After reading the great reviews and looking at their website, I decided to go to Tayco to inquire about an embroidery job. After following to signs to the back area for drop off and pick up I waited my turn and found a service representative who proceeded to chastise me for not going to the web site first to put in my order and waiting directions to drop off the item to be embroidered. I read the whole site and never saw any of these instructions. I also called and was not told this on the phone. I felt I got a parking lot reprimand from him in front of another customer and felt harassed at that point because he had his audience. I left the scene telling him I would find someone else to do the job. What a horrible way to treat a customer and unbelievably unprofessional! They have lost our business.

Ive used tayco in the past and they did a great job. Now its like pulling teeth to get a quote.. seems like a half hearted operation and I will not be spending my hard earned money with them ever again.. literally thousands in lost revenue

They always provide great mockups that truly give you an idea of what you product will look like. They have a great turnaround on products as well, especially when they have already produced that product for you.

Tayco is great for screen printing and embroidery! We use them all the time where I work, and I recently used them for a personal project. I designed some shirts for my husbands bowling team and everyone on the team really liked the way they turned out. Really nice people, solid work.

Not sure what has happened to this long-time favorite. Have not had an issue in eight years... Today, Our first major post-COVID purchase showed significant change in thier business model. No longer allowed to review a product before purchase. Not allowed to swipe a card in store. Literally told to call in and pay when a card reader is six feet away. Sound ridiculous? We thought so too. Add to that picking up our (relatively small) one package order at the commercial receiving dock. The dock hand (quite rude) had no concept of customer service. For that matter no basic adult courtesy. In short, if this is your business model moving forward... You may have challenges.

The shirts look great! Super fast turn around, friendly staff, better prices than online custom t-shirt services, and they helped us pick out a sweet recycled-tech shirt.

Tayco is absolutely wonderful! Not only is the business itself amazing but the people who work there are wonderful as well. They are so much more than a printing business! If you ever need anything printed or embroidered there is no other place to go besides them! The week I ordered my t shirts for a work event was in general a bad week for me and they went above and beyond to help me, and as cheesy as it sounds they made my week so much better. And of course their work is great as well. The t shirts we had made are perfect and exactly what we wanted. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!!!!

I found them a few years ago while living in the Springs. Great product, and a lot to choose from. When I moved back to Florida, I continued to use them. Great to work with, friendly staff and quick service year after year.

Amazing people. They was able to take our print and get our order done in less than a week. So helpful and friendly. I will use them again and again. I am just thrilled how they worked so fast and the t-shirts and hoodies are wonderful!

Their work is good, however their customer service is not. I dropped off an item to be embroidered and they told me it would be done in one week. I went back the next week to pick up my item and when I gave them my last name, they were looking everywhere and didnt find it. My order was up on a bulletin board that was waiting to go to production. They said we just need you to approve this before we can get it done. It was very frustrating to know it had been sitting there for a week and it was just now being done. When I asked them why I wasnt notified to approve the changes, they stated that they would have called me later that day. When I told them I was told that it would be ready that day, the reply I received was, the day isnt over with yet. A few hours later when they called me to pick up my item, I asked to speak with a manager. Not one but two different employees told me that because there wasnt a must at the top of my order form, it was guaranteed by any certain date. The employee even went as far as to show me another order form where it did read must. I asked to speak to a manager about my negative experience and the employee came back and stated that the manager said to just give me my item and not charge me. I explained that even without them charging me, I still wasnt happy. It wasnt about the quality of the product, it was the way I was treated as a customer which was very disappointing. It frustrated me that they didnt apologize and instead just threw some money at the situation so to say to make the problem go away. I wont be back.

I had to make a shirt for my company. All the big online places were charging 25-30 dollars per shirt. I called Tayco and they helped me with my shirt got everything I wanted at 13 dollars a shirt. They have great customer service and are very professional.

Great service and friendly staff! Our shirts came out just right and sooner than expected.

The people who work here are greedy scumbags. They refused to admit that they mistakes on their part and charged us for the mistakes that they made. They decided not to tell us that a product we ordered for a men and womens sports team was a womens cut instead of unisex, even though we directly told them that we were going to order it for men and women and had both men and women come in to look at the designs. When we confronted them about this, they denied all responsibility and refuted by saying that because there was a pink band on the tag of the inside of the jacket, we should have known it was for women..Another time we were trying to get sweatshirts printed and were beyond incompetent when trying to transfer the design we requested onto a product. They then began processing the order without our consent and when we cancelled due to their incompetence, they not only charged us for the art fee but also for a restocking fee. Absolutely criminal what theyve done and I paid the fee just so I never had to speak to these imbeciles again.

We go here for our shirts and for our patchs to be made good friendly staff willing to help also
