Marshall was outstanding in understanding what I wanted to accomplish and provided the patience and assistance needed to get it done. He showed an excellent base of knowledge, not just with AT&T but the telecom and cable industry in general. My husband and I were stuck at this location for over 4 hours while getting a new phone. I thought the sales person was nice until I found out that they completely lied to me and misquoted how much everything would cost. I don’t even have service when I go to my local grocery store in Colorado Springs. I can’t wait to switch over to another carrier that has decent prices AND good service because anything would be an improvement from this. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless you love seeing your hard earned money flushed down the toilet. I should’ve known I was being duped when they would answer the store phone and laugh at the people who were on the other line. All these issues start at stores like this and then it’s up to the customer to deal with customer service not offering any help and not trying to find out where the issue started. But I guess as long as you meet your sales quota by lying to innocent people then you’re set.
The worst experiance ever, the girl lied to me about my monthly cost for my phone. She guaranteed $55 with my employers discount. I was billed $117 after having service for 3 weeks. So discontinued service then got billed a total of $211. When attempted to talk to customer service no one could help resolve my issue of getting billed too much. I called several times. The last time i asked to talk to supervisor and i was put on hold for 48 min, the supervisor answered and told mesorry your bill was sent to collections.

With two representatives helping you for the helpfulness of none, visit this location to spend a half hour on hold only to be hung up upon!this store alone is the reason I dropped my AT&T plan for verizon. truly the worst store on this planet.

Guys, I get the reality of working in customer service/retail - been doing it my whole life - but if you’re open til 8pm, you need to be helping customers til 8pm. My son’s phone is broken and we just arrived here for vacation - we did show up ten minutes before close - but we knew exactly what we wanted and were refused a sale of a $1000 smartphone on the spot - because your sales associate had already closed the cash register. If the doors are open, you need to be able to do business.I would lose my job for this.
Came in to buy off and get new phones. Trevor was very helpful with lots of knowledge about the google pixels. He was able to assist us and another customer very fluidly at the same time. We ran into a technical issue but made it clear what was going on and will follow up with us when its cleared. Very happy with our visit today

Sierra is a super hero! I went in there after having a pretty rough morning and she took care of everything that I needed and then some. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and understood what I was trying to say. They even went above and beyond to make sure my kids, both very young, were kept busy with some great cartoons so I could focus on the task at hand. I had been on another carrier for years, and will be staying with AT&T just because of the customer service that I received there!

Be very careful using this store - AT&T disowns this store and says they are an authorized dealer if you have any issues with your bill the store will blame AT&T and AT&T will blame the store. Worse, theres no way to get in touch with this store - they dont answer their phone and they dont respond to voicemails!!! They failed to mention when we signed up for service that there would be $100 worth of sign-up fees. Whats more, they signed us up for a higher tier service than we agreed to. After 1 hour on the phone with ATT corporate the customer service folks have basically said straight up--yeah this store screwed you over, they literally signed you up for something you didnt agree to. They coerce you to agree to automatic payments and then they just charge whatever they want without your consent, saying you signed on the dotted line, bummer for you. Horrible experience, Ive only been a customer for 1 month, such a nightmare.

The store was nice, clean and organized - but Trevor put it over the top. He was honest with me from the beginning and we found a phone that my husband actually LOVES. I didnt think that was possible. Instead of trying to rip me off by selling me more than what he needed, Trevor found the perfect phone at a perfect price......yes, perfect price! He was extremely knowledgeable, handled multiple customers very well and made each one of us feel that we were first on his list. As long as Trevor works at AT&T, I will be back time and time again. Great job!

Came in on a Monday and the service was phenomenal. Garret worked adamantly to resolve the issues with activating a new iPhone s8 while Trevor helped others as they were coming through the door. The two make a great team and the overall experience was superb!

The staff was friendly and helpful, I was in and out in less than half an hour. They dont have a parking lot due to them being downtown but thats not the end of the world, its on the corner and very easy to see

Just stopped by this store because I was having a super weird issue with a brand new phone I bought. Trevor, the person who worked with me there, was super awesome. He worked diligently to try and figure out my issue, and despite working 45+ mins trying to resolve it with no avail, he was able to get a new phone shipped to me to replace the bad phone that i bought, even though my initial warranty was already expired. A+++. Would totally go there again if i have issues.
In the beginning I had a problem but after we sorted it out so far its the best one Ive ever been to Ive been to five others and Ive only been there for three months so it depends on what to say I just hope it just gets better theres always chance of improvement

Slipped on the ice and shattered my iPhone 7 just before closing. I hate going into stores at that time, but went anyway and Cole was extremly friendly and helpful. He let me know I was due for an upgrade, explained some of my options, and then took the time to listen to my needs in a smartphone. After considering how I use my phone, he made a couple of suggestions and gave me time and space to think about it. At no point did I ever feel like Cole was trying to pressure me into buying something, or trying to upsell me on anything.I decided on a phone, and was able to walk out of the store, phone in hand ready to go, in about 30 mins. I got a screen protector and Cole even put it on right then and there, and did a perfect job too!10/10, I will definitely be back for my next phone, and will recommend to friends and family. Kudos to this AT&T team!

Poor customer service, waited over 30 minutes and they helped customers ahead of us. Fortunately we just opened an account at the Cheyenne location so we were already committed to att. If we came here first there would be no way we wouldve choose this company. This store needs more staff or better management.
Mike answered my call, was helpful. These employees have to juggle current clients with drop ins. JC had just walked in from a break and immediately asked what he could help me with. Even with chaos of holidays the four employees were energetic and positive. I side mentioned my smart phone was low on power and he started a charge, that was nice. I like the location - close access to i25, and on a street corner. Bit low on parking options however.
Slowest, most expensive, service available. Get an unlocked phone from UBREAKIFIX and a $35 Straight Talk card at walmart.
These people will absolutely lie to you and then wont take responsibility. I was assured I would get coverage in my area. Nope, not even within 12 miles in any direction. They wouldnt cancel my contract, so after a year, I finally bit the bullet and paid out of my contract ( over $400). I knew Verizon did get reception, since everybody who had Verizon would be able to use their phones in these areas. Im so upset at having to pay this money because somebody lied to me - Im getting ready to cancel my Direct TV also.Why should I keep paying this company another $250 a month, when they dont value me as a customer?!

If I could give them zero stars I would. How difficult is it to swap out a SIM card? I left the store not realizing my phone didnt actually work and when I called back there was no apology for the inconvenience just a curt redirection to AT&T customer service, who despite their best efforts, were unable to rectify the situation via phone. This retailer offers substandard customer support and subpar technological assistance.
I stopped in to upgrade my business phone and received great service, they listened to what I needed and I left with exactly that and in less time than I put on my parking meter!
The employees at this location are FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL!! They make the employees at the citadel crossing location look ruder than rude and dumber than a box of rocks!!! Thank you to the down town employees!!!!

Employees lack true product knowledge are only trained to push iPhones on every one. Fake news warning, the guy actually made false claims against other companies products in order to direct attention to the iPhones. Yet also had little info when we asked about them as well. He didnt seem to care about his job, but it reflects on the store as a whole.
Was lied to by the employee. I said I didnt want to do a credit check because I did not want a hard pull on my report. He assured me and promised me that it was a soft pull only. Sure enough got hit with the hard pull. Very unhappy.
Incredibly poor customer service. I was given false information regarding Next plan pricing that eventually caused me to lose the ability to upgrade my phone on the schedule advertised. So far, no one has attempted to rectify this mistake and instead, I have been bounced between three different stores in the area. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Buyer beware, and stick with a corporate store!

Should have read the reviews before going in this store. Needed help with phone. The sales person did the minimal, and did not follow through on making the note on my account. Ended up getting help from customer care. One more bad experience here and will go somewhere else.
My wife visited this store today (02/27/17) at 1215 hours to purchase a phone plan. There was one person working and he was with another customer. At no time did he acknowledge my wife. She waited 15 minutes until another couple entered the store. The employee told them he would be right with them, at which time my wife left the store. Terrible customer service.
