Ill just say that both your bath and shower have plagued us with black mold since the time of install, and your installers solution was to toss bleach in our walls and state that things were done. Im not very happy. Do you keep service records?)Well see if they are willing to communicate through text, because their vocal communications cannot be trusted without explicit contracts. We were told our seven year old bath issues were out of contact two years after install. Which, of course, was when everything broke down. Before you use this company Id suggest contacting people happy with their work 5-10 years down the line. Unless they offer mold mitigation beyond throwing bleach in your walls.)If the company disagrees with this I hope they have service records. Thanks!

My error. The insane violent home remolding business in your community has potentially damaged your business reputation. Id sue them if I were you. I altered my review as your company name is so similar to the thug business that uses sledgehammers to destroy property and threaten women. Well trust DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen doesnt do that.

Amazing staff at Dream Makers! The ladies in the office are polite and punctual. The lead man working has high attention to detail. I cant say enough good things, so i will just let all my friends and family know where to go for a bathroom remodel. Thanks everyone.

DreamMaker seems to be sending mixed messages. Ive been rifling through kitchen renovation reviews for a couple weeks now and saw one on here (picture attached) that said they came to DreamMaker after a home show where a bunch of contractors said their job was too small and DreamMaker took great care of them.Then another (picture also attached) that warned others that DreamMaker caters to a higher-spending clientele to which DreamMaker replied and said there was a miscommunication and they do jobs $5000 and up.Finally, one of the pictures I attached is a screenshot of their own website laying out the range of costs a homeowner can entertain when planning their kitchen budget. This seems welcoming to a budget like ours.I put in a request on their website yesterday and received a call today. Lisa was very kind and really great with me on the phone. When she asked about our budget and I told her (its quite a but higher than $5000), she said the average kitchen they do is $40,000-$60,000. She apologized a lot (maybe too much) and I really wasnt upset. I think its great for professionals to know their target market and I may not be in it. Thats okay with me. I also get to choose who I work with, you know? No problem.But I do think being clear about your ideal client will help a lot. It helps consumers know who to call and who not to and it would alleviate a couple of these low reviews on google. Theres no shame in providing services at a higher price point, but the confusion here is what leads me to post a review for a company I didnt even work with. I have strong reservations about the management of an important kitchen or bath project when there are management and communication problems in introductory telephone conversations.I hope a decision maker with the company finds this review and it can help initiate some discussions about internal processes and strategic planning for the trajectory of the business.

My wife and I had begun looking for a company to redo our kitchen counter tops and back splash. To us this was a big project and we were excited to begin. However, after attending a local home show we found that our big project was not big enough for several companies who didnt even bother to call us back. Thank goodness we found Dream Maker! They treated our project like it was just as important to them as it was to us. When we met at the design center they were very thorough and went over all of the options to get us what we wanted. We had one little speed bump along the way but Dream Maker work with us and they provided an acceptable alternative that kept us on track and on budget. All of the work was done in a timely manner and with attention to detail. We are so happy with the new counter tops and back splash and would definitely recommend Dream Maker! No matter how large or small your project, the folks at Dream Maker will get the job done right!

Friendly professional staff that were responsive to our needs and questions. A beautiful and functional en suite design that included a wet room. They cleaned up at the end of every day, making the renovation far less messy and stressful than expected. Well worth the money. Highly recommend

I have used Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen before for my bathroom. I was highly satisfied and chose to go with them to remodel my kitchen. Their workmanship is exceptional. They work was completed as promised. Workers were very professional, friendly, and kind. I will definitely use them again for future projects. Cost was less than I had estimated, which was another plus.

I have known the Wittes for many years now and my wife and I keep returning to have DreamMaker remodel our home. It doesnt get any better than this, and we have tried many places. They are into detail, and what is really exciting is that they set a timeline, and they stick to it. And the prices are reasonable. They also stand behind their warranty. We had some wood warping in two custom built pantries,....they fixed it immediately. The wood warping wasnt their fault, but they stood behind their work and now we have straight pantry doors. I hate warped wood!They are great to work with, we laugh and joke with them during the whole process, and their employees who come to your house are also great people that you can trust in your home. I guarantee you, you will not be sorry once you have hired DreamMaker. We had a complete bathroom done with new counter top, we had a custom built kitchen island really cool with built in roll out trash cans and more expandable storage space, all roll out behind doors, and two electric outlets on the sides, several new pantries, and many other smaller jobs. Trust them!!

This vendor is only HIGH QUALITY 20-40K non rental home vendor. If you are not in a million dollar home and want to spend 20-40K (their exact words not mine) on your bathroom...youd better skip this vendor.

Dream Maker Kitchen and Bath worked with me to remodel a bathroom. They kept all cost within my budget and showed me where I could save money in order to do the job correctly and cost efficiently. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again when the need arises.A plan was made showing what I wanted done, how much money I had to spend, what I could choose and helped me understand the process of the complete bathroom remodel project.They require a portion of the payment up front, payments at certain intervals of the project and keep a running notebook of what is being done. This notebook is also used for the customer to provide feedback or ask questions.If there is anything out of the ordinary, they call you and let you know immediately.Once the job is complete, they do a walkthrough with you and make sure you are completely satisfied.

We wanted to remodel our master bedroom/bathroom to do away with as many doors as possible. We also wanted a washer and dryer somewhere in the closet area. Mark and Deb Witte listened to our vision and led us through the design process to come up with something even better than what we had envisioned. We got a beautiful walk in--no door, no threshold, shower, along with a spacious closet-laundry area and an elegant hidden pocket door for the water closet. We appreciated the help picking out fixtures and colors to compliment the design. All the construction team members were courteous and thorough. I would recommend DreamMaker to anyone looking to remodel with minimum stress.
