop in Colorado Springs to know who is great and who is not, I have no reason to believe that I need anyone else to call on for my car needs at this point in life. My motor mounts are fixed, and my car feels practically brand new and I am a happy customer. I recommend these guys. And talk to Rick, hes a bro!
