Can’t speak highly enough of BCC. I am a service provider myself (plumbing), so I’m well aware of the gamble that is hiring someone to work in your home.From start to finish, BCC was overly attentive to our needs/desires, incredibly friendly, very precise with their multiple arrivals, offered very competitive pricing against their competition, and really just a pleasure to work with all-around.Our new tops required a bit of ‘special’ attention that equated to what I’m sure is a much longer time than usual spent on the measurement process. This is where I have to give Jeff a big shout out. Not only did he put his expertise on display, he did something that was more important to me (as the customer). Jeff let me offer my two cents (despite me being nearly completely naive to this particular trade/process), and he was cooperative and understanding in my attempt to formulate the ‘best’ idea regarding the measurements and final cut. In the end, Jeff masterfully navigated my input / trying to wrap my head around the intricacy of their craft, and we arrived at his original advice (he made SURE it all made sense to me).When it came time to visit the showroom and pick out a final top via their massive selection and larger samples, their entire staff was more than willing to host myself, wife, and four kiddos (suckers and mints to keep them busy). They all seemed more than eager to let us take as much time as we needed to make up our mind. As we all know, this process can take a while when trying to land on a final look for your most used space in your home, so that was a gesture that was well-received by us.Point is, these guys care. They take the time that others possibly won’t. Their pricing is competitive. They love the process (new tops definitely isn’t a point-and-shoot thing, it takes time and thought). Can’t recommend them enough!

Customer service at this place is awesome! Also, they took so much time to help me with color choices and offer great advice on where to get home decorations. This place beats box stores any day! You cannot beat people who care. Did I mention the cost and time frames were better than expected. I will be calling them for my down stairs bathroom remodel as well. They are the best! Cant say enough about this company!

This place was amazing! The design team was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. They made excellent recommendations and worked with our unique color scheme. The installation crew was very professional and worked long hours to minimize our kitchen downtime. Their prices were excellent and they helped me make adjustments to make it all affordable. We (me and my friend Tieku) brought DYI counters purchased at Home Depot that we needed to have 90 degree cuts, miter cuts, and miter pockets routed. We were on a serious time crunch and the folks at Builders Custom Counter were able to get this work done while we waited! We were amazed. The customer service at this place is outstanding. I had my own counter tops done by these folks about a year ago and the experience was just as good. Quality counters and excellent service! What more do you want?

We worked with Jeff for a countertop install at a rental property. I felt like we had a family member working for us who knew all the details of how the industry works. I really wanted the job done on a tight timeline. Jeff helped with so many pointers. We were able to sell our rental property 4 weeks earlier than expected due to Jeffs help. Next time I need countertops I will go directly to Builders Custom Counters.The counters themselves look great. I am so glad I did not have a general handyman install or try to install them myself.

Great, Superior, Excellent service and products from start to finish. The design team made our small kitchen look updated and open. Then expert measurements were made and the cabinets and counter tops fit perfectly. Builders Custom Counter business is the BEST.

Kat Really and truly knocked it out of the park for us! We had a customer with a newborn baby and it was Easter weekend and they really went over and above to take care of one of our customers and make everything happen! I was very frustrated and disappointed with this company. It came recommended however the two times i went in to speak with somebody about a quote the office personnel stated that the only people who could give quotes about cabinets was the owner who was not there either time. So i have since gone some place else.

**Updated for businesss response** Plumber showed up well after 7PM to install the sink fittings- my window was from 4-6PM. He worked for 90 mins before declaring the brand new faucet (purchased at Costco not craigslist and was still sealed upon your plumbers arrival) was the problem. Attempted to charge me an hourly fee (Already paid $525 for the visit via BCC) to finish the work more than 36 hours later. Had he shown up on time and if the faucet was really to blame, I could have replaced the faucet in less than 20 mins, and he could have completed install. NO ONE returned a phone call. Installers were also late by more than an hour. Counters are fine- customer service is simply not there. I was not satisfied with a meager $275 discont, which I only got after I stopped payment on the check. I will certainly go out of my way further dissuade people from your business.

Love this place! Nice showroom!

Staff was just horrible and didnt seem to care to help customers entering their store. In fact, we sat there and watched one lady staff person sitting at the table eating her lunch and didnt bother to see if she could help. Other lady staff person didnt even leave her computer to welcome us or ask if she could help. If thats the service prior to buying, can only imagine after having purchased.
