I’ve been going here for years and they have always served me well. Both employees are respectful and helpful. I continue to go to them with anything I need. Their selection has grown dramatically. Way more stuff than I’ve ever seen there before. Highly recommended.
I go to this store all the time I will not go back after my last visit there was a gentleman with blue hair who was rude af was quick to get me out of the store 0 help when it came down to me asking him about the more flavored juice then would give me the time of day when I tried to tell him where my coils that I get are and he was quick to tell me that they didn’t have any and was quick to rush me out of the store will not return and will make sure I tell everybody that I have told to go there to not return the manager is the only reason why I kept going he is a humble dude
Things were going great, had a wonderful time working with the owner. Came in today (guy with red facial hair working) to do a coil replacement for SALT nic coils, (my first time changing) got home and they were the wrong product. Returned within 10 minutes of my purchase and they wouldnt let me refund the total product! On top of that, the guy with the red facial hair was trying to argue with me and getting defensive, ontop of knowing NOTHING about salt nic juices... WHY WORK THERE IF YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT?? I will come back when the owner is working, get my actually refund, and probably begin to avoid these guys. Its a shame cause the owner is sweet, but this guy with the red beard has made this place unbearable for me and it needs to be know.

My husband has been going to Extreme Vape Shop for years and really prefers them over most vape shops. You can go in and mix a bunch of their different house juices to make your own unique flavors. Depending on when you go in, different employees are working so the experience is different. Occasionally, depending on the employees and the time of day, the juice menu wont be out which is a bit frustrating sometimes. But they have great deals on juice, and overall great mod prices as well. Extreme is where I got my mod from and always where we get our juice from. Great, welcoming little place.
Great Vape Shop! I bought a vape there, the gentlemen took it out of the box filled the coil and showed us how to use it I had a great experience and feel I got a good deal
The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and had great costumer service skills. My wife and were visiting from South Dakota and we stopped at a few vape shops . I ended up going back and purchasing products from here . Would highly recommend Extreme Vape shop if youre in the area.
Small selection of high priced stuff, employee said they wouldnt recommend anything they carried for what I needed, but you may find something right for you there, but nothing you cant find anywhere else.
Knowledgeable guys in there super friendly. Selection is ok and the prices are great in my opinion, especially for these times we are in but definitely check it.

Awesome. The guy who works there is super cool. Decently priced items. They have house blends that you can add CBD oil with, and he mixes it in front of you, kind of like Subway where you watch your item being made!The rewards program is pretty generous if you plan on shopping there consistently; you can buy one, get one e-juice Mon-Wed from 3pm-5pm, plus you get a free 30ml on your birthday.

I like coming to Extreme Vape Shop because the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. Vaping can actually get quite complicated (surprisingly enough), so its great to have people who have the answers and seem passionate about their work. You can find plenty of tasty juice here, too, and they have a lot of mods to choose from (though Ive never bought a mod here so cant comment.) Honestly, I dont give many negative reviews.. but Im super disappointed in the quality received at this shop. The mixes were of low quality and fairly harsh as well as not having the correct consistency. The prices were slightly above average for the area, which wouldnt be a problem.. but youre not getting what you paid for. This is over three different flavors. Wishing I had gone the extra mile and a half. :/ Sorry guys.
I just left the store and the staff was the rudest I have ever encountered. A little weezle looking guy with red hair. Did not want to help me and acted like I was wasting his time. I’ve been coming here for 1 year and this just lost my business. I hope he gets fired.
This is hands down the most laid back and non toxic (metaphorically) vape shop Ive been to. I buy all my juice here now to support them, and I used to order online exclusively. Staff is great and happy to help, and they dont try to vape bro it up on customers. They also have a small and simple punch card rewards program, which is a nice plus.

Extreme Vape has always been good to me, but only at the north location. The south location is closer to my house so I started going there. The girl that works there is absolutely rude. She barely even makes eye contact with you from her show shes watching and makes you feel like youre bothering her for even going in the store. She has a terrible attitude for no reason! Not once has she got my order correctly. Then when I tell her I needed something else she looks at me like its my fault and I did something wrong by even asking. She claims that its not the same company at all and its completely separate when the people up north tell customers to go there because its the sister store. She needs some serious help with customer service. However, everyone at the north store is extremely friendly and helpful. I guess I will just have to go 30 minutes out of my way now!

Had yo run to this shop quick the other day cuz my vape (sadly) fell out of my pocket and into the toilet, they hooked me up with a new model and threw in a juice and coil since my first time there and low on money.Plus you can make your own flavors their so thats pretty dope

Love this shop. Everyone is so friendy, including the owner. Ive bought 2 different vaporizer rigs, and was extremely happy with what they suggested to upgrade too. I have brought my daughter in with me, the atmosphere is calm and family acceptable.

I asked to speak to a manager on the phone, and was directly introduced with a “what do you want”, and the manager failed to answer any real questions I had, and seemed very unprofessional about anything. Also stated he was paying employees below minimum wage because of being “backstabbed”, please avoid this shop and try one of the very professional ones here in the springs.

This is a GREAT SHOP. Very wide selection of juice and the staff knows and explains every flavor in detail and lets you try if you have an RDA. I will always come here to buy my liquids from now on. Last time I was in I happen to see a flavor Ive been searching for. They had received it as a tester and it wasnt for sale, so i explained that that juice was the one that got me to start vaping SO HE GAVE ME THE REST OF THE BOTTLE FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had an issue with one of the tanks they sold me. It has a leak in it, so Everytime I put any juice in it it literally just flows out. One of the employees was nice and tried to help me get it fixed and the other employee named Jake was rude and disrespectful. They were unable to fix the tank and couldnt return even though it was the same day I bought it. I would never shop here again just because of the way Jake disrespected me and tried to make me look stupid. I ended up going to a different vape shop called Cheif Vapor and buying another tank that was the same brand and it works perfectly with no issues.
Great shop and good selection. It is right up there with jvapes. They are starting to carry more mechanical mods and rebuildable. Definitely worth a stop. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Good place to hang out.

Every question I asked was answered and was even given great suggestions.I went to this store looking for an affordable sub ohm battery, or an attachment that might work with the VTR.The staff was more than accommodating on this day. David helped me, he let me know prices right off and didnt try to sell me something I didnt come in for. A new battery was priced at more than I wanted to spend, so I asked about parts for a VTR. David said he had an extra part that I could have. It was a salvaged mod piece, so I asked him how much he wanted for it and he told me it was free.
