I got great service, the right package for me, and a phone that I very badly needed for a total price that was a really good deal. I told the associate exactly what I needed. She delivered with a ๐. Much better than the run around, overly complimentary rhetoric, and failure to deliver from the other providers I spoke with. Thanks!
I had went to two other Metro PCS locations to get my account number. I was looking to port my number to Verizon and was given the run around by two other stores. I understand the service provider does not want to loose the number but for heaven sake just do your job. That was all I was asking for.I was able to speak with Hugo over the phone who was the manager of the store as well as two other stores. He was able to assist and guided me to this location and said Daisy would help me get my information. Daisy was very professional and apologized for the other locations downfalls.If we ever decide to need a local only service we will come and do business with Hugo or Daisy only.Thank you and I wish your stores the best in business.
Save yourself the headache... the phone service sucks and I pay $30 more than I was told when I signed up two months ago
This is the worst customer service Iโve ever experienced. Both employees the make and the female pride themselves on doing the least they can do for you. If you have half a brain go to another service provider.
Worst store ever! Went to pay my bill today and did not even get acknowledged. The guy was helping a lady. I waited in line for 10 minutes, left, went all the way to the bank, went and got myself some lunch and then went back. Still did not even acknowledge me and was still helping the same lady! People had been waiting over an hour without even an Im sorry. I will be with you as soon as possible! Wont be going back to that place!
The online website wouldnt take my card when i tried to pay my bill so i went into this store. Turns out the lady said it happens to alot of ppl, when you try to pay it wont take your card and refunds your money back. She was really nice about it and helped me get it taken care of. Had nice background music playing while we worked out the kinks. Everything went smoothly and i was on my way in no time. She even had WiFi i used when i needed to transfer money to continue with the payment process. Only thing i hate is that they charge you a convenience fee ($3) when it was a total inconvenience that i couldnt pay online and needed to come into the store to do so. But its not much and so worth it. If you are looking to buy a phone tho, i would go to a bigger store. This one is really tiny and only had maybe 8 phones on display.
Its really close to where I live so convenient.
I am not sure about the cell service yet, but I can tell you the customer service I received at this MetroPCS location has been the best I have ever received from any cell company. Kudos for providing the BEST customer service.
