I loved this cute shop! The cookie was great and the ice cream was frozen enough to not melt yet soft enough to bite into while I tackled this massive ice cream cookie. Friendly staff & super quick waiting time. I literally ordered and was handed my order in less than 5 minutes. Definitely recommend for cookie lovers! Glad I got to get a pic with Sasquatch!

My daughter was in icu 2 months ago and we didnt want to bring flowers in there because we werent sure if she could have them, but we knew she could have food. I had seen your cookies for a while but never ordered, so we did 1/2 dozen and you guys delivered them to her with the message written on the box and she was so so happy! It definitely cheered her up some that day, and thank God she got better and came home quickly and she even had a few cookies left and shared with us it was so delicious! I LOVE the peanut butter cookie! I mean, I love all of their cookies, but thats my favorite. Sasquatch cookies actually taste like what they are supposed to taste like, as opposed to a grocery store bakery cookie that just tastes like sugar, and way too much of it. I love sweets, but I dont like things that are too sweet and a Sasquatch cookie is the perfect treat for me. I was standing outside a restaurant the other night watching a line form outside another cookie store I shall not name. And I wanted to tell everyone not to waste their time in the line, just drive about 10 minutes up Nevada and hit the best cookie store in town.

The day I found Sasquatch Cookies is a day Ill celebrate from now on! Best cookies in Springs, by far, AND they deliver! What? The Iced Seasonal Pumpkin variety is unreal. We ordered half a dozen just to try them and when they arrived we were surprised by how large of a cookie they are and thought they were going to last us for a few days. Ha! Were ready to order more. White chocolate macadamia cookies were so good - crispy edges, lots of white chocolate chips and nuts. I got birthday confetti (bit too sweet for me), chocolate chip, two monster cookies (weren’t as gooey and oatmeal as I wanted), and oatmeal raisin (delicious and crispy edges).

The cookies are amazing! I love that they add new flavors every week. The shop is adorable but its also super easy to order online! These cookies see my favorite gift to give and I really love having them delivered by the costume! Plus, Ive shipped them and the recipient was so happy having a taste of home. A box of chocolate chip cookies was gifted to the school I work at. I am quite picky when it comes to cookies, mostly preferring to eat my own, fresh out of the oven recipes. All of the cookies were good. My girlfriend’s gluten free chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Excellent dessert for gluten sensitive individuals. The ice cream sandwich was huge and my 10 year old could only eat a quarter of it. The location is right next to a brewery and a pizza place, perfect for getting dinner and then dessert with the family afterwards.

I remember when they first opened. I use to follow them around at the events they would be at because that was the only way to get them. The chocolate chip with a side cup of their homemade vanilla frosting is my go to favorite. But I really enjoy the two new flavors every week. I always get amazing service.

I go to the yoga place next door and get out at 7:15 pm and head straight to Sasquatch to bring a cookie home for me, my husband, and my dog. My favorite ever cookie had fresh apple slices and warm caramel on it (please…please bring it back again!). Even the dog cookie smells good (again, apple!!). It’s a very small place but it’s cute and local. I also got some of their merch…good merch. :)

If you havent been here it is WELL worth the trip. They have amazing gluten free cookies and ice cream sandwiches quite literally as big as your face! They crazy part is for as delicious as their products are they are no more expensive then a trip to an ice cream shop. Absolutely Delicious!

So, I have been ordering from them since before they had a store. We made an attempt on opening day and the place was packed!!! It was amazing to see the support they had. Tonight was my first time in the store. It was clean, simple and a place I will definitely rather drive to than order online! Amazing cookies and a very good selection. We love to support local businesses but this one was a mistake. The employee was extremely rude and not helpful. I asked for an iced cookie and I was told they do not have that there. Even though the display case shows iced cookies. I told her I wanted one like the one in the case. She still told me that they didn’t ice cookies there. She told me my only choice was to buy an extremely overpriced cup of icing that I had to apply myself. When I asked for a knife to apply my small cup of icing, I was told they only had spoons. This shop is overpriced for rude service. I will not be returning.

Cathy and Shane were very nice and enthusiastic when I went in. I ordered 7 cookies, and though a BIT pricey, they are COMPLETELY worth every penny! The cookies are warm, and chewy, and every cookie I tried had amazing flavor! They have seasonal cookies too which, apparently, change semi frequently. The store is beautiful, the smells are great, and the staff are wonderful! Id absolutely recommend stopping in or ordering cookies for delivery on their website.Thank you for the great experience!

This is one of the best places in town to satisfy your sweet tooth. Their cookies are large, warm, and soft. You can smell the goodness as soon as you walk through the front door. Ive purchased at least 50 cookies from here and havent found a flavor that I dont like. For fun, I recommend having cookies delivered in their full Sasquatch costume to your home or workplace, itll be memorable for sure.

I ordered a 3 tier Cookie cake to have delivered to my girlfriends work. The ordering process was easy and their prices seem very competitive. What I was really impressed with was the day of the delivery. I was checking on my order when I noticed on the site that they do a Sasquatch Costume delivery for a small extra fee. I wanted her to be a little embarrassed without getting in trouble so I thought this would be perfect. The problem was, I had already ordered her cake and it was set up for delivery today. I was able to order the costume delivery separately and they had no problems putting both orders together. They delivered the original order with the costume and it turned out perfectly. They even called me later to ensure everything went smoothly. Great company and will order from again.

Received free cookie email for today only. Went to get cookie and was told they ran out and would have more in about 20 minutes. Went back about half hour later and was told same thing again. Appears they didnt stock up for the extra crowd their email created. Perhaps email should have said free cookie while supplies last. If it is a staffing problem its probably better to offer this special when better prepared for the extra business.

I love that I can order vegan cookies!! They are really good and one of the only places I have found in town that I can get a cookie or any baked good with my egg allergy. It is nice to be able to order online and then pick them up. I hope they add more vegan or egg-free cookie flavor options. My family tells me the other flavors are delicious also for the none vegan none egg allergy folks. (I would love to try them out too.)

Went there with a few people. The selection is limited and the cookies are average at best. You would think with the name it would be the macdaddy of cookies; unfortunately smaller than Safeway cookies but way more money. We tried the ice cream cookie and wow what a huge let down. The cookie flavor was bland and the ice cream tasted like the cheapest freezer burn vanilla ice cream. Great name and concept on paper but total failure in executation. Will not be back.

They like to try different flavors all the time. Some aren’t so great. I wish they would do a poll to make the good ones permanent. As of right now we stopped going. They need to work on the boxing too. If a cookie has frosting they overlap them in the box which creates a cookie with only half keeping the icing.

Excellent all around! We usually get our cookies delivered to our home, but today we decided to visit the storefront location. The young lady that helped my husband and I was very nice and gave us good customer service. My family loves every cookie they make. We have had an issue once and they made it right immediately, and that means a lot to us. The special cookies were Lemon Merengue... and they were amazing! We have to get more tomorrow before they are sold out! LolBeing from New Orleans. I would like to recommend some NOLA flavors.... King Cake, Bananas Foster, and Bourbon Pecan Praline. :-)

My girlfriend ordered a cake from my birthday after hearing great things about Sasquatch Cookies. Though, upon arriving to pickup the cake we had ordered 4 days in advance, we called for our curbside delivery and were told that it would be 5-10 minutes until they brought it out because they hadnt decorated it yet. The reason they hadnt decorated it yet was because they werent able to do what was asked in the special instructions on the online order, which is perfectly fine, but they should have called us ahead of time since our number was listed for them to inform us that it wasnt possible. But instead they waited until we were there to tell us that and then do the very basic decoration which wouldnt had been a problem had they just called ahead so it wouldve been ready when we got there. But is doesnt stop there, since they waited to last minute and rushed it, they ended up forgetting to do the extremely simple task of putting the requested sprinkles on the cake (which they even have a checkbox for you to select which sprinkles or chocolate chips youd like, yet still forgot to put them on). So the cake is very bland and boring with just white icing and no color from the sprinkles, at this point, we are just hoping the cake we spent $30 on after tip since you have to tip online while initially ordering the cake, tastes as good as others have said.

We were driving past this newly renovated little strip mall and what intrigued us was sasquatch cookie bakery so of course I had to go check them out, inside this small establishment I found cookies on the bigger size, a large variety of them, the employee behind the counter was very helpful with all the questions I had. The prices are what you would expect, I got half a dozen, peanut butter, turtle, chocolate chip, sugar frosted, oatmeal raisin and snickerdoodle they were still warm and I didnt want that warmth to go away so we consumed two on the way home! They have very good products, if were ever in the neighborhood again well probably stop.
