I just had the absolute best experience at this location! I had a tricky situation with a pair of boots I bought from another store and they spent time figuring out a solution that really helped me out! I appreciate the above and beyond customer service and will definitely use this location for my military gear from here on out!

The staff is very friendly and very professional, they will assist you if you need it. They have a good assortment of tactical gear, some items are probably on back order if its not on the shelf. If you need tactical gear or anything else, I would recommend U.S. Patriot Tactical.

The staff is wonderful, helpful, and understanding. I enjoyed chatting with them and soaking up their knowledge. Decent selection for the size of store it is.

Excellent customer service. They didnt have exactly what I was looking for in stock, but they called the Fort Carson location to get it for me and even went and picked it up for me so I didnt have to drive to get it. Good prices, quality gear, and great service

Sarita and Sarah were working and were able to help me find EXACTLY what I needed with a quickness, and their charming personalities also brightened my day and helped bring me out of my funk and frustrations. The Assistant Manager Lori Goff went out of her way to make sure I had the boots I needed. One store didnt have the size I needed so she transferred the boots herself to the store to make sure I had the boots. Thats the type of customer service thats needed at every store. Thank you so much Lori

I went in looking for black boots, but found there was not a big selection. But the staff was friendly and helpful. I will be visiting this location again.

The online customer service is absolute garbage....... sent me total wrong order, like it was someone elses order. Took DAYS to get back to me for the return process. Then took DAYS to get me the return label. Then took DAYS to get my product back to me. Left a formal complaint on the website and havent heard from any customer service people at ALL in regards to their service. I even left the name of the women that was handling the return process. This company is only concerned about PROFITING from US Service Members not providing them with top notch products with top notch service. Very disappointed
