I saw online this bolo bracelet that i wanted to buy that Zales was advertising. My husband went into the Zales at the citadel mall, found the exact same bracelet, and the woman associate( assoc#13538606) quoted him with the sale price, tax, warranty, ect. The price was good until the next day. So, I went to the same location the following day, and asked to look at the bracelet. I tried it on, loved it and was going to purchase it. The male associate who was extremely helpful told me the price and it was way different from the price they told my husband the day before, however the sale had not expired yet. I inquire about why the price changed. He didnt know, he had to ask his manager ( the same lady that helped my husband the day before) she came over to me said that she didnt tell my husband any other price, after my husband walked up to the counter, she then changed her story- if i wanted that bracelet for the price she told my husband the day before i would have to buy it online. I asked her why would I have to buy the bracelet online if i was wearing the exact same thing?She couldnt answer that question, and walked away from us- so i returned the bracelet to the male associate and walked over to Kay Jewelers and spent almost double the money on a better quality bolo bracelet, and walked out with it, all because she couldnt provide customer service. I dont like liars and i dont like to be told to buy online when i was clearly wearing the bracelet I wanted. Sorry you lost a sale, and our business.
Karen Nelson is hands down, THE BEST! I had a very complicated deal with getting our wedding bands serviced. Karen ended up on the phone with their Diamond Warranty support for almost 2 hours to get this straightened out! She was persistent and remained pleasant the entire time. We were basically BFFs by the end of it all! To top it off, she was able to ensure the warranty covered all items as it should. The last time I had service done, the representative didnt take the time to help me straighten everything out, and I ended up paying $200ish out of pocket when the warranty (I paid for) should have covered it 100%. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, KAREN!

The deals got Me! I went in to get My fingers sized for some new rings I want to order. Of course the wife finally finds a ring she likes....the price was so good, I was like is that 14K with at least 1TCW and how much is it? When Miss Tierney told Me the price..... Needless to say she Loves it and My Bulova Crystal dress watch makes Me happy. I will be back soon.

We went to do a return and didnt even expect to stay or look at the jewelry. I was just going to get something else online or something, but being a woman of course I had to look! Lol The two women working were very helpful and sweet. Being a woman Im also indecisive and she had so much patience and showed us things that werent even out yet! We ended up making a purchase and Im more than happy!
Unfortunately, we got a frozen elsa ring from this Zales. We have not even made it 6 months and it has had two diamonds fall out and we were told this is due to it being a display model. We do have all the insurances, and get it fixed. The issue I have is when Zales customer service representative Maria yells at my husband so loud I call him into the room to take the phone because he is a disabled veteran. He doesnt deserve that. Maria continued to yell at me refused to give me the corporate number and hung up on me. Just for asking simple questions. Do better Zales... I shouldnt have to ask to not be yelled at.

Do NOT buy from this store if you live 2+ hours away. The staff says Corporate will not honor your warranty if you are late getting your jewelry checked. It isnt always easy to drive 2+ hours just to get it checked.

We came in looking for a wedding set for me and a wedding ring for my fiancé. We went to Kays and after getting HORRIBLE service we went here because it was recommended to us. We walked in and were helped right away. The Disney collection instantly caught my eye and I wanted to see almost all of them. She was extremely patient and never once pushed me to another case or suggested anything. She didnt push for any upgrades or bigger sales she just showed us what we liked. She helped us pick the perfect rings and was very knowledgeable. The rings were put into sizing and were even rushed for us so I could get my ring in time to see my mother. We will never shop anywhere else. The people here are kind, not pushy, and genuinely care about their customers.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.Took my engagement ring in on 12/26/15 and they told me it would take 6 weeks for it to be customized to my finger and such... called to check on it 6 weeks later (since we havent heard from them) AND they dont have my ring, nor do they have my number or name in the system....Thank God for the warranty and Chapel Hills location. AVOID Citadel location at ALL costs.

Treated my wife and I so well and they always do a great job on cleanings and dippings. We live in Georgia now and do not even get a fraction of the customer experience we recieved from Alma and Rachel.
We brought in a broken 14k white gold chain. While not finding us in their database, Elma was nice enough to accommodate us with a new chain for free. We didnt realize until we got home that the 14k white gold chain was replaced with a silver chain. We called up and came in the next day and Ron gave us a new 14k white gold chain in exchange for the silver chain that was originally given to us by Elma. Alls well that ends well but it was a bit of a hassle.
The worst experience ever! If you can avoid going in this store I certainly would. They were rude manipulative and very unhelpful! I was told I would have to pay $1200 in repair fees for my ring even though I have the lifetime warranty for my diamonds and my brackets..... DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!
