My car had been over heating and needed a gasket replaced between the engine and the cooling system. To do this they has to disconnect the gas lines then reconnect them again. When I got my car back the bill was higher than expected but it ran like new. In less than 200 miles of driving my car burst into flames. I have fought with them to accept responsibility. They finally got their insurance involved and they investigated and determined that it was cooper automotive’s fault. I do not feel that I should have to pay for repairs that destroyed my car resulting in my having to spend thousands of dollars more in order to get another vehicle. I’ve left messages at the shop for someone to call me back about this and I have heard nothing if I could give this is a zero rating I would do it in a heartbeat. It appears the that my only recourse is going to be taking the dealership to small claims court. If I could post photos I would to show what kind of repair they did on my car. A very very disappointing and unhappy customer.

Work done has been excellent, on time, and my cars performance is so much better. Needed unexpected work done which was not on the list (coolant reservoir replacement & new radiator) and they accommodated me quickly and efficiently. They are knowledgeable, informative, professional, and customer friendly. I am very, very pleased.

I was happy with the service. I had an issue with my tire pressure after having the tires rotated. They addressed my concerns promptly and without a charge. I appreciate their customer service.

I’m not from here and needed new breaks. I work long hours during the week and happened to get off work early one day. I had a service engine light, did repairs surge module/ transmission flush. I picked up the Jeep Sevice light was still on Fast forward I really didn’t need a trans flush service as it was Pcm not A shift module Thank you Ian for tailgate purge module off my bill.

These people are truly amazing and took care of everything my mini cooper and I needed, even called us a tow truck when my car broke down on the way to their shop!! After a wonderful hike on a Friday, my cars dashboard decided to start lighting up like crazy. When my car failed to start following a stop for gas, I panicked and called Cooper Automotive. After calling 4 different places, Cooper Automotive was the only one that would take my car in that day! The owner Ian pulled codes from my car the second that I limped up into the parking lot. Ian and his team are beyond professional and timely in their work. They are honest and wont nickel and dime you. This was my first time bringing my vehicle to Cooper Automotive and this will absolutely not be my last. I am so glad I have found an honest and quality auto shop. Very good Company! These guys still do business the old fashion way. A word and a handshake are all it takes to get your vehicles fixed fast and fixed right the first time. Had a rattle somewhere in the suspension. No one could figure out what it was. These guys took the time to find it and get it fixed for me. I really appreciate the dedication these guys have to their work and the efficiency in which they do it.

Very honest and trustworthy. When other shops gave bloated estimates for some problem with the suspension/steering system in my minivan (which were suspicious), Cooper automotive checked and fixed my car for free since the fix was relatively simple. They could have easily given a big estimate to fix my van but instead they did the right thing by telling the truth and proved that they are honest mechanics.

I had such a wonderful experience. I was driving around with my toddler when my engine light came on. I dont have anyone in the springs to help with transportation so I was nervous about what I would do all day at the auto shop with her. They kindly offered to transport me in my own vehicle home while they diagnosed the issue, then told me they would come and get me either after the diagnostic or after the repair.They didnt charge me anything or do anything without my permission. After the diagnostic was done they sent over a link with pictures showing me everything that needed to be done, ranking it from urgent to not. (It also showed my cars over all health.)Each person, starting with the receptionist (I forgot her name but she was so lovely) with Ian who drove us home, and I believe his name was Isaiah who picked us up were so personable and patient with me. They alla made a connectionc with mem that made me feel like we were friends! It was so wonderful and unexpected. They fixed my cars issues and made me feel like I had a mechanic that I could trust.

Took my car there for a grinding noise. Told meMy stearin pump was bad. Said they fixed multiple ones. Then they said it was the steering rack causing the pump to fail. Wrong again. Got mud diagnosed 3 times. Spent 700 fixing problems that weren’t wrong. Turns out it was my belt tensioner I need a new one. 30 dollar fix instead of the 1000 I wasted for no reason. Nice people but horrible business. Not to mention all there parts are 2x as much as if u wereTo buy it yourself. Then you party 2x the amount in labor. Wish there was a worse rating

Twice I brought my car in for an oil change and twice the oil cap was not on again after picked car up. The second time caused me to think the muffler was going due to sound, brought car to muffler repair and 3 weeks later the oil cap was found below engine area, put back on and no more noise! I will not be bringing my car back to Cooper again.
