This is my wifes account but I wanted to share my experience. This place is awesome! I called bass pro and they tried to rip me off with their prices. Al west gave me a great deal and did so much more than bass pro would have. I was able to get in within a week of calling and got my boat back the SAME day. Dennis and Steve are great and honest, they are not there to rip anyone off. Very knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money. No one will ever touch my bass tracker except for them. Its the only place around here where you can get in a rend rend out In a couple hours. -Damon

I have an older model boat and motor and have needed work done on a couple of occasions. Al West has been fantastic!! I dont know what was better, the results of the fixes or the customer service. I do know that the Springs area is lucky to have this place. Thank you!!

This was the best boat repair experience have ever had. Engine no start problem and frozen steering problem were both fixed by noon for a very reasonable price. Super experienced, competent and friendly marine service. I always take my boat here and am always pleased. They have 2 guys with over 45 years experience! After 20 years working on my old boat they told me I needed a new boat, so I got a new boat and they work on it. Life is good.

Until youre a boat owner, you dont realize how much companies who sell boats do not know what they are doing when it comes to repairing them. I am so thankful for this company, and their employees. They save us so much time and hassle. We are able to enjoy our boat much more, and have peace of mind because of them. Their prices are more than reasonable, and youre getting actual experts. If you find yourself in disbelief that another very large company is clueless on repairs, oil changes, prop selection, winterizing... we were in your same spot... then came to Al West. Best choice we could have made with our boat.

Amazing!! These guys are awesome! I just showed up and told them what was wrong, they were able to get me up and running fixed in 15 mins and for only $55. And thanks to them we got to use our boat for the whole season. Very small and family owned, but you wont be disappointed, they take great care of their customers.

Locally owned and operated which is something that I love the only place I will take my boat in for repairs.

Highly recommend taking your boat here for servicing. The staff is wonderful, and they fully explain all of the prices and how long they expect it to take. Got a very honest and fair price to check out our boat and have it winterized.

These people are experts, and they are less expensive than the other companies that will charge you excessive amounts while they try to figure out how to fix a problem. If they are booked up a few days out, they are worth the wait. They fix things the right way the first time, and we would recommend this company over all others.

I have brought my boat here for years and they have taken great care of me and my boat engine. Great service, they have the winterization done the day of the appointment every year. I highly recommend their shop.

After having my boat in dry dock for 6 years, I asked Al West to prepare it for intensive use for 2 weeks out of state. The boat trailered perfectly and the boat ran like new. The boat made for a great vacation and I would recommend Al West for ALL of your boating needs!
