Surprisingly overpriced for a clearance center, and considering the quality of some of the pieces the prices are downright laughable. Make sure you know what you are looking at, and be prepared to hunt through the nonsense and occasionally you get lucky, but you would have much better luck at Platte Furniture.

We went twice looking for a sectional. The first experience was so-so, but the second time we went the staff was AWESOME. They helped me find what I was looking for, took it out of a corner, showed me some known damage and gave me a great offer. Unfortunately I couldnt purchase because the item wouldnt fit through my door frame BUT I will say the shopping experience itself was great.

Waited (and still waiting) 4 months for 1 treehouse toddler bed because parts of bed were on backorder, then was told today that they will be dropping off the bed but will have to come back two days later to build it because the build order date was somehow messed up. Really hoping this bed looks exactly like the display one did in the store and not like junk. Will update.

I went into Furniture Row 8/8/2020 and found just what I was looking for that will go well with my 80 pound dog lol. She likes to sit on top of the couch to window watch so needed to find a sectional that was flat on top. Troy was very knowledgeable about the type of couch I was interested in and made the purchase very smooth and I was out of there in no time at all! I will be coming back to Furniture Row in the future, as the quality is much better than where I have shopped before. Thanks Troy!

First of all, this review is NOT for the saleswoman, but for the store Manager. There was a survey sent to me about every aspect of our shopping and delivery but nothing about the management. So here’s my survey response:We had our furniture shipped to store, then delivered to our home via contactless delivery today after purchasing our couches in September. The packages clearly show that the items to be delivered were not correct. Instead of receiving a chaise and sofa, we received two chaises instead. When my husband realized the mistake he called the store, spoke with our amazing and hard working saleswoman and she was going to problem solve what happened. We called back a few hours later and we were told by the manager that the manufacturer made the initial mistake (no ownership whatsoever) and sent the wrong pieces.However, the manager stated that we would have to have the “wrong” piece picked up from our home and then we can order the correct piece. We will have to wait again for our correct order! There were no apologies, no “make it right” nothing. The management should be the first line of support for his employees and customers and check the order when they come in . The tags clearly state chaise lounges on both but the order number matched. Two separate items delivered on two separate days.Not only did the manager not know what was going on in his own store, he did not offer to call other stores. His employee, who works on commissions, has to take out her time and living wages to go above and beyond. (During a Black Friday Sale) Why? I learned today that our salesperson looses out on commissions payment today. This is a horrible way to treat your employee and a very poor way to represent this company. Do not shop here. The Regional Manager needs to know about the lack of accountability and support and is tarnishing the name of the company.

Tag was awesome! I didn’t feel pressured at all and he ran back and forth checking dates and prices for me. This is the 3rd time I have used furniture row, so it’s pretty good if I keep going back.

Misha was a tremendous help with coordinating a bedroom set, mattress and sofa to be delivered in Denver. He went above and beyond to make this so easy. Very pleased with the furniture selection at Furniture Row, as well as their service!

We had been to the store in Pueblo first looking for a reclining loveseat. Mason showed us several, answered all our questions and wrote the order. We were very pleased with Colorado Springs store.

Troy was super helpful over the phone and again in person. He made the experience quick and painless, and made sure I had everything I needed set up for delivery. This is the second time I have shopped here and I would recommend it for anyone wanting a great experience with a lot of selection, plus financing options.

Nice wide selection and large showroom. sales man was great as he did not pester us, simply introduced himself, loaned us a tape measure, and said he didnt want to bug us. just ask for him if we dont see him. great experience, and we bought what we liked.

I’m not sure if anybody reads Google reviews anymore but I wish I did before shopping here. If you like broken furniture when delivered this is your place! the only positive experience is with Denver mattress they have a good warranty and keep their word. but besides that I will drive to a different location and hope for a better experience with the other shops.

We ordered new furniture and its taken 4 deliveries to get the items we ordered, and Im still missing 4 chairs that cannot be put together correctly. Weve called numerous times and asked to speak to the general manager and he will not call us back. Today after about 10-15 phone calls we still havent gotten a call. Tomorrow I return everything and I WILL GET CREDIT and NEXT EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! I WILL WARN YOU NOW.... DO NOT SHOP AT FURNITURE ROW IN COLORADO SPRINGS!!!!

Went looking for new kitchen table and also brought sofa, love set coffee table. Service was excellent and very helpful with my decision and not rushing me to make up my mind, prices are very reasonable and not to expensive like American furniture.

Good quality for a good price. Since it is their clearance, the selection can be random and you do need to watch for where the scratches might be.

Came to furniture row to get a bed and a dresser that we needed Immediately. Taggart took care of us and helped us find some quality furniture in our price range. We’ll be back the next time we need any furniture.

In wish there was a negative rating because that’s what this deserves. My first experience with was wonderful so naturally I went back a second time. They have done a complete 180....dishonest and rude sales people who sell you broken items and pretend they don’t know that it’s broken, delayed delivery (still don’t have everything ordered) and when you call to discuss things you are treated extremely rude and hung up on. Never again!!!!! I can only hope I get the rest of what I ordered by Christmas.

These guys switched companies on their Finance. Which intern shot my credit 67 points. Shows I have a closed account with a $1,700 outstanding balance. I have paid my bill every month since I have got it. It totally blew my revolving credit availability out of the water. Be careful when doing any kind of financing with you guys. Subpar at best. No warning nothing like that just hey we no longer available to have credit. Buyer beware stay as far away from this place as you can. Might as well go to catlos.

A lot of furniture but not a wide choice of styles. Southwest leather takes up 2/3 of the store. Prices seemed on the high side for the quality. Overall, if you are looking for name brand, shop here. If you are looking for value, go to American; better selection, wider variety of styles, better prices, and better customer service.

Great deal... on a defective reclining couch. The invoice said that it had a dent and a scratch (this was not mentioned by the salesman at any point). It also said that the couch was as is, no returns, and there was no warranty (again, not mentioned by the salesman). What it didnt say was that support under one of the cushions was collapsed.This is unfortunate because my experiences with the other stores were great.

My name is Cheryl Duerson, 4 months ago I was very dissatisfied with the furniture and the service I received from Furniture Row . Today my status has went from zero to 100% I am sooo soo pleased I cannot say thank you enough, after my first unsatisfactory review, Jennifer B reached out to me and directed me to contact the store again, I did and Louis was outstanding, they sent the repair guy out free of charge when I had been previously told that would cost me 30.00. The repair guy Matt was outstanding super friendly and knowledgeable, he explained to me that he could repair it but it would take a little work I was then contacted by Louis again and was given the choice to come in again and see if I wanted to choose something else or have mine repaired, I chose to have mine repaired as I really really like the Guilby. Louis said it would be no problem they would repair it, his customer service was outstanding! They were very patient with me and was very understanding of my problem unlike the service I had received from the previous store manager. Matt the repair guy picked up the first part of my sofa, repaired it and I love love love it!! He has taken the second half of the sofa and I’m certain it will be just as good as the first piece he brought back! Plus I’m extra excited I get to keep my Guilby verses choosing something else, thank you so much Furniture Row for giving your customers a voice and listening to them this is how you keep customers coming back, I could keep going on about how thankful I am but I will just say one last time thank you JenniferB, Louis, and Matt!!

I couldn’t seem to get attention of sales staff. I talked to a few people that seemed to dodge me, one saying, “I need to check a few things on the computer and I’ll be back”. I was going to furnish my entire home..... I’ll take it elsewhere. Sad to miss out on 15-20k, also a disappointment that I’ll take the drive to Denver to another store.

Ladies, Leave your husbands home. You will be here forever. The selection is amazing and the prices may be even better than the selection. I got rugs, pictures, vases, and everything in between for the price of one Vase at other stores. Not only will I return I may just stay the night lol HAPPY SHOPPING!

This is one of the few places where you can try a Purple mattress. I was hesitant to spend hundreds or even thousands on a mattress I couldnt try beforehand. The sales lady was very helpful.

Had a horrible experience with this company after purchase of sofa. Posted message about lack of filling in couch with no manager return call. The company made sure to respond on the review I left along with contact information. However when i contacted them, they simply gave me the phone number of a local company to re-stuff it. They would, of course, charge me. Do not shop here or trust that they are belpful with complaints beyond a fake response with no actual stand behind the quality of their product. If i could post a picture of how flat the cushions look compared to the amount of use i would. No filling, no bounce.

The worst experience ever!!!!! ILove my furniture, well I should say what I have of it. I was given a delivery date four days after purchasing the bedroom set which was the soonest they had. Only to be told ion the day of delivery that they didn’t have all our furniture and would reschedule for the following week on Tuesday. I asked for at least the dresser so that I could get my clothes out of baskets and we would continue to sleep on our mattress on the floor for another four days. Then the day my bed was supposed to be delivered after waiting over a week no phone call for delivery. I had to call the store two times to only be told that they would deliver it the next day. I have never in my life seen such unorganization in my life.

I stop by yesterday to look for an office desk the customer representatives were extremely helpful and cautious!! Support the local ***
