Me and my wife were looking for a mattress for weeks. We looked at many until we came to this specific mattress firm. Originally we had gone to two other ones and the sales people were very pushy. This location was different. Wilbor was there to help but was not pushy at all. Instead he gave you his knowledge and let you browse around, he would give us his insights and opinions as well. We ended up buying from him. This mattress firm location actually cares for their customers and try their best to meet your needs. My next purchase as I expand my house, will definitely be coming back and buying here.

It took a little while to get my firm California King Mattress, but the people from Mattress Firm where always calling me to let me know the status of my order. They tried several different ways to try to get me a mattress quickly. When my mattress came in they were able to get it delivered out to me within a couple of days. They called the night before to let me know the window they were going to be able to deliver it in. The called the next morning earlier than my delivery time to see if they could come by sooner. They were very polite, wore their masks, quick and efficient in getting my old mattress out as well. I would recommend them to anyone who was in need of finding a mattress.

I visited the Mattress Firm store at New Center Point on June 10th. The representative I interacted with was Breana and she was amazing!! Not only was she friendly, helpful and professional, she handled everything that I needed with a smile. I was very appreciative of her demeanor and her willingness to help. She provided excellent customer service which today is a very rare thing. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Very disappointed in our mattress purchase. We spent ALOT of money for comfort. We told the salesperson that we wanted to ensure the mattress would not be hot. We did not want memory foam for that reason.Turns out our pillow top has memory foam. We are dying every night. We got cooling mattress pad, cooling sheets, in room air conditioning etc. nothing helps.Of course we bought in Jan. Then Covid hit- store closed. Then Summer hit!! OMG!!Of course free trial expired. Now we are stuck with $3k mattress (yes comfortable) but we are baking!!! Literally!!! My husband leaves every night. They had to know this was an issue. They just wanted a high end sale. Stearns Foster mattress. Cassett luxury plush. Stay away.

Dan went above and beyond to make our experience of buying our perfect mattress the best it could be. I recommend him and his store, located at the Cinemark Theater, to anyone interested in purchasing a new bed. He was detail oriented and spent way more time with us than he needed to, and was patient with the dozens of questions I had.
