Depending on who takes your order will determine how much you pay. They can’t seem keep anything in stock for any amount of time. Even if you place an order in advance you can be sure to wait anywhere from 30-45 mins for them to pull an order. 9 times out of 10 you can expect the counter help to be rude and inconvenienced by you even being there.

This place is next door to heaven and it seems all the employees are Angels. I always get rock star parking. The bathroom is so clean my wife would use it. Its hard to not want to by a new tool every time I go there they have such a good selection. While the counter help are all ugly at least they are friendly and knowledgeable about a lot of things sometimes even electrical stuff. Plus I have never had anyone ding my truck in the parking lot. If they only would bring some donuts and coffee from next door it really would be heaven.

CED in an of itself is not a bad distributor. Theyre just not that good either. Like most other distributors / suppliers, they make a LOT of mistakes. We buy from all of the suppliers in town, but mostly from CED.Why you ask?2 reasons1. Square D - They are the primary Square D supplier in town.2. Mike Dunz - Mike is that rare person who really knows what he is doing, has exceptional customer service skills, and has great product knowledge.3 stars for CED. 5+ for Mike!

I had a horrible experience with CED. Their recruiter in Colorado was dishonest with me. I did not interview or apply but had an interaction with a recruiter who lied to me about jobs at CED. For the record, I did not confuse CED with someone else. This is a dishonest company.

I dont mind going to the parts house CED everyone is always so nice and helpful.
