The equipment is nice, but the lady at the rental desk seemed to have a casual personal call that was way more important than taking care of business.

We order a lot of our parts from this company and I have never had a problem with anything. They are very nice people to work with.

My husband has gone in a few times, for parts ordered and they can never find anything. The problem is their poor customer service and the lack of willingness to help. Just because you are a big corporation doesn’t mean you can act the way you do. Hopefully you can take some additional training and learn the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!
