The lady in the store was very RUDE and unhelpful! When I first walked in she seemed to be annoyed to even have a costumer. I had to initiate conversation. I said hello and had to askIf they provided the item I was looking for. She didnt even ask “how may I help you.” Her first words out of her mouth was “how are you going to pay?” Just because I walk into a store does not guarantee that I will give you my business, or that im obligated to purchase anything from you. I called ahead of time to see if they could measure me and fit me. They said yes come in the morning. The lady criticized my doctors suggestions as to the product I need and was not helpful in trying to find me the product I needed. She did offer to measure me, as I was leaving, but only if I purchased something. Her piss poor attitude already lost me. Amazon will get my business, and I made sure to tell my vascular Surgeon to stop recommending this store. From other reviews I can see this is the norm for this woman. Why hasnt she been reprimanded or let go?

Got a recliner lift chair 2 years ago. Made in the USA and is very comfortable. I have hard time going from the sit to stand position due to arthritis. This chair makes a huge difference and very comfy

Very dirty, moldly smelling building.Called to confirm items are in stock then drove out my way and was lied to. Wouldn’t waste your time here. Take your health needs else where. Think twice before getting medical supplies from a store with a 2 star rating.

Terrible customer service on the phone. The employee would hardly listen to my question just asking about the insurance approval timeframe. She took forever to answer my simple question because she wanted to keep telling me she already spoke to the home health provider about the approval process. I told her I have/understood the information she told the home health care provider, but I just want to know how long the process takes - thats all. She kept cutting me off and was quite rude. She acted as if she was bothered that I was calling her - which was my very first call to see how long the process to receive equipment would take. If this is how they treat people, I will take my business elsewhere.

Josh was very helpful! I needed a wheelchair for my son who had surgery on a Friday. He needed the wheelchair for the weekend and Josh stayed a few minutes past closing time on a Friday to rent a wheelchair to me. Josh is very kind!

Josh is awesome!! He has taken on a few occassions the time out to explain things to me and made sure I was fitted in the appropriate stockings needed. I really appreciate his kindness and patience he has had with me!! Thank you Josh!!

Lady was rude and judgemental.Man helped me.I needed a walker wheel.They ordered it and told me two weeks. I paid. Called in two weeks and she threw her co-worker under the bus and said he ordered it wrong and it wasnt on the correct truck. BS.Almost a month later. I now have 4 wheels instead of 3.Never again.

Just called to ask some simple questions. The woman on the phone was beyond rude and didnt even listen to my needs. Why even answering the phone if you dont want to be there. Highly recommend going somewhere were they treat you with respect.

Needed emergency oxygen for altitude sickness. Needed a bathroom very badly before I could place my order. Was told no and I could go somewhere else for the bathroom. Needless to say, I went somewhere else for all of my needs. Very rude and uncaring.

Bought a oxygen regulator less then a year ago and it stopped working right I took it in to have something done and ive been given the rudest run around was finally told something was gonna be done went back to find out im out a fully functional regulator and my money this outfit is a scam dont shop here.

Argumentative over the phone, improper information transfer. Lie’s and rudeness send me down the way to another place.
