Can not get reps to call back, being charged for things we did not order, and charged for things we didnt order and are not getting. IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to call back. I ordered this service to save time it ends up costing me alot more time and money.

DONT USE THESE MISCREANTS!!! I now understand the If I could give negative stars I would These guys make criminals look good.Charged for uniforms never ordered. They continuously lose or dont deliver uniforms, blame the techs even though by their own count they picked them up.We are billed for excess inventory they brought but wasnt asked for nor ordered. We quit paying the invoices due to their inability to return calls,correct the deficiencies in their service and billing practices and all around non-professional attitude of screw you and your bank account we desperately need to stay in business.

Absolute joke of an operation. The real cost of doing business with Cintas aside from the actual financial is all the time and investigative work you have to put in to be sure they are even doing their job. We have consistently been over charged for items not dropped off. Every time I speak with somebody at the company it is like Groundhogs Day, I have to start from square one. Seriously, am I being punked? Worst business I’ve ever worked with, from poor communication to being overcharged. I cannotbelieve they are even operating or have clients.Edit: Cintas, your response to my review gave me no contact information to actually respond to. No this has not been resolved. Just this week I got another email saying I have a statement for August, as well as have had many Cintas trucks through my place trying to drop off supplies after I was assured my account was canceled and then invoices were sent to me! The place is a total scam. The sales reps will create invoices for customers with no agreement. Customers get charged for things that were never ordered. Invoices have had forged signatures... Dont even let them in the door because it could cost you....

Wow. Just wow wow wow. The man, Shaun, does much great work for me business. He delivers on time 200% of the time and saves me time. All paper products are in excellent top notch condition. Me business chemicals from Cintas Shaun smell irresistible. Me thinks he may be on fast track for great promotion in the Cintas based on his Exxxcellent service.

Cintas is terrible. Absolutely terrible. I had to release them, as this company was initially contracted to perform a weekly floor mat exchange. I kept getting billed for 17 mats - I only have 12 in the building. One needs a security key to get onto our upper levels - Cintas never entered these areas in a month.If you are using this company, especially if you have them on autopay - LOOK AT YOUR INVOICES! tHIS COMPANY DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!

This company does not answer its phones.Had to call the Ohio location to ask about the hiring process because I got a sketchy text telling me to go to telegram for an interview. DO NOT GIVE THEM INFORMATION THROUGH TEXT OR TELEGRAM IT IS A SCAM.

I work at Colorado Jet Center, and Our Uniform Exchange Day is Tuesday : Those of us on Day Shift ( 5 AM - 1 PM ), are never able to walk out the door at quitting time with clean uniforms because our clean uniforms are never there, we always have to wait til Wed morning to get our clean uniforms. I am going to start washing my own uniforms from now on, because I cant count on or depend on Cintas to get the job done.

We love Cintas but mostly because we have the best driver :-) Kevin is top notch and as long as he works there I wont even consider another company. Over 20 years in the auto repair business and Ive had good, bad, and mediocre service ...and really stellar service is rare. Are they hard to reach on the phone? Yes. Do they screw up my billing sometimes? Yes. But the main thing that matters for me is my uniform rep that shows up every week and does a fantastic job - Im very happy with Cintas overall. Horrible company to work with. They do not answer the phone so if your lucky enough to get to voice mail you can leave a message but dont worry - they will NOT call you back. BAD COMPANY to work with. Again no uniforms this week. Unfortunately there bad business makes us look unprofessional. Never again will I sign up with this company.

Very pleasant people to work with. However, our service experience with them has been the worst of any company we have dealt with over the past 30 years we have been in business. We have a service contract for Fire Resistant Clothing and have to deal with their inefficiencies constantly. They lock you into a 2-3 year contract, so there isnt much you can do but deal with it until the contract expires. Do your homework before you do business with this company!

They’re the WORST UNIFORM COMPANY EVER! Takes your order 8 months later and you’re still waiting on uniforms. The big bosses aren’t any better either. They will take your order and still the same result! Even their delivery driver Will re-iterate how horrible they are as a company . That speaks volumes ! Cintas I’m sure you get this a lot but YOUR FIRED!

The drivers for Cintas are great. The rest of the corrupt, thieving, incompetent workers and corporation are awful. I have been scammed by them for the last time, assuming I can get ahold of someone!
