One of the best places Ive had lunch in town! The menu hits all genres with a little flair of their own. Based on the things we ordered I dont think you could go wrong. The coffee/tea products were to match. This might be a new regular spot. That pastry car will be the death of me!

Best coffee shop in downtown! The breakfast sandwich was fantastic and paired well with a cup of coffee. Cost liked $13 for the both with a tip. The outside patio is a nice place to hangout. The inside is very clean and the employees were nice.

We love the Exchange! This is our weekend spot for great coffee, amazing food and bakery goods! The menu has Vegan/Vegetarian options, the fries are delish, the specials are heavenly! We got the Breakfast Chorizo Burrito and Falafel Platter.

Very delicious coffee flight and food! The vegan scramble was so flavorful!! The breakfast burrito is large and filling. The breakfast platter comes with a generous portion of eggs and was cooked to perfection.

My wife has been wanting to take me here for months. I regret not coming sooner. Ive been twice now, and had some of the most delicious food and pastries Ive ever had. First time, I had El Churrasco which was absolutely delicious. We also had the spinach and artichoke empanadas, which are easily some of the best empanadas Ive ever had. Perfectly crispy and flavorful. My wife had the Veggie bagel, which was extremely impressive, especially for being just vegetables. Finished the meal off with an Affogato and a Raspberry Cream cheese stuffed croissant which was phenomenal.We went back today, and had the Mediterranean Chicken salad (which I did not try but looked fantastic) and a delicious breakfast sandwich. We took home a pork tenderloin to split, which was easily one of the best meals Ive had. I cant wait to try more things from this place.

Been here a couple of times and the entrées, desserts, & coffee is all delicious. On top of that the service is also great; the staff is friendly and down to earth. Definitely will be returning to keep trying the different sandwiches. The colaito alone is worth returning.

The sausage croissant was pretty big and very flaky and tasty. I loved the mini Cuban Expresso. It was so yummy and flavorful. They have great customer service. I would definitely go here again

We have been several times for special brunch waffles and jazz events and just a regular breakfast/ brunch. They have never disappointed. They were a bit frazzled this last time and had a slight hiccup but were very apologetic and quick to fix their error. We will continue to be frequent customers of theirs because we just love it so much its a great spot.

Miss @pearl.pricklebottom and I had SUCH a wonderful time meeting up with an old friend, and sharing some deeeelish (vegan and non-vegan) food and drink! ***the space was warm and inviting, the staff was wonderful, and their comprehensive menu has something for everyone!

Such a cool place in downtown COS! I will definitely have to go back just to chill or work! I was not thrilled with the $1.50 up charge for alternative milk, and the chai latte was decent, but the atmosphere was enough to make me want to try it out again!

Its been a while since I got both, phenomenal coffee (you can taste quality beans if youre a coffee person), and a well balanced latte that I literally had no preference modifications to make. Didnt need more/less sugar, didnt have to question whether I was shorted on espresso, wasnt overwhelmed by a milky mess on top of my coffee, and aesthetics, you walk in it looks like class, and that class ends up in your glass. Good show guys, Im going to visit more often.

Update 7/22/21, 4 stars: I wanted to update my review as we have continued to eat here/order from here and have noticed some positive changes. The last 3 times our food has been consistently delicious, and the orders have been correct each time. The owner or manager has been very apologetic and has comped our meals that were wrong in the past, and I see that he is determined to make this right - that is super appreciated and all that any customer could ever ask for. I have updated my rating to 4 stars. I love the exchange and will continue to support this restaurant. Great job, whatever is changing is working.6/15/21, 2 stars: I have a love/hate relationship with The Exchange. Their food is delicious, simply put. They have vegan options that are actually good. Where things go wrong for me is they are never consistent with getting orders correct. We’ve been here/ordered to go/ordered via Grubhub multiple times and nearly every time, the order is messed up in one way or another. I just ordered via Grubhub this morning (6/15/21) and my vegan tofu scramble has a piece of bacon in it. Absolutely unacceptable. When we called to inform the restaurant of this mistake, they insisted that this is impossible to happen. Well, here’s a photo for proof. The food, when it’s correct, is 5 stars. I have left two stars for this review for the handling of this issue/inconsistency within the kitchen.

The Denver Biscuit Company was recommended so my hubby got that and I scored at the Exchange! Cute place and this skillet was AMAZING!! REALLY!!! I honestly think its The best skillet Ive ever had!!

Their food is amazing and staff is super friendly. Ive been going there for the last couple months, trying different things each time. Ive been very happy with all their food and drinks!

The staff was amazing and so accommodating! We brought our dog and sat on the patio. Called ahead of time to make sure that was okay and they said not only are dogs allowed on their patio, they encourage people to bring their pups. That’s so nice to hear when you’re trying to pick a place for lunch! They also went out of their way to confirm the side of ham scraps we ordered for our dog to nibble on and grabbed a cup of ice for her. Really wonderful people!

The food is to die for! We had the Dont Have a Cow burger and the Cali Quinoa burger. Both were just delicious with fresh toppings. The fries were huge, made on sight and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere of the entire place is cheerful and trendy with enough of the original old building to give it serious personality. A lot of various kinds of good seating with the overall coffee bar feel. We didnt wait very long for our food. The prices werent fast food cheap but the homemade quality of the food was worth it.

Love this place more than anywhere on Tejon. Super laid back and chill, a great place to study or read a book. Outdoor and indoor seating was a plus, and the employees are so kind and super cool. I had a caramel macchiato and blueberry muffin, they were both BOMB. Today was my first visit but I will be a regular from now on. Thanks guys!!

We had a company celebration here and had a wonderful time! The owners and their team were personable and ensured there was more than enough food for our hungry group! I have since been back for breakfast with friends and they too enjoyed the atmosphere, coffee and food!

My favorite place in town! They make the most incredible cuban espresso drinks and the food is fresh, tons of healthy options- great for vegetarians, vegans and those who are gluten free- and everything is delicious!

$1.25 for milk alternatives. The amount poured into my drink was barely enough to even be considered a splash. Lastly, it was King Soopers branded oat milk: Simple Truth. So, my two little drizzles of oat milk cost 2/3 of the price of the Simple Truth brand of oat milk you guys purchased from King Soopers for $3.79. Never going there again. So, being extremely liberal with saying if you were to serve me an once of oat milk with my drink out of the 1/2 gallon you purchased from King Soopers. So, you’re half gallon you resell for approximately $80…

This place is great in every way. Delicious food, delicious beverages, and a wonderful atmosphere. The only downsides would be their no substitutions rule on food and the parking in the area. None of these are worth losing a star over as far as Im concerned though. Will continue to frequent this place!

This place is so great! Not only is it the cutest but they have white espresso and which is rare to find in town and so much better than regular espresso! It’s has the best taste and double the caffeine. 🥳 They also make their ranch in house and we all know homemade ranch wins every time.

As others have shared, EXCELLENT GLUTEN-FREE bakery options!! LOVE the atmosphere and industrial design decor. I had eggs with bacon. The portion size was huge! Very good coffee!! Dog friendly patio. Definitely will be back!!!

The food was great, and the staff was excellent!Everyone in our group loved the coffee and chai.And to boot, this place knows Cuban! Empanadas, Cubanos, and Cafecitos! Best Cuban coffee Ive had outside of Miami, bar none. In fact, Id go so far as to say the Cuban coffees here rival anything on Calle Ocho.

The Irish coffee was delicious! Highly recommend the raspberry coconut bread if you are wanting a snack. Open airy atmosphere that is immediately relaxing.

One of my favorite coffee spots in town. Theres a ton of seating and a 360° sitting coffee bar with some light food. During the summer, they raise the garage to allow all the sun in. Highly recommended.

Love the comfy modern/industrial vibe of the Exchange! A friend recommended it to me for some tea, and I enjoyed it so much I came back the next morning for coffee and breakfast (pictured). Its comfy, convenient, and a wonderful private spot to sit down and relax. 11/10 will be visiting again soon.

Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. I got a veggie breakfast sandwich with a gluten-free bagel and an oat milk latte. Everything was tasty. It was pretty busy, so it was a bit of a wait for my food. Music was also a tad loud. A little difficult to communicate over the noise. Overall, I’d recommend.

Delicious! Service is great! Their bahn mi is yummy. Fries are generous and homemade. My hubs got the turkey pesto, which is also a yummy option.

Very flavorful. Came out steaming hot. My friend ordered their cesar salad wrap with fries. I tried her fries and they were seasoned well and crispy. I also ordered a caramel latte with oatmilk. I took a few sips before my stomach started hurting. So heres my thing with stuff like this. The staff should be a little more aware of the ingredients. Normally when I order lattes its made with caramel syrup not caramel sauce. I was first told that there wasnt any dairy in it. I asked for him to check it and sure enough its dairy in it. Got that fixed, enjoying my breakfast and a pile of cups fall on the floor from the counter. Please tell me why one of the staff walked around and put the same cups that fell on this dirty floor back on the counter to be used? I was done with my breakfast after that because if thats the norm I dont need to be eating here.

We love this place! The owners are amazing, the coffee is DELISH, the sweets, to die for (I’m a lemon bar but had a cinnamon bun this time, oh my!)! The expansion is gorgeous and I love a local coffee bar with events! Definitely worth driving into downtown for us!!

The staff was really accomadating to our group, the food and drinks were delicious with vegan and GF options, and the loft area was very laid back for us for our littles to enjoy without feeling like we were in other peoples way.

I love the atmosphere; NYC loft vibes. They have amazingly friendly baristas who are familiar with traditional Italian coffee drinks (i love cortados!). Their menu is Extensive and they serve breakfast ALL day! You cant beat that.

One of the higher-priced coffee shops, but worth every penny. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is unmatched by any other place in the area. There is also a lot of seating (even when spaced out 6 feet) so no matter the time of day or how busy it is, I know I can always have a place to sit down and work.

Absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy and chic, the decor is lovely, the staff is friendly, the coffee is phenomenal, and the treats are such a complimentary combo! I have tried the White Espresso in Gooey & Cinnamon Roll - both are top notch and have such a wonderfully smooth and slightly nutty taste. (Gooey is my favorite, haha). The coffee cake, warmed up, was the perfect amount of sweet with our drinks. Definitely worth a try!

I really enjoy their Cuban coffee and the service is always friendly but their prices need to chill out. Coming from NYC, paying $5.50 for a bagel and cream cheese is INSANE. At one of our better bagel stores, that would be like $2.75...Chill with those prices, my guys. I understand bagels are rarely made in house here but its still a lot to ask for bread.

First time in and will definitely be back. Baristas were very friendly and helpful--great recommendations. The indoor decor was very welcoming and fun. Looks like the perfect place to read and study when that opens back up! Lots of gluten free and vegan options and great dairy free alternatives for their drinks.

I had seen an event post on Facebook for a waffles and jazz event at the Coffee Exchange downtown. The location is great! I was very impressed with the ambience and the service. The coffee was delicious as well as the waffles. The music was great! Plan on getting there early if you attend one of their jazz and waffle events. It can get a little busy. We will definitely plan on coming back!

A great place, I hadnt been in a couple years, and it was wonderful then and even better now. They have a really good selection of food, both meals and bakery items, as well as drinks, coffee, smoothies, tea, and alcohol. The coffee and meal that I got was great! They also sanitized frequently!
