The manager, Chris, provided incredible customer service. I am a 75-year-old retiree who doesnt understand electronics very well, but Chris walked me through the operations of a Garmin striker 4 sonar unit in a manner that I could assimilate and actually use. In a day when everyone says theyre all about customer service but are not in actuality, this is refreshing. Kudos to Chris.

These guys are expert anglers who will flat out help you land more fish. The intel that I’ve gained from talking with Chris and Travis has been incredibly valuable and has led to some outstanding days on the water (and ice.) You owe it to yourself to stop in.

Love the place! The prices are very competitive considering its a small business and the type and quality of gear that they carry. The staff is very patient and more than willing to talk about almost anything fishing/hunting related and help you find what you need and even help with technique questions ect. I also love the fact that they are a 13 dealer as well! The only complaint that I have is that the shop is so small.

I dont understand the low reviews??? Every time I have shopped here I have received excellent service, good advice on fishing tactics, and what I consider a good overall value.I had been reviewing the baitcasting reels from 13 Fishing for good while. Tackle Pro is a dealer, so I came in to take a look. The staff was very friendly, and allowed me to look at each model while describing each ones attributes. It took me a couple of visits to decide which model I wanted, and I never felt pressured to make the purchase. In the end I decided to get the 13 Fishing Concept Z zero bearing reel. To say the reel is impressive is an understatement! I have owned a lot of reels in my 30 plus years of fishing. This thing is legit!And, I dont find the prices to be out of line. This is a small business trying to compete with big box stores and online sales. I dont mind paying a bit more to be able to stand face to face with a real human to do business with.Thanks Tackle Pro. I will be back for more!Jeff

Bring your own bait bucket! Or get over charged for the one they have since they don’t give out bags for minnows like everyone else. Other then one rude dude. Cool shop with lots of good gear!

Helpful, knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to talk about the area fishing spots and what works. Hands down, best bait and tackle shop in the Springs....

The guys at CO Tackle Pro are awesome. I stopped in before our annual family camping trip, and explained to them that I was tried of deseeding my kids lures and asked what i needed to be able to enjoy my time with my girls and for them to have the best chance to catch fish. They totally hooked me up and my girl out fished everyone that weekend. Thanks guys for not only setting me up with the right gear but the info and knowledge shared was invaluable.

I went there to buy a head light, unfortunately they were out of them. Travis who works there was so generous he gave his. I thought that was really cool of him to do that!

The guys here are terrible... they constantly watch people as if theyre about to steal everything in their shop. They are just down right unwelcoming and mean. save your money and go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.
