Dak and Armando were extremely friendly and helpful, informative and very grateful they were not pushy for a sale! Its unfortunate the store will be closing but the prices were absolutely great, I will definitely be returning!

Mario was soooo helpful. My fiance and I had a somewhat tight budget for my ring, and when we had gone to other stores in the mall, we had some bad experiences with some of the sales people who were very condescending and kind of rude about what we wanted to spend (for example, one woman helping us at Kay Jewelers kept picking up rings that were obviously out of our price range and saying things like I just have expensive taste, I guess! and I dont do cheap...). However, Mario at Helzberg was so sweet and helpful. We actually werent even going to go in there, but Mario had just seen us looking a little confused near the directory and asked if we needed any help or directions. Im very glad we ended up going into Helzberg because Mario helped us pick out a beautiful ring that I LOVE and it was exactly the kind of price that worked for us, and he wasnt rude or judgmental or condescending at all. Im very grateful for our experience!
